Abstract
Способ непрерывного получения жидких и газообразных топлив из компонента органических веществ в отходах, в частности в промышленных, сельскохозяйственных и муниципальных отходах, включая их смеси, заключается в термическом разложении этих отходов в топлива - подходящие для использования низкомолекулярные углеводороды, а также другие остаточные неорганические или другие компоненты, предназначенные для переработки или направления на любой полигон отходов, где перерабатываемые отходы с содержанием органических веществ, особенно в виде бумаги, пластмасс, резины, в том числе неизмельченных использованных шин, деревянных элементов, опилок, остатков пищи и жиров, и их упаковки, в герметично закрытом реакционном пространстве без доступа воздуха термически разлагаются с помощью нагретой газообразной инертной среды. Под влиянием электростатического заряда, образующегося в результате разложения органических, в частности полимерных веществ, образуются низкомолекулярные вещества в виде углеводородов, находящиеся в смеси с газообразной инертной средой в качестве несущего газа в аэрозоле, который затем дополнительно подвергается охлаждению, осаждению и взаимному разделению содержащихся в нем газообразных и жидких низкомолекулярных углеводородов. После разложения всех компонентов органических веществ из герметически закрытого реакционного пространства все оставшиеся неорганические или другие компоненты перерабатываемых отходов постепенно удаляются.
