如图 2所示, 本实施例描述了复核系统进行车牌识别复核的流程, 包括: 步骤 201 , 将待复核通行记录添加到待复核通行记录表中, 每条通行记 录中包括带有车牌的图像信息, 以及对该图像中车牌的自动识别结果; 通常会通过对不同角度拍摄的图像的识别结果进行对比, 判断本次车牌 识别是否正确, 如果正确, 则按照正常流程处理, 如果不正确, 则该多次从 不同角度拍摄的图像信息以及对应的识别结果将分别作为多条待复核通行记 录被保存至待复核通行记录表中。
优选地, 该通行记录中还可以保存有图像拍摄的时间信息, 以方便进行 去重操作。 为使去重操作更准确, 该通行记录中还可以保存有拍摄位置信息。
步骤 202 , 在接收到复核请求后, 从待复核通行记录表中取出待复核的 通行记录发送至复核界面显示;
复核请求是复核员通过开启复核程序发出的, 或者是复核员通过在复核 界面上点击开始复核按钮发出的。
优选地, 可根据入表时间顺序取通行记录, 例如, 釆用先入先出的原则。 如果没有待复核的通行记录, 则可在复核界面上进行提示。
复核终端可以有多个, 此时根据复核请求, 可以为多个复核终端分配待 复核通行记录, 即可将多条待复核通行记录显示在多个复核界面上, 由多个 复核员共同进行复核。 优选地, 将属于同一区域的通行记录固定分配给一个 或多个复核终端, 由复核终端的复核界面显示被分配的通行记录。
步骤 203 , 在接收到复核完成命令 (包括成功命令或失败命令)后, 将 经过复核的通行记录添加到复核通行记录历史表中; 包括以下几种处理: 1 )在接收到本条通行记录复核成功的命令后, 用待复核通行记录中的自 动识别结果作为经过复核的通行记录中的识别结果, 或者将由复核界面输入 的识别结果作为经过复核的通行记录的识别结果, 将经过复核的通行记录添 加到复核通行记录历史表中;
本处理针对以下两种情况:
A、 车牌的自动识别结果正确, 则复核员会发出本条通行记录复核成功 的命令, 此时, 用待复核通行记录中的自动识别结果作为经过复核的通行记 录中的识别结果, 该复核后的通行记录将被添加到复核通行记录历史表中;
B、车牌的自动识别结果不正确,则复核员由复核界面输入正确的识别结 果, 然后发出本条通行记录复核成功的命令, 此时, 将该由复核界面输入的 识别结果作为经过复核的通行记录的识别结果, 该复核后的通行记录将被添 加到复核通行记录历史表中;
复核成功命令的下发可以复核员操作复核界面上的按钮来实现。
2 )在接收到本条通行记录复核失败的命令后, 将该通行记录添加到复核 通行记录历史表中 , 并标记该通行记录为无法识别的记录。
本处理针对一种特殊的情况, 如图像较模糊, 复核员无法判断自动识别 结果是否正确, 则此时复核员可以下发复核失败命令, 指示将该通行记录作 为无法识别记录保存。 此外, 对于此种情况, 复核员也可以按照 1 )进行处 理。
优选地, 如果通行记录中保存有图像拍摄的时间信息, 则在将经过复核 的通行记录添加到复核通行记录历史表中后, 还可以执行去重操作, 即将预 定时间范围内的具有相同识别结果的多条通行记录合并为一条通行记录。 时 间范围的大小根据所在场景的不同可能有所不同。 因为这些通行记录中的图 像可能是同一时间从不同角度拍摄的同一车辆经过的照片, 为了避免重复处 罚或计费, 则合并该些重复的通行记录。 优选地, 为了得到更好的去重效果, 如果该通行记录中还保存有拍摄位置信息, 则还可参考位置信息进行去重操 作。
可在将经过复核的通行记录添加到复核通行记录历史表后, 从待复核通 行记录表中删除该记录,或者在待复核通行记录表中标记该记录已完成复核, 后一处理方式对待复核通行记录表的性能要求更高。
复核通行记录历史表中的通行记录可以通过外部接口适配后传递给下游 的业务处理系统处理, 如生成罚单, 或者进行计费等。
实施例 2
如图 3所示, 本实施例的人工复核系统包括:
复核界面 101 , 是复核员的操作界面, 在界面上显示一张或者两张待复 核的车牌图片, 以及自动识别的结果。 复核前, 获取由待复核通行记录分配 引擎 102分配的通行记录, 并显示; 复核后, 将经过复核的通行记录发送给 复核后处理引擎 105。
待复核通行记录分配引擎 102, 用来为复核员分配待复核的通行记录, 并且对已分配的记录进行管理。
