Abstract

L'invention a pour objet : un procédé de production d'une particule dure pourvue d'un revêtement de traitement de surface, qui peut être produit par formation d'un revêtement de traitement de surface homogène sur la surface d'une particule dure inerte telle qu'une particule de diamant et une particule de CBN à l'aide d'une technique en voie humide qui peut être mise en œuvre à faible coût, et qui a une bonne dispersibilité ; et autres. La particule dure (1) pourvue d'un revêtement de traitement de surface de l'invention est produite par un procédé comprenant : une étape de préparation d'une particule dure (2) ayant une dureté Knoop supérieure ou égale à 1000 ; une étape de maintien de la particule dure (2) dans une solution aqueuse contenant un complexe fluorure d'au moins un métal choisi parmi Zr, Ti, Si, Cr, Ta, Hf, Sn, Mo, W, Zn, In et V pour former un film (3') contenant un oxyde hydraté du métal sur la surface de la particule dure (2) ; et une étape de séchage de la particule dure sur laquelle le film (3') contenant l'oxyde hydraté du métal a été formé. On préfère qu'une étape de mise en contact de la particule avec une solution aqueuse contenant un composé du phosphore soit fourni entre l'étape de formation de film contenant de l'oxyde hydraté et l'étape de séchage.
