。所述第一凹槽 722 及第二凹槽 724 分别开于滤网 72 相对表面。所述第一凹槽 722 沿着向第二凹槽 724
的方向通道的横截面积逐渐减小,较佳地,侧壁的剖视图呈一斜线段,从而便于加工的过程中脱模。所述第二凹槽 722
的孔径大于其贯通的长度,从而在冲压的过程中,减少冲头受到的阻力,提高了产品的生产效率及钻头的使用寿命,进而降低了加工的成本。
请参阅图 7 、图 8 所示为本发明的第四较佳实施例,所述杯体 10 的内部设置有滤网 70 ,滤网 70
开设有若干滤孔 72 。所述滤网 70 的下方设置有发泡罩 30 ,所述发泡罩 30 由杯体 10 的底部凹陷与杯体 10 一体形。底盖 20
套装在所述发泡罩 30 上,滤片 40 被夹在底盖 20 和发泡罩 30 之间。由于从发泡罩 30 喷出的液体呈圆锥形,且喷射在滤片 40 上的面积与发泡罩
30 和滤片 40 之间的距离有关。在本发明的第四较佳实施例中,所述发泡罩 30 和滤片 40 之间还安装有垫圈 80 ,即滤片 40 和垫圈 80
安装在底盖 20 内,并被发泡罩 30 和底盖 20 夹紧。垫圈 80 的作用一方面是使安装结构紧凑,另一方面是调节发泡罩 30 和滤片 40
之间的距离。
图 9 、图 10 所示为本发明的第五较佳实施例,杯体 10 的内部设置有滤网 70 ,滤网 70
开设有若干滤孔 72 ;所述滤网 70 的下方设置有底盖 20 ,所述底盖 20 由杯体 10 的底部凹陷而与杯体 10 一体形成。所述发泡罩 30
卡装在所述底盖 20 内;滤片 40 与垫圈 80 被夹在底盖 20 和发泡罩 30 之间。
图 11 、图 12 所示为本发明的第六较佳实施例,杯体 10 的内部设置有滤网 70 ,滤网 70
开设有若干滤孔 72 。杯体 10 的底部设置有通孔 12 ,所述通孔 12 连接有导套 50 ,所述底盖 20 套设在所述导套 50 上,且底盖 20
与导套 50 的底端围成一个腔体 24 ,所述发泡罩 30 、垫圈 80 和滤片 40 安装在该腔体 24 内,且垫圈 80 和滤片 40 被夹在底盖 20
和发泡罩 30 之间。所述底盖 20 内侧壁设置有环形台阶,导套 50 的外侧壁配合所述环形台阶并形成安装槽 52 ,安装槽 52 内设置有密封圈 60
。
上述图 7- 图 12 所示的三个实施例,咖啡机结构简单,生产成本低。使用咖啡机过滤时,咖啡液首先经滤网
70 过滤,滤除其中的咖啡渣,然后经过发泡罩 30 的发泡孔 32 喷射在所述滤片 40
上,通过与空气混合,产生大量的泡沫,如此,制作出的咖啡泡沫丰富,无异味,口感细腻可口。
请参阅图 13 与图 14 ,上述第四到第六实施例中所述滤网 70 可拆卸地卡装在杯体 10 内。杯体
10 的内侧壁上设有至少两个向内突起的凸点 102 ,所述滤网 70 的外侧壁上开设有至少两个供所述凸点 102 滑入其内的 L 形凹槽 701 ,所述 L
形凹槽 701 一端向下延伸形成槽口,另一端中部槽壁上设有能卡稳所述凸点 102 的凸部 702 。所述凸部 702 为向槽内突起的弧形,所述凸部 702 与
L 形凹槽 701 末端形成一卡位 703 ,所述凸点 102 可稳定卡装在所述卡位 703 内。所述凸点 102 可为 3 个、 4 个或 5 个,所述 L
形凹槽 701 也可对应为 3 个、 4 个或 5 个。
安装滤网 70 至杯体 10 内时,将滤网 70 放入杯体 10 内,使 L 形凹槽 701
