例如专利号为201310325355.3的中国发明专利授权文本,公开了一种多功能睡枕,包括头枕、颈枕、背枕,其中所述颈枕分别与头枕、背枕相连;所述背枕为波浪形背枕,所述波浪形背枕的谷底处分别缝制有第一按摩球和第二按摩球。这种睡枕结合了头枕、颈枕、背枕,但在坐姿情况下不方便使用,且枕头高度不能调整,头枕不能实现角度变化,无法适应不同人的需求,舒适度有限。
专利号为201510408856.7的中国发明专利申请文件,公开了一种多功能智能午睡枕,它包括午睡枕、耳机、闹钟、铰链、伸缩杆和固定装置;午睡枕呈贴合脸部的U型,在午睡枕从底部中间位置分断为左、右两部分,从而形成夹角;铰链位于午睡枕底部分断位置;伸缩杆位于铰链下端;固定装置连接在伸缩杆下端。该技术方案解决了头枕不能实现角度变化,以及头枕高度不能 调节的问题,但由于其形状和结构的限制,且没有具体公开通过铰链调整角度的方法,其竖直状的U型枕依然不够舒适;另外,通过单独的伸缩杆也无法保证头枕的稳定性,且不能调整头枕的前后倾斜度。
同时,现有技术中的可调头枕基本只适用于桌面,在床,如按摩床,以及火车或飞机等空间狭小的座位上并不适用。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例一公开了一种能够调整头枕高度以及前后倾斜角度的可调头枕。具体技术方案如下:
一种可调头枕,包括一安装在头垫托板上的头枕,一用于支撑可调头枕的底座,以及一第二调节器,可旋转的设置在底座上,顶部连接头垫托板;一第一调节器,可旋转的设置在底座上,顶部连接头垫托板;其中,第二调节器和/或第一调节器与头垫托板的连接方式通过万向连接件连接。由于调节器与头垫托板之间通过万向连接件连接,使得头垫托板可以相对于底座转动,优选的是将第二调节器设置在头枕的头顶方向,第一调节器设置在头枕的下颌方向,此时头垫托板的顶端和底端被第二调节器和第一调节器限定,则可以至少实现左右转动,便于使用者调整头部中心,找到更舒适的睡眠姿势。
进一步的,第一调节器纵向切面为圆形,且能够在该圆形切面内相对底座旋转;一第一万向连接杆固定连接在第一调节器上,该第一万向连接杆上端设置有万向连接件,并与头垫托板万向连接;第一万向连接杆的两侧对称设置有限位件,限位件为可压缩的弹性件。第一万向连接杆的高度固定,此时转动第一调节器,则第一万向连接杆转动,第一万向连接杆转动到水平位置时,头枕下颌方向的高度调整到最低;调整左右角度时,只需向左右用力转动头部,头 枕受力,压缩下方的限位件7,限位件发生形变,并在力的平衡下保持不变,当限位件受到的压力消失时,恢复原状。由此,第一调节器同时实现可调头枕的左右角度调整以及相对桌面的高度调整。
进一步的,第一调节器上还设置有若干卡位,卡位沿第一调节器的圆形切面边缘均匀分布,一第一调节按钮通过弹簧与第一调节器上的卡位相配合。第一调节按钮相对固定的设置在底座上,第一调节按钮上设计有卡榫和第一调节弹簧,在第一调节弹簧的作用下,卡榫卡合在第一调节器上的卡位内部,按压第一调节按钮,压缩第一调节弹簧,卡榫脱出卡位,此时第一调节器可以转动;当第一调节器转动到合适位置时,松开第一调节按钮,卡榫再次卡入对应位置的卡位,重新锁定第一调节器。
进一步的,第二调节器纵向切面为圆形,且能够在该圆形切面内相对底座旋转;一第二万向连接杆沿圆形切面插入第二调节器;第二万向连接杆上端设置有万向连接件,并与头垫托板万向连接;一第二调节按钮沿圆形切面插入第二调节器且方向垂直于第二万向连接杆。
进一步的,第二万向连接杆上设置有若干卡槽,第二调节按钮通过第二调节弹簧与所述卡槽相配合。
使用时如需调整头枕头顶位置的高度,只需按下第二调节按钮,压下设置在第二调节弹簧,使第二调节按钮脱出第二万向连接杆的卡槽,拉伸第二万向连接杆,从而调整到合适的高度,而后松开第二调节按钮,即可重新锁定第二万向连接杆。同时,第二调节器自身的转动无需锁定,在头垫托板的带动下,随第一调节器共同转动,即可实现收折或展开。
