升降开关 03呈钩状, 其中部以横向轴 32与所述扶手定位部 23活动连接, 钩部 31位于 升降开关 03的底端, 该钩部 31插设于所述扶手调节部 14侧面的档位槽 16中, 升降开关 03 的顶部通过弹簧 04抵设于扶手定位部 23 (弹簧 04部分插入圆孔 33 ),按压该升降开关 03的 顶部, 使弹簧受外力压缩时, 钩部 31脱离档位槽 16。
在一种较优选的实施方式中, 为了限制扶手调节部 14两端的位置,还可以在所述扶手调 节部 14上设有以活节 00为圆心的弧形贯穿槽孔 15 , —根圆轴穿过弧形贯穿槽孔 15并两端 固定于所述弧形板 23。
在更为优选的实施方式中, 为了提高该座椅扶手的使用舒适度, 根据经验值, 在所述扶 手调节部 14侧面自上而下开设有三个档位槽 16。 当钩部 31插入中间的档位槽时,扶手件 02 呈水平。 扶手件 02以座椅连接件 01的凸柱 11为圆心逆时针旋转 6。后, 钩部 31插入位于上 方的档位槽 16, 扶手件 02水平向上倾斜 6。。 或者, 扶手板 02以座椅连接件 01的凸柱 11为 圆心自水平位置顺时针旋转 6°后, 钩部 31插入位于下方的档位槽 16, 扶手件 02水平向下倾 斜 6。。
在另一种更为优选的实施方式中,在所述扶手调节部 14侧面自上而下开设有五个档位槽 16, 当钩部 31插设于自上而下的第一个档位槽 16时, 扶手件 02水平向上倾斜 6。; 当钩部 31插设于自上而下的第二个档位槽 16时, 扶手件 02水平向上倾斜 3。; 当钩部 31插设于自 上而下的第三个档位槽 16时,扶手件 02呈水平 0。; 当钩部 31插设于自上而下的第四个档位 槽 16时, 扶手件 02水平向下倾斜 3。; 当钩部 31插设于自上而下的第五个档位槽 16时, 扶 手件 02水平向下倾斜 6°。
本发明还提供一种座椅, 在一种实施方式中, 该座椅包括座垫、 椅背及所述的升降调节 的座椅扶手, 所述的座椅扶手固定于所述座椅的椅背和 /或座垫上。
其中, 座椅连接件 01具有装配部 12及从该装配部 12前端弧形向上延伸的扶手调节部 14, 所述的扶手件 02 包括一活动轴和从该活动轴前端向下延伸的扶手定位部 23 , 所述的扶 手定位部 23为一弧形板, 所述的弧形板上开设有内弧槽 21 , 内弧槽 21将所述扶手调节部 14 包容在内。 为了加强该座椅扶手的结构稳固性, 座椅连接件 01设有连接两端的加强筋 13。
所述的扶手调节部 14上开设有至少两个档位槽 16, 该升降开关 03包括一活动连接所述 扶手调节部 14的钩部 31 , 所述钩部 31活动插设于所述各档位槽 16中。
所述的升降开关 03通过一横向圆轴 32活动连接于所述的扶手件 02的扶手定位部 23 , 所述的横向圆轴 32设置于所述的升降开关 03的中部,所述的钩部 31设置于所述的升降开关 03的底端, 所述的升降开关 03的顶端通过一弹簧 04抵设于所述的扶手定位部 23 ,抵压升降 开关 03的顶端, 使弹簧受外力压缩时, 钩部 31脱离档位槽 16。
在优选的实施方式中, 该座椅中所述扶手调节部 14设有以活节 00为圆心的弧形贯穿槽 孔 15 , —根圆轴穿过弧形贯穿槽孔 15并两端固定于所述扶手定位部 23。
本发明提供了一种调节升降的座椅扶手, 其扶手件能以该扶手件与座椅连接件的活动连 接点为支点摆动, 并在摆动的外弧端设有可以相对固定的升降开关, 从而能够方便得调节扶 手的水平角度, 对不同使用者提供舒适的手臂支撑, 其结构筒单, 使用筒便, 且应用范围广 泛。 在扶手件的前端设有向下的弧形扶手定位部, 弧形扶手定位部的内弧槽将所述扶手定位 部包容在内, 有效限制了扶手件与座椅连接件间的横向运动, 从而保证该调节升降的座椅扶 手的结构坚固, 可承受较大的外部压力。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于, 包括:
座椅连接件(01), 用以连接座椅的椅背和 /或座垫;
扶手件(02), 活动固定于所述的座椅连接件(01);
升降开关 (03), 分别活动连接所述的座椅连接件(01)和所述的扶手件(02), 用于调 节所述的座椅连接件(01) 与所述扶手件(02)之间的相对位置关系。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的座椅连接件( 01 )具 有将该升降调节的座椅扶手固定在座椅上的一装配部 (12)及置于装配部 (12) 前端的扶手 调节部 ( 14)。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的扶手调节部 ( 14)上 开设有至少两个档位槽(16), 升降开关 (03)活动插设于所述各档位槽(16) 中。
4、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的扶手调节部 (14) 由所述的装配部 (12)前端弧形向上延伸。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的扶手件(02) 包括一 活动轴和固定于该活动轴一端的扶手定位部(23), 该活动轴的另一端与座椅连接件(01)以 活节 (00)连接。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的扶手定位部 (23) 为 一弧形板, 所述的弧形板上开设有内弧槽(21)。
