本发明涉及到汽车诊断领域,特别涉及到一种乘用车辆灵巧诊断 系统。 背景技术
目前随着中国汽车产业的发展, 中国汽车的保有量逐年增加, 但 相对于庞大的汽车保有量, 车辆的维修, 检测等后期维护服务却明显 不足, 而且这部分工作专业性太强, 国内又缺乏相关技术人员及专业 设备, 导致客户无法及时的掌握车辆状态, 导致交通安全隐患。
针对这些问题各个车载电子厂商已经开发了一些设备或系统已 提供实时车辆状态监测, 但存在设备过于昂贵、 专业, 系统庞大等问 题, 对于一般客户而言仍然需要厂家的专业技术支持。
综上所述,针对现有技术的缺陷, 特别需要一种乘用车辆灵巧诊 断系统, 以解决以上提到的问题。 发明内容
本发明针对以上问题提供了一种车辆灵巧诊断系统, 其具有远 程、 便携、 通用、 操作简单等特点, 对于一般客户而言无需特殊设备 及专业培训即可掌握该系统的使用。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现: 本发明的目的在于公开一种乘用车辆灵巧诊断系统,它主要包括
( 1 )车载通讯接口模块 (Smart VCI)包含与车辆标准 OBDII (板载 第二代诊断系统) 诊断接口相连的 (a) 诊断信息接口, 与终端平台 通讯的 (b) 无线通讯接口;
(2)接收处理车辆信息的客户终端软件(Smart Diagnostic); (3)提 供专家诊断、 建议及专业服务的厂商服务中心。
( 1 )车载通讯模块接口安装在车内, 与车辆的标准 OBDII诊断 接口通过(a)诊断信息接口相连接, 接收车辆 OBDII接口上的 CAN 总线 (控制器局域网)、 K-line (K总线)、 J1850 总线 (一种美国机 动车工程师学会标准)上的通讯信息(包含车辆状态信息、 发动机故 障诊断信息、 车辆油耗信息、 专有诊断信息等); 再由 (b)无线通讯 接口将接收到的信息发送给安装有 (2) 客户终端软件的智能手机、 个人电脑、 平板电脑等平台。 客户可以通过 (2) 终端软件可以直观 的显示车辆状态、 燃油经济性、 车辆故障等信息, 终端软件还可自行 对这些数据进行分析, 评估车辆是否需要进行保养, 驾驶员个人的驾 驶习惯是否良好, 月或年度碳排放量等信息供车辆保有者査看; 此外 终端软件还可提供专业的诊断信息,如果客户对这些信息不了解还可 将这些数据通过网络发送给 (3 ) 厂商服务中心进行分析, 以便得到 快速、 有效的专家建议和专业服务。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于 明白了解, 下面结合具体图示, 进一步阐述本发明。
如图 1所示, 本发明所述的乘用车辆灵巧诊断系统, 它主要包括
( 1 ) 车载通讯接口模块 (Smart VCI) 包含与车辆标准 OBDII诊 断接口相连的 (a)诊断信息接口, 与终端平台通讯的 (b)无线通讯 接口;
(2) 接收处理车辆信息的客户终端软件 (Smart Diagnostic)
(3 ) 提供专家诊断、 建议和专业服务的厂商服务中心
(a) 诊断信息接口与车辆标准 OBDII接口相连接, 内置 J1850 接口、 CAN控制接口以及 K-line, 其中 J1850接口与 J1850编码器、 CAN控制接口与 CAN控制器、 K_line与串口 1相接连; 当车辆正常 运行时, 诊断信息接口实时采集车辆状态信息以及诊断信息。
OBDII诊断一般包括 CAN总线通讯接口、 J1850接口及 K_Line 总线,当诊断接口与车辆连接后,将会通过这些总线上进行数据通讯。
如图 2所示 (1 ) 车辆通讯模块包括诊断信息接口和无线通讯接 口, 内置 J1850编码器、 CAN控制器、 内置 EEPROM (电可擦可编 程只读存储器)、 串口 1、 串口 2以及 USB (通用串行总线) 接口; 其中 Π850编码器的作用是将车辆 J1850总线上的电器信号转化为数 字信号, 这些数字信号包含了相应的车辆状态信息 ; CAN控制器的 作用是与车辆 CAN总线进行通讯, 接收车辆 CAN总线上的车辆状 态信息; 内置 EEPROM的作用是存储与客户端的握手信息和部分重 要车辆数据, 串口 2为蓝牙装置插口, USB接口为电脑配置端口。 如图 3所示(1 )车辆通讯接口模块的 (a)诊断信息接口与车辆诊断 接口相连接, 负责接收实时车辆信息并通过 (b ) 无线通讯接口将数 据以蓝牙模式或 Wifi (—种无线联网的技术)模式传输给安装有(2) 客户终端软件的智能手机、平板电脑以及个人电脑等平台, 供客户直 观査看,当客户需要更专业的服务时可使用平台将数据通过网络发送 给厂商服务中心, 由厂商提供专业服务或救援。
客户终端软件其载体为智能手机、 平板电脑、 个人电脑等, 目前 智能手机、平板电脑、个人电脑等普遍具备蓝牙无线通讯功能及 Wifi 无线通讯功能并且具备数据传输功能,该软件可兼容目前手机市场上 windows mobile (视窗操作系统移动版)、 Android (安致操作系统)、 iOS (苹果操作系统)、 Symbian (塞班) 等操作系统, 对于个人电脑 或平板电脑可兼容微软的操作系统如 Windows XP (视窗 XP )、 Windows 7 (视窗 7 ) 等和苹果公司的 Mac OS ( Mac操作系统); 客 户可到 SmartDiag-Shop (灵巧诊断商店) 网站下载客户终端软件, 当 客户需要了解车辆信息时,可以使用安装有终端软件的设备读取以下 自 .