下端的槽口对准凸点 102 ,下按滤网 70 ,凸点 102 就顺着槽口滑入凹槽 701 内,旋转滤网 70 ,凸点 102 就在外力的作用下挤过凸部 702
处进入到卡位 705 内。拆卸时,只需反向旋转滤网 70 ,凸点 102 在外力的作用下挤过凸部 702 滑出,将杯体 10 一起倒过来,滤网 70
就可掉出来。
通过在杯体 10 的内侧壁上设置凸点 102 ,在滤网 70 的外侧壁上开设 L 形凹槽 701
对应地配合凸点 102 ,可将滤网 70 在杯体 10 内卡装稳定,且方便拆卸与安装。
结合参阅图 16 与图 17 ,制作滤网 70 的滤孔 72 时,包括以下步骤:
制初坯 73 :将金属板放入模具中利用冲压机和模具冲压出滤网初坯 73 ;
冲制第一凹槽 722 :利用冲压机和模具,在上述的滤器初坯 73 一面上冲压出第一凹槽 722
,使滤器初坯 73 另一面上形成多个相应的凸台 723 ;所述第一凹槽 722 未贯穿初坯 73 ,进一步地,所述第一凹槽 722
的侧壁可设有锥度,以便于脱模。
减少凸台 723 壁厚:部分去除滤器初坯 73 上的凸台 723 ,使第一凹槽 722
冲孔部位的材料厚度变薄,可以采用铣、磨、铲、刨或车加工的方法。
冲制第二凹槽 724 :利用冲压机和模具,在上述的第一凹槽 722
上分别冲压出一个孔径大于贯穿长度的第二凹槽 724 。
如果提供的金属板地规格与待加工后的滤网 70 的规格相近,则可以省略制初坯 73 的步骤。
如此,可制得所述滤网 70 的滤孔 72 。上述制作过程中滤网初坯 73 的厚度为 0. 2 -0.8mm
,如 0.2mm , 0.3mm 或 0.8mm 。所述第一凹槽 722 的深度为 0.2-0.7mm 。所述第二凹槽 724 的厚度为 0. 01 -0.
7mm ,如 0.01 m m , 0.02 m m 或者 0.07 m m 。优选地,所述第二凹槽 724
的形状为圆形时,进一步降低了冲压时模具受到的阻力,从而更利于提高生产率并降低冲头的损耗。所述第二凹槽 724 的直径在 0. 1 -0.8mm
,脱模效果好,冲头使用寿命长;具体可以采用 0.1 m m , 0.15 m m 或者 0.8 m m 。经过大量的实验证明,在上述的条件下,冲出来的第二凹槽
724 的效果好,而且成品率高,冲头不容易折断,成本低。显而易见,滤孔 72 的制作方法也可应用于滤片 40 上的滤孔的制作。
本发明的滤网的滤孔包括第一凹槽及第二凹槽。制作滤孔时,先在过滤材料的毛胚表面上的一面预冲压多个第一凹槽,然后通过铣、磨或车加工的方法,去除毛胚的另一表面上形成的凸台,第一凹槽的冲孔部位的材料厚度变薄了,再在每个第一凹槽上冲出第二凹槽。应用此种方法制作滤网,工艺简单,冲床和模具冲孔容易,冲孔效果好、成品率高,冲头也不容易折断。
本发明过滤装置结构简单,生产成本低,压力咖啡液经过发泡罩的发泡孔喷射在滤片上,通过与空气混合,产生大量的泡沫,制作的咖啡泡沫丰富,无异味,口感细腻可口。通过在滤网开设
L 形凹槽且在 L 形凹槽槽壁上设置凸部,在杯体内侧壁上设置凸点,凸点通过凸部卡在凹槽内,卡装稳定,且方便装卸。

Claims (1)
