本实用新型是这样实现的:

本实用新型采用在厂家预装设备主体, 同时在设备安装现场同步进行基础施 工和设备安装准备工作, 设备本体和附件被移动设备运输到现场, 利用提升框架 进行提起卸车, 运输车辆退出后, 移动小车移动提升框架下方承载, 再将被提升 设备移出框架, 提升到预定高度后, 小车将被提升设备移入设备基础, 精度调整 后提升设备回落, 被提升设备安装就位。 本实用新型颠覆了以往磨机安装工艺, 可以提前在预组装场地进行磨机等大型设备预组装, 既缩短了安装工期, 又能降 低现场安装强度, 大幅降低了安装成本。 全套系统采用液压系统驱动, 工作稳定, 提升重量大、 高度高, 可以高精度定位调整, 是其它安装方法不具备的功能。 同 时此设备使用对安装环境要求低, 解决了大型设备吊装的站位需要, 对周围施工 环境影响时间短, 较好地解决了与其它专用安装交叉影响。 附图说明

所述的大型工矿设备预先组装、 提升就位方法, 所述移动小车 2包括: 两侧 承载立柱 23和车体承载梁 22, 所述就位举升装置 21架设在两侧承载立柱 23上。
所述的大型工矿设备预先组装、 提升移动就位装置, 所述移动小车为液压动 力移动小车 24, 共有四个, 并包括: 一套共用的液压系统, 四只独立的液压动力 马达, 八只天平式轮轴支撑 (图中未能明示)。
进一步的, 为了保证就位精度, 所述液压动力移动小车 2还可包括精度调整 装置, 所述精度调整装置包括: 并联多重控制的液压缸精度调整装置, 和机械式 的绞盘加螺杆调整装置 (图中均未能示出)。
使用中, 利用提升装置 11将设备主体提起, 在轴线运输车撤出后, 液压动力 移动小车通过轨道进入设备主体下 100方, 将设备主体 100固定在液压动力移动 小车 2的车架上;
液压动力移动小车 2将设备主体移动到设备基础 3边侧, 通过提升装置 21将 设备主体抬起, 在设备主体最低点越过设备基础 3后, 移动小车组 2进入基础位 置, 再通过举升装置 21回落设备主体, 将设备主体安装精度调整后, 安装在设备 安装基础 3上;
把移动小车组 2移出设备安装基础 3位置, 对设备主体下部的基础进行施工, 同时完成设备最后的组装。