进一步的,头垫托板包括上部的头垫托板和下部的万向连接座,万向连接 件连接在头垫托板和万向连接座之间。优选为,第一万向连接杆和第二万向连接杆的顶端设计为球形,并且镶嵌在头垫托板和万向连接座围成的球形空间内,使得头垫托板可以左右转动,以及前后平移。
进一步的,底座由底座盖板和底座底板扣合而成,且底座上设置有提手。底座盖板将第二调节器和第一调节器定位在底座底板上。
优选的,底座设计为环形,头枕及头垫托板也设计为环形,并且可调头枕收折时,第二调节器可以容纳在头枕中间位置,第一调节器及头垫托板下方的突出结构可以容纳在底座的中间位置,使得收纳后的可调头枕体积变小且外观整洁。
本发明的实施例二公开了一种能够调整头枕高度以及前后倾斜角度的可调理疗床头枕。
一种可调理疗床头枕,包括实施例一所述的可调头枕,且所述可调头枕的底座为环形,底座设置在理疗床的面部透气孔内部。
本发明的实施例三公开了一种能够调整头枕高度以及前后倾斜角度的可调椅背头枕。
一种可调椅背头枕,包括实施例一所述的可调头枕,且可调头枕的底座连接在座椅靠背的背面上,且角度调整器设置在椅背上部,高度调整器相对于角度调整器设置在椅背下部。
本发明的实施例三公开了一种能够调整头枕高度以及前后倾斜角度的可调桌面头枕。
一种可调桌面头枕,包括实施例一所述的可调头枕,且所述可调头枕可任意放置在桌面上。
进一步的,为使可调头枕更加所述可调头枕安置在桌面上固定位置,桌面侧边设置有滑道,可调头枕使用时将桌面上安置可调头枕的一面朝上,可调头枕不使用时,利用滑道将桌面翻转,使得桌面上安置可调头枕的一面朝下。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明可调头枕结构简单,制造方法简便,易于实施;
2.本发明可调头枕能够方便的调整头枕高度和角度,提高使用舒适度;
3.本发明可调头枕能够适应床体、桌面、椅背等不同环境的使用需求;
4.本发明可调头枕在改变头枕高度和纵向角度的同时,还能够调整横向角度,即使用中使用者头部可以转动,改变受力方向,进一步提高了舒适度。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的实施例一公开了一种能够调整头枕高度以及前后倾斜角度的可调头枕。
如图1-3所示,可调头枕包括:一安装在头垫托板上的头枕1,一用于支撑可调头枕的底座,以及一第二调节器4,可旋转的设置在底座上,顶部连接头垫托板;一第一调节器3,可旋转的设置在底座上,顶部连接头垫托板。
头枕1采用环状C形软头枕,下颌处为C形的开口处,提高使用的舒适度和透气性。
为使头垫托板能够活动,在头垫托板21下方设置万向连接座22,其中头垫托板21设计为环形,用于支撑头枕1;万向连接座22可以设计为如本实施例图1所示的前后两个小盖板,用于将第二调节器4和第一调节器3上的万向连接件定位在头垫托板上,且为了方便万向连接件的收纳,在小盖板的同一侧 设计有开口,使得整个头枕收折时,第一万向连接杆5和第二万向连接杆8的杆体可以收纳在小盖板的开口处,结构简单,节省材料。
万向连接座22还可以设计为与头垫托板21对应的环形,前后两端点上带有开口方向相同的圆形开口,这种结构更为稳定,但用材较多。
底座设计为环形,由底座盖板10和底座底板11扣合而成;底座盖板10将第二调节器4定位在底座底板11上头顶的对应位置,将第一调节器3定位在底座底板11上下颌的对应位置。即第一调节器3和第二调节器4位于底座的两个对应的端点上。底座盖板10上设置有第一调节按钮6和第一调节弹簧61,第一调节按钮6上带有卡榫62。
底座侧边上设置有圆滑的提手,便于可调头枕的携带。
本发明的核心设计在于第二调节器4和第一调节器3,其中,第一调节器3为近似球形的结构,设置在底座底板11的下颌对应位置;第一调节器3中间位置的纵向切面为圆形,且中间位置沿圆形切面边缘均匀分布有若干卡位,用于第一调节器3的位置锁定。卡位与第一调节按钮6上的卡榫62相适配。
第一调节器3两侧带有圆柱形转动臂,转动臂坐在底座底板11的第一调节器座上,使第一调节器3能够在圆形纵切面内相对底座旋转。