分配策略可以是统一分配, 即不论待复核通行记录的通行地点, 只要复 核员 A请求分配记录, 并且他没有待处理的待复核通行记录, 就为他分配一 条待复核通行记录, 同时这条记录在处理完之前不能分配给其他复核员, 当 复核员 A—段时间内没有处理(处理超时) , 由分配引擎 102收回该待复核 记录, 此时可以将其分配给其他复核员。
如果通行记录中包括图像拍摄位置信息, 则分配策略还可以是按照待复 核通行记录的通行地点进行分配, 一部分复核员复核某个通行地点的待复核 记录, 另一部分复核员复核另一个通行地点的待复核记录, 对于每个通行地 点的待复核记录分配策略与前面叙述的统一分配策略一致。 当复核员通过复 核界面 101向待复核通行记录分配引擎 102请求待复核记录时, 待复核通行 记录分配引擎 102通过待复核通行记录操作引擎 103从待复核通行记录数据 库 104中读取待复核通行记录, 将该记录加入管理队列, 并返回给复核界面 101。
待复核通行记录操作引擎 103 ,通常是利用类似 Hibernate的 ORM( Object Relational Mapping, 对象关系映射)框架向数据库 104中添加待复核通行记 录, 以及釆用同样的方式从数据库 104中读取通行时间最早的待复核通行记 录, 并通过该框架清除数据库 104中的复核过了的待复核通行记录。
待复核通行记录数据库 104 , 用于存放待复核通行记录表, 及复核过的 复核通行记录历史表。数据库 104可以是 Oracle, SQL Server, My SQL.Postgres 等商业或开源数据库, 在本实施例中, 待复核通行记录表与复核通行记录历 史表的结构类此, 保存有待复核记录的通行地点、 通行时间、 自动识别的车 牌号及自动抓拍的车牌图片地址自动车牌识别系统可以获得的相关信息, 但 复核通行记录历史表中还可以保存有复核员名称、 复核时间等复核信息。
复核后处理引擎 105 , 负责通知待复核通行记录操作引擎 103将经过复 核的通行记录从待复核通行记录表中清除,并添加至复核通行记录历史表中。 然后通知外部接口模块 106 , 将复核后的通行记录传递给下游的业务处理系 统, 例如交易处理系统。
外部接口模块 106 , 负责将复核后的通行记录传递给下游的业务系统处 理。 外部接口模块的实现与下游业务的实现有关, 是本系统与下游业务系统 耦合的方式的实现, 可以通过 FTP ( File Transfer Protocol , 文件传输协议 )的 方式将复核后的通行记录传递给下游, 也可以通过 RPC ( Remote Procedure Call, 远程方法调用)的方式将复核后的通行记录传递给下游业务系统, 或者 是通过数据库的方式将复核后的通行记录传递给下游。
对于进入上述系统的待复核通行记录, 其处理方法流程如下:
步骤 1 : 上游的车牌识别系统将需要复核的待复核通行记录发送给待复 核通行记录操作引擎 103 , 待复核通行记录操作引擎 103将接收到的待复核 的通行记录添加到待复核通行记录数据库 104的待复核通行记录表中;
步骤 2: 复核界面 101向待复核通行记录分配引擎 102请求获取待复核 通行记录, 待复核通行记录分配引擎 102向待复核通行记录操作引擎 103请 求获取最早的待复核通行记录, 并在待复核通行记录数据库 104中将分配给 复核界面 101的待复核通行记录标识成正在复核的状态;
步骤 3: 待复核通行记录分配引擎 102将最早的待复核通行记录传给复 核界面 101 , 复核员复核该记录, 并通过复核界面 101将复核后的结果发送 给复核后处理引擎 105;
步骤 4: 复核后处理引擎 105通知待复核通行记录操作引擎 103将复核 后的通行记录从待复核通行记录表中清除,并添加至复核通行记录历史表中; 步骤 5: 复核后处理引擎 105通知外部接口模块 106, 将复核后的通行记 录传递给下游的业务处理系统;