7、 如权利要求 5或 6所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的扶手定位部 (23) 由所述的活动轴前端向下延伸。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的升降开关 (03)通过 一横向圆轴(32)活动连接于所述的扶手件(02), 该升降开关(03)通过一钩部(31)活动 连接所述的座椅连接件( 01 )。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的横向圆轴(32)设置 于所述的升降开关 (03) 的中部, 所述的钩部 (31)设置于所述的升降开关 (03) 的底端, 所述的升降开关( 03 )的顶端通过一弹簧( 04 )抵设于所述的扶手件( 02 ),抵压升降开关( 03 ) 的顶端, 使弹簧受外力压缩, 所述的升降开关 (03) 以所述的横向圆轴 (32) 为转轴旋转, 钩部 ( 31 )脱离所述的座椅连接件( 01 )。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的升降开关(03)顶端 连接所述弹簧(04) 的相对一侧设置有用以抵压该升降开关 (03)顶端的把手 (34)。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述座椅连接件( 01 )设有 连接两端的加强筋 ( 13)。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述扶手件(02)的上表面 呈孩 ί凸弧状。
13、 如权利要求 1所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述扶手件(02)的上表面 覆盖一层饰面盖 (22)。
14、 一种升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于, 包括:
座椅连接件 (01), 具有将该升降调节的座椅扶手固定在座椅的椅背和 /或座垫上的一装 配部 (12)及置于装配部 (12)前端的扶手调节部 (14);
扶手件(02), 包括一活动轴和固定于该活动轴一端的扶手定位部 (23), 该活动轴的另 一端与座椅连接板(01) 以活节 (00)连接;
升降开关( 03 ),通过一横向圆轴( 32 )活动连接于所述的扶手件( 02 )的扶手定位部( 23 ), 该升降开关 (03)通过一钩部 (31)活动连接所述的座椅连接件(01) 的扶手调节部 (14)。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的扶手调节部 (14) 由所述的装配部 (12) 前端弧形向上延伸, 所述的扶手定位部 (23) 由所述的活动轴前端弧 形向下延伸。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的扶手定位部 (23) 为一弧形板, 所述的弧形板上开设有内弧槽 (21), 内弧槽 (21)将所述扶手调节部(14) 包 容在内。
17、 如权利要求 14至 16中任一项所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的扶手 调节部( 14)上开设有至少两个档位槽( 16), 钩部(31 )活动插设于所述各档位槽( 16)中。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的横向圆轴(32)设 置于所述的升降开关(03)的中部, 所述的钩部(31)设置于所述的升降开关(03)的底端, 所述的升降开关(03)的顶端通过一弹簧( 04 )抵设于所述的扶手定位部(23), 抵压升降开 关 (03) 的顶端, 使弹簧受外力压缩时, 所述的升降开关 (03) 以所述的横向圆轴 (32) 为 转轴旋转, 钩部 (31)脱离档位槽(16)。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述的升降开关 (03)顶 端连接所述弹簧(04) 的相对一侧设置有用以抵压该升降开关 (03)顶端的把手 (34)。
20、 如权利要求 14所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述扶手调节部 (14)设 有以活节(00)为圆心的弧形贯穿槽孔(15), —根圆轴穿过弧形贯穿槽孔(15)并两端固定 于所述扶手定位部 (23)。
21、 如权利要求 14所述的升降调节的座椅扶手, 其特征在于: 所述座椅连接件(01 )设 有连接两端的加强筋 ( 13)。
22、 一种座椅, 包括座垫和椅背, 其特征在于: 该座椅还包括如权利要求 1或 14所述的升 降调节的座椅扶手, 所述的座椅扶手固定于所述座椅的椅背和 /或座垫上。
23、 如权利要求 22所述的座椅, 其特征在于: 座椅连接件(01)具有装配部 (12) 及从 该装配部(12)前端弧形向上延伸的扶手调节部(14), 所述的扶手件(02) 包括一活动轴和 从该活动轴前端向下延伸的扶手定位部(23), 所述的扶手定位部(23)为一弧形板, 所述的 弧形板上开设有内弧槽 (21), 内弧槽 ( 21 )将所述扶手调节部 ( 14 ) 包容在内。
24、 如权利要求 23所述的座椅, 其特征在于: 所述的扶手调节部 (14)上开设有至少两 个档位槽(16), 该升降开关 (03) 包括一活动连接所述扶手调节部 (14) 的钩部 (31), 所 述钩部 (31)活动插设于所述各档位槽(16) 中。
25、如权利要求 24所述的座椅,其特征在于: 所述的升降开关(03)通过一横向圆轴(32) 活动连接于所述的扶手件(02)的扶手定位部(23), 所述的横向圆轴(32)设置于所述的升 降开关 (03) 的中部, 所述的钩部 (31)设置于所述的升降开关 (03) 的底端, 所述的升降 开关(03)的顶端通过一弹簧(04)抵设于所述的扶手定位部(23), 该升降开关(03)的顶 端连接所述弹簧(04)的相对一侧设置有把手(34), 通过向上扳动该把手(34)以抵压升降 开关(03) 的顶端, 使弹簧受外力压缩时, 钩部 (31)脱离档位槽(16)。
26、 如权利要求 22所述的座椅, 其特征在于: 所述扶手调节部 (14)设有以活节 (00) 为圆心的弧形贯穿槽孔( 15 ), 一根圆轴穿过弧形贯穿槽孔( 15 )并两端固定于所述扶手定位 部 (23)。
27、 如权利要求 22所述的座椅, 其特征在于: 所述座椅连接件(01 )设有连接两端的加 强筋 ( 13)。