- 1 .一种滤网,其上开设有滤孔,其特征在于:所述滤孔包括第一凹槽及与第一凹槽连通的第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽贯穿滤网的另一表面,第二凹槽的孔径大于第二凹槽的贯穿长度。2 .如权利要求 1 所述滤网,其特征在于:所述第一凹槽沿着第二凹槽的方向形成锥度。3 .如权利要求 1 所述滤网,其特征在于:所述第二凹槽形状为圆形,直径为 0. 1-0.8mm 。4 .如权利要求 3 所述滤网,其特征在于:所述第二凹槽的直径为 0. 15-0.8mm 。5. 一种滤网的加工方法,包括以下步骤:冲制第一凹槽:在初坯表面的一面上冲制第一凹槽,使滤网初坯另一面上相应位置形成的凸台;减少凸台高度:去除材料,使滤网初坯形成第一凹槽部位的高度变小;冲制第二凹槽:冲制第二凹槽,冲压出孔径大于其贯穿长度的第二凹槽。6 .如权利要求 5 所述滤网的加工方法,其特征在于:所述滤网初坯的厚度为 0. 3 -0.8mm 。7 .如权利要求 5 所述滤网的加工方法,其特征在于:所述第一凹槽的深度为 0. 2 -0.7 mm 。8 .如权利要求 5 所述滤网的加工方法,其特征在于:所述第二凹槽的贯通长度为 0.02-0. 4mm 。9 .如权利要求 8 所述滤网的加工方法,其特征在于:所述第二凹槽的形状为圆形,直径为 0. 15 -0.8 mm 。10. 如权利要求 5 所述滤网的加工方法,其特征在于:所述滤网初坯的厚度为 0. 2 -0.8mm , 所述第一凹槽的深度为 0. 1 -0.7 mm ,所述第二凹槽的贯通长度为 0.02-0. 7mm ,所述第二凹槽的形状为圆形,直径为 0. 1 -0.8 mm 。11. 一种应用滤网的咖啡机,包括杯体、底盖、发泡罩以及滤片,其特征在于:所述滤网上开有滤孔,所述滤孔包括第一凹槽及与第一凹槽连通的第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽贯穿滤网的另一表面,第二凹槽的孔径大于第二凹槽的贯穿长度;所述底盖设置在杯体的底部,底盖上开设有出液孔,所述发泡罩设置在底盖内,所述发泡罩开设有发泡孔,所述滤网设置在杯体内且位于发泡罩上方,所述滤片至少一层,所述滤片设置在底盖与发泡罩之间。12 .如权利要求 11 所述咖啡机,其特征在于:所述底盖由杯体的底部凹陷部位形成,所述发泡罩卡装在所述底盖内。13 .如权利要求 11 所述咖啡机,其特征在于:所述发泡罩由杯体的底部凹陷部位形成,所述底盖套装在所述发泡罩上。14 .如权利要求 11 所述咖啡机,其特征在于:所述杯体的底部设置有通孔,所述通孔内连接有导套,所述底盖套装在所述导套上。15 .如权利要求 14 所述咖啡机,其特征在于:所述底盖与导套的底端围成一个腔体,所述发泡罩和滤片安装在该腔体内。16 .如权利要求 15 所述咖啡机,其特征在于:所述底盖内侧壁设置有环形台阶,导套的外侧壁配合所述环形台阶形成安装槽,安装槽内设置有密封圈。17 .如权利要求 11 所述咖啡机,其特征在于:所述发泡罩和滤片之间安装有垫圈。18 .如权利要求 17 所述咖啡机,其特征在于:所述发泡罩由所述杯体的底部凹陷部位形成,所述发泡罩上卡装有所述底盖,所述滤片和垫圈安装在所述底盖内。19 .如权利要求 18 所述咖啡机,其特征在于:所述杯体的底部凹陷形成所述底盖,所述发泡罩卡装在所述底盖内,所述滤片和垫圈安装在所述发泡罩和底盖之间。20. 如权利要求 11 所述咖啡机,其特征在于:所述杯体的内侧壁上设有至少两个凸点,所述滤网形成有周缘,周缘上开设有至少两个供所述两个凸点滑入其内的 L 形凹槽,所述 L 形凹槽一端向下延伸,另一端槽壁上设有凸部。