3.实时数据: 车辆信息总线上的实时状态数据; 客户可通过乘用 车辆灵巧诊断系统的终端软件从电控单元中读取各参数的实际数值, 并以多种形式显示参数数值,帮助用户了解车辆实时工况;
4.电控单元信息
客户可通过乘用车辆灵巧诊断系统的终端软件从电控单元中读 取相关配置信息,如 VIN,硬件版本,软件版本等,帮助用户了解车辆配 置情况。
5. 清除故障码
当车辆维修结束或故障排除后,用户可通过乘用车辆灵巧诊断系 统的软件自行清除电控单元中的故障码

1、 一种乘用车辆灵巧诊断系统, 它包括车载通讯接口模块, 客 户终端软件, 厂商服务器端; 其特征在于车载通讯接口模块与车辆标 准 OBDII诊断接口相连接, 接收车辆 OBDII数据及专有诊断数据并 通过无线通讯的方式发送给安装有客户终端软件的平台,客户终端软 件可以通过手机、个人电脑、平板电脑的无线网络从厂商服务服务器 获得专家诊断建议和服务。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的乘用车辆灵巧诊断系统, 其特征在于, 所述车载通讯模块包括诊断信息接口和无线通讯接口。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的乘用车辆灵巧诊断系统, 其特征在于, 所述无线网络通讯方式包括蓝牙、 Wi-Fi、 GPRS. 3G、 4G无线通讯 方式。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的乘用车辆灵巧诊断系统, 其特征在于, 所述客户终端软件的安装平台包括智能手机、 平板电脑以及普通电 脑。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的厂商服务中心, 其特征在于对客户提交 的信息进行汇总、分析并得出专业建议, 再由专业服务人员与客户直 接取得联系提供专业的服务和建议。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的厂商服务中心, 其特征在于与政府公共 单位联网, 这样在客户发生危急情况时, 厂商服务中心能够在第一时 间获知客户情况,向其提供救助信息;并将此情况通知政府公共单位, 使客户在第一时间获得救助。
7、 一种乘用车辆诊断方法, 其特征在于, 它包括如下步骤:
1 )车载通讯模块通过诊断信息接口与车辆标准 OBDII接口相连 接, 实时接受车辆的状态, 诊断信息等数据信息;
2) 车载通讯模块通过接收到车辆信息后通过无线通讯接口将这 些数据以无线通讯的方式发送给安装有客户终端软件的平台;
3 ) 客户终端软件对信息进行分析后, 在平台上以提示或帮助的 方式向客户展现和阐述车辆状态并提供解决方案;
4) 客户在遇到疑惑时可将数据传送给厂家的服务器以获得更详 尽的服务和建议。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的乘用车辆诊断方法, 其特征在于, 所述 车载通讯模块负责接收传送车辆的实时状态信息和车辆诊断信息。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的乘用车辆诊断方法, 其特征在于, 所述 客户终端软件负责处理、汇总和展现车辆的实时状态信息, 并给出相 应的提示和解决方案。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的乘用车辆诊断方法, 其特征在于, 所述 客户端软件处理的状态信息包括车辆整体状态信息、油耗信息、车辆 尾气排放数据、 车辆故障信息。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的乘用车辆诊断方法, 其特征在于, 所述 客户端软件给出的提示和解决方案包括根据车辆状态信息给出车辆 保养维护信息提示;根据油耗信息给出燃油经济性指标和尾气排放指 标数据; 根据车辆行驶数据对驾驶员的驾驶习惯进行评估给出建议; 根据车辆故障信息给出专业的故障诊断及解决方案。