一第一万向连接杆5固定连接在第一调节器3的中间位置上,该第一万向连接杆5上端设置有球形的万向连接件,并镶嵌在头垫托板和万向连接座组成的头垫托板中。第一万向连接杆5的两侧对称设置有限位件7,限位件7位于第一调节器3两侧的转动臂上。本实施例中的限位件7设计为固定支杆与限为弹簧71相配合,也可以设计为一体式的弹性材料。
第二调节器4结构为球形结构或鼓状结构,纵向切面为圆形,设置在底座 底板11的头顶对应位置;第一调节器3中间位置的纵向切面为圆形,能够在该圆形切面内相对底座旋转。
一第二万向连接杆8沿第二调节器4的圆形切面插入第二调节器4;第二万向连接杆8上端设置有球形万向连接件,并镶嵌在头垫托板和万向连接座组成的头垫托板中。一第二调节按钮9沿圆形切面插入第二调节器4且方向垂直于第二万向连接杆8。
第二调节按钮9中间带有开口,第二万向连接杆8穿过该开口,且开口内部设置有一第二调节弹簧91,第二调节弹簧91一端连接在第二调节按钮9上,另一端抵在第二万向连接杆8上。第二万向连接杆8上纵向设置有若干卡槽81,第二调节按钮9不与第二调节弹簧91连接的一端与所述卡槽81相卡合。
组装:
将第一调节器3和第二调节器4坐在底板底座11上,盖上底板盖板10;
将万向连接座22通过其开口卡在第一万向连接杆5、第二万向连接杆8顶端的球体下方;
将头垫托板21与万向连接座22固定连接,这里可以通过卡合件或螺钉等方式固定。
调整高度:
按下第一调节按钮6,第一调节弹簧61压缩,卡榫62脱出第一调节器3的卡口,前后转动第一调节器3,调整可调头枕下颌位置的高度,到合适位置时松开第一调节按钮6,卡榫62重新卡合第一调节器3的卡口;
按下第二调节按钮9,第二调节弹簧91压缩,第二调节按钮9脱出第二万向连接杆8的卡槽81,上下调整第二万向连接杆8的高度,调整可调头枕头顶 位置的高度,到合适位置时松开第二调节按钮9,重新卡合第二万向连接杆8的卡槽81。
调整高度时需先调整第一调节器3,再调整第二调节器4,调整第一调节器3时,第二调节器4会随之转动,导致第二万向连接杆8高度发生变化。
调整角度:
使用者只需向左、右用力转动头部,头枕受力,压缩下方的限位件7,限位件7压缩限位弹簧71发生形变,并在力的平衡下保持限位件7位置不变,从而实现左右角度的变化。当限位件7受到的压力消失时,恢复原状。
折叠:
可调头枕不使用时可以折叠起来便于收纳。此时,首先按下第一调节按钮6,第一调节弹簧61压缩,卡榫62脱出第一调节器3的卡口,向后转动第一调节器3,使第一万向连接杆5的球头转动到底座中间位置,第一万向连接杆5呈水平位置时松开第一调节按钮6;进而按下第二调节按钮9,第二调节弹簧91压缩,第二调节按钮9脱出第二万向连接杆8的卡槽81,将第二万向连接杆8全部插入第二调节器4内部时,松开第二调节按钮9,此时可调头枕的形状如图4、5所示,收折到最小位置。由于底座设计为环形,头枕及头垫托板也设计为环形,可调头枕收折时,第二调节器可以容纳在头枕中间位置,第一调节器及头垫托板下方的突出结构可以容纳在底座的中间位置,使得收纳后的可调头枕体积变小且外观整洁。
本发明的实施例二如图6、7所示,公开了一种能够调整头枕高度以及前后倾斜角度的可调理疗床头枕。
一种可调理疗床头枕,包括实施例一所述的可调头枕,且所述可调头枕的底座为环形,底座设置在理疗床的面部透气孔12内部。
可调理疗床头枕的调整与折叠方式与实施例一相同,且可调理疗床头枕折叠后与理疗床高度相同。
本发明的实施例三如图8、9所示,公开了一种能够调整头枕高度以及前后倾斜角度的可调椅背头枕。
一种可调椅背头枕,包括实施例一所述的可调头枕,且可调头枕的底座连接在座椅靠背的背面上,且角度调整器3设置在椅背上部,高度调整器4相对于角度调整器3设置在椅背下部。
由于座椅靠背会存在一定的倾斜角度,本实施例中的高度调整器4的第二万向连接杆8设计为带有弹性凸柱的伸缩管结构,从而适应不同使用者的高度需求。
可调椅背头枕的调整与折叠方式与实施例一相同,且本实施例中的可调椅背头枕折叠后与座椅靠背的背面基本平齐。
本发明的实施例三公开了一种能够调整头枕高度以及前后倾斜角度的可调桌面头枕。
