Abstract

본 발명은 본 발명은 자동차용 에어댐퍼에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 하우징의 개구부로 양측으로 분할된 커버캡이 일체로 사출 성형되고, 피스톤 조립 후 상기 커버캡을 상호 결합시켜 개구부를 차폐하면서 피스톤 로드를 지지해 부품수를 줄이면서 조립 및 작업시간을 단축시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 피스톤(20)이 하우징(10)에 삽입되며, 피스톤로드(21)에 캡(4)이 관통되게 끼워지면서 하우징(10)의 개구부가 차폐되게 조립한 에어댐퍼(50)에 있어서; 상기 하우징(10)의 개구부로 몸체와 일체로 사출성형된 커버캡(15)이, 하우징(10)과 힌지부(14)로 연결된 상태로 양측으로 분할 형성되어, 삽입된 피스톤로드(21)를 감싸지게 조립하여 달성된다. 그리고, 상기 커버캡(15)은, 하우징(10)의 내경과 면접촉되게 삽입되며, 커버캡(15)의 양단부로 고정돌기(16)를 형성시켜, 하우징(10)에 구비된 고정홀(11)에 끼워져 결속된다. 또, 상기 커버캡(15)은, 양측으로 분할 형성되어, 개구부의 전방으로 겹쳐지게 조립되면서, 몸체전방으로 상호 구비된 고정돌기(16)와 고정홀(11)을 결합시켜 조립하며, 커버캡(15)의 외주면으로 돌출면(17)을 형성하고, 하우징(10)의 개구부에 위치고정홈(12)을 성형시켜, 돌출면(17)이 위치고정홈(12)에 끼워져 조립되도록 하여 구성된다.
