Claims (9)
- Flachschlüssel (1, 1') für einen Schließzylinder, insbesondere von Schließanlagen, mit im Wesentlichen ebenen und annähernd parallelen Schlüsselflachseiten, einem Schlüsselrücken und einem diesem gegenüberliegenden, an der Stirnseite gezahnten Schlüsselbart zur Positionierung von in Kern- und Gehäusestifte geteilten Zuhaltungsstiften, die in korrespondierenden Schlüsselkanälen von Zylinderkernen gegen die Stirnseite des Schlüsselbartes in Richtung zum Schlüsselrücken hin federbelastet sind, wobei in den Flachseiten des Flachschlüssels eingeschnittene Nuten als Variationsprofilelemente und als Führungsprofilelemente vorgesehen sind, wobei mindestens zwei Nuten (2, 3) einer Seite des Flachschlüssels überlappen, deren Einstechrichtung (X, X1) unterschiedlich ist, sodass sich durch die Verschneidung der beiden Nuten (2, 3) eine Kante (5) ergibt, die in Richtung normal zur Längsmittelebene (6) des Flachschlüssels (1) abtastbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von den beiden überlappenden Nuten (2, 3) beide hinterschnitten sind, und zwar gegensinnig, und dass durch diese Hinterschneidungen (8) bei zumindest einer Nut (2) die Mitte (4) des Nutengrundes ‑ in Richtung normal zur Längsmittelebene (6) des Schlüssels gesehen ‑ verdeckt ist.
- Flachschlüssel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Hinterschneidungswinkel (X, X1) unterschiedlich groß sind.
- Flachschlüssel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei zumindest einer Nut (2) auch der Übergang (4') von der Nutenflanke zum Nutengrund durch die Hinterschneidung (8) ‑ in Richtung normal zur Längsmittelebene des Schlüssels (1, 1') gesehen ‑ verdeckt ist.
- Flachschlüssel (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Nuten (2, 3) als Führungsprofilelemente vorgesehen sind.
- Flachschlüssel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der beiden Nuten (2, 3) mit einer Führungsprofilnut (42) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Flachschlüssels (1, 1') überlappt.
- Flachschlüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 – 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Nuten (2, 3) und der Schlüsselbrust zumindest eine Trognut (40, 41) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Nutenflanke der Trognut (40, 41) einen Winkel α kleiner 90°, vorzugsweise zwischen 30° und 45°, mit der Mittelebene des Flachschlüssels (1) einschließt und die andere Seitenflanke der Trognut (40, 41) einen Winkel β zwischen 93° und 97° mit der Mittelebene des Flachschlüssels (1) einschließt.
- Schließzylinder für einen Flachschlüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, mit einem Zylindergehäuse und mindestens einem in einer Bohrung des Zylindergehäuses drehbar angeordneten Zylinderkern, der einen profilierten Schlüsselkanal aufweist, und mit in Kern- und Gehäusestifte geteilten Zuhaltungsstiften, die in Bohrungen des Zylindergehäuses und des Zylinderkernes gegen die Stirnseite des Schlüsselbartes in Richtung zum Schlüsselrücken hin federbelastet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilierung des Schlüsselkanals zwei von einer gemeinsamen Wurzel an einer Schlüsselkanalflanke ausgehende, V-förmig divergierende Rippen mit jeweils spitzen Außenwinkel zur Schlüsselkanalflanke aufweist, die zu den beiden überlappenden Nuten (2, 2, 2', 3') des Flachschlüssels (1, 1') komplementär sind.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in mindestens einem Zylinderkern ein Abtastelement (11) vorgesehen ist, das die Kante (5) die sich durch die Verschneidung der beiden Nuten (2, 3, 2', 3') des Flachschlüssels (1, 1') ergibt und die auch als Abflachung (5') ausgebildet sein kann, abtastet und bei zu tief liegender Kante (5) bzw. Abflachung (5') den Schließzylinder blockiert.
- Schließzylinder nach den Ansprüchen 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in mindestens einem Zylinderkern ein Abtastelement (12) vorgesehen ist, das das Vorhandensein der Hinterschneidung (8) einer Nut (2) abtastet und bei Fehlen der Hinterschneidung (8) den Schließzylinder blockiert.