一种可调桌面头枕,包括实施例一所述的可调头枕,且所述可调头枕的底座安置在桌面上。可调桌面头枕的调整与折叠方式与实施例一相同,
同时可以设计一种可翻转桌面,将可调桌面头枕设计在桌面背面,需要时将带有可调桌面头枕的一面翻转上来,并调整可调桌面头枕的高度和角度进行 使用;不使用头枕时,将可调桌面头枕折叠到最小结构,并翻转桌面。
本发明在使用者使用中,能够自由转动头部,改变支撑点,且透气性好,使用方便,舒适度佳。同时,通过改变底座的结构,本发明还可以适用于普通床体。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种可调头枕,其特征在于,包括:
    一头枕(1),安装在头垫托板上;
    一底座,用于支撑可调头枕;
    一角度方向调节系统,顶部连接头垫托板(21),底部可旋转的连接在底座上;
    其中,角度方向调节系统与头垫托板(21)通过万向连接件连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可调头枕,其特征在于,所述角度方向调节系统包括第一调节器(3)和/或第二调节器(4),第一调节器(3)和/或第二调节器(4)设置在底座上,用于调整头枕(1)的高度和/或角度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可调头枕,其特征在于,所述第一调节器(3)纵向切面为圆形,且能够在该圆形切面内相对底座旋转;一第一万向连接杆(5)固定连接在第一调节器(3)上,该第一万向连接杆(5)上端设置有万向连接件,并通过万向连接件与头垫托板(21)万向连接;第一万向连接杆(5)的两侧对称设置有限位件(7),限位件(7)为可压缩的弹性件。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可调头枕,其特征在于,所述第一调节器(3)上还设置有若干卡位,卡位沿第一调节器(3)的圆形切面边缘均匀分布,一第一调节按钮(6)通过弹簧与第一调节器(3)上的卡位相配合。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的可调头枕,其特征在于,所述第二调节器(4)纵向切面为圆形,且能够在该圆形切面内相对底座旋转;一第二万向连接杆(8)沿圆形切面插入第二调节器(4);第二万向连接杆(8)上端设置有万向连接件,并通过万向连接件与头垫托板(21)万向连接;一第二调节按钮(9)沿圆形切 面插入第二调节器(4)且方向垂直于第二万向连接杆(8)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可调头枕,其特征在于,第二万向连接杆(8)上设置有若干卡槽(81),第二调节按钮(9)通过弹簧与所述卡槽(81)相配合。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的可调头枕,其特征在于,底座由底座盖板(10)和底座底板(11)扣合而成,且底座上设置有提手。
  8. 一种可调理疗床头枕,其特征在于,包括前述权利要求1-5任意一项所述的可调头枕,所述可调头枕的底座为环形,底座设置在理疗床的面部透气孔(12)内部。
  9. 一种可调椅背头枕,其特征在于,包括前述权利要求1-5任意一项所述的可调头枕,所述可调头枕的底座连接在座椅靠背的背面上,且角度调整器(3)设置在椅背上部,高度调整器(4)相对于角度调整器(3)设置在椅背下部。
  10. 一种可调桌面头枕,其特征在于,包括前述权利要求1-5任意一项所述的可调头枕,且所述可调头枕可任意放置在桌面上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的可调桌面头枕,其特征在于,所述可调头枕安置在桌面上固定位置,桌面侧边设置有滑道,可调头枕使用时将桌面上安置可调头枕的一面朝上,可调头枕不使用时,利用滑道将桌面翻转,使得桌面上安置可调头枕的一面朝下。
