Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Reinigung von Biogas, Rauchgas oder Flüssigkeiten und die Herstellung und Verwendung von biologisch mineralischer Knochenkohle als Adsorbens dafür. Weiterhin Filter hierfür und die Verwendung in Reinigungsverfahren für Gas in Biogas- und Deponieanlagen und anderen Reinigungsverfahren. Die biologisch-mineralische Knochenkohle ist dabei durch technische Pyrolyse von grob zerkleinerten, entfetteten, entgelantinisierten Knochen, Knochenbestandteilen und Knorpel in Form von Schlachtabfällen hergestellt. In einem geschlossenen Behälter werden diese bei Temperaturen von um 820° C und höher über eine Zeitdauer von 10 bis 60 min unter Abzug der anfallenden flüssigen und gasförmigen Fraktionen erhitzt.