步骤 6: 外部接口模块 106将复核后的通行记录以下游业务处理系统所 要求的方式传递给下游业务处理系统, 流程结束。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明所提供的方法和系统, 在自动识别的基础上增加了复核机制, 在 不影响原处理流程的情况下, 提高了车牌识别的正确率, 特别适宜作为 ETC 系统的辅助系统。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种车牌识别结果处理方法, 包括: 将待复核通行记录添加到待复核通行记录表中, 每条通行记录中包括带 有车牌的图像信息与对该图像中车牌的自动识别结果;
在接收到复核请求后, 从待复核通行记录表中取出待复核通行记录发送 至复核界面显示; 以及
在接收到复核完成命令后, 将经过复核的通行记录添加到复核通行记录 历史表中。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述从待复核通行记录表中取出待复核通行记录的步骤包括: 按照各待 复核通行记录添加到待复核通行记录表中的时间, 从先到后的顺序读取待复 核的通行己录。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述在接收到复核完成命令后, 将经过复核的通行记录添加到复核通行 记录历史表中的步骤包括:
在接收到本条通行记录复核成功的命令后, 用待复核通行记录中的自动 识别结果作为经过复核的通行记录中的识别结果, 或者将由复核界面输入的 识别结果作为经过复核的通行记录的识别结果, 将经过复核的通行记录添加 到复核通行记录历史表中; 或者
在接收到本条通行记录复核失败的命令后, 将该通行记录添加到复核通 行记录历史表中 , 并标记该通行记录为无法识别的记录。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述通行记录中还包括所述图像的拍摄时间信息;
所述将经过复核的通行记录添加到复核通行记录历史表中后, 所述方法 还包括去重的步骤, 所述去重的步骤包括: 根据通行记录中的拍摄时间信息 将预定时间范围内的具有相同识别结果的两条以上的通行记录合并为一条通 行记录。

所述从待复核通行记录表中取出待复核通行记录发送至复核界面显示的 步骤包括:
将属于同一区域的通行记录固定分配给一个或多个复核终端, 由所述复 核终端的复核界面显示被分配的通行记录。
7、 一种车牌识别结果处理系统, 包括: 待复核通行记录操作引擎、 待复 核通行记录分配引擎和复核后处理引擎, 其中:
所述待复核通行记录操作引擎设置为: 将待复核通行记录添加到待复核 通行记录表中, 每条通行记录中包括带有车牌的图像信息与对该图像中车牌 的自动识别结果; 以及根据所述复核后处理引擎发送的通知, 将经过复核的 通行记录添加到复核通行记录历史表中;
所述待复核通行记录分配引擎设置为: 在接收到复核请求后, 从待复核 通行记录表中取出待复核通行记录发送至复核界面显示;
所述复核后处理引擎设置为: 在接收到复核完成命令后, 向所述待复核 通行记录操作引擎发送通知, 通知其将经过复核的通行记录添加到复核通行 记录历史表中。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中,
所述复核后处理引擎是设置为釆用以下方式在接收到复核完成命令后, 将经过复核的通行记录添加到复核通行记录历史表中:
在接收到本条通行记录复核成功的命令后, 用待复核通行记录中的自动 识别结果作为经过复核的通行记录中的识别结果, 或者将由复核界面输入的 识别结果作为经过复核的通行记录的识别结果, 将经过复核的通行记录添加 到复核通行记录历史表中; 或者 在接收到本条通行记录复核失败的命令后, 将该通行记录添加到复核通 行记录历史表中 , 并标记该通行记录为无法识别的记录。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中,
所述通行记录中还包括所述图像的拍摄时间信息;
所述复核后处理引擎还设置为: 根据所述通行记录中的拍摄时间信息进 行去重操作, 所述去重操作包括: 根据通行记录中的拍摄时间信息将预定时 间范围内的具有相同识别结果的两条以上的通行记录合并为一条通行记录。

所述复核后处理引擎还设置为: 参考所述通行记录中的拍摄位置信息进 行去重操作。

所述待复核通行记录分配引擎是设置为釆用以下方式从待复核通行记录 表中取出待复核通行记录发送至复核界面显示:
