Abstract
L'invention porte sur un dispositif de transport et de montage (1) pour un ou plusieurs jeux complets de corps roulants cylindriques (2, 3), qui est essentiellement constitué par un manchon d'emballage extérieur (4) et un manchon d'emballage intérieur (5) disposé coaxialement au premier, entre lesquels sont disposés les corps roulants (2, 3) juxtaposés sur un cercle primitif commun et se touchant sur leurs surfaces périphériques. La cavité (6) du manchon d'emballage intérieur (5) est dans ce cas fermée des deux côtés par des bouchons creux (7, 8) en forme de tasse, qui sont en liaison serrée avec le manchon d'emballage intérieur (5) et qui présentent des rebords marginaux (9, 10) qui débordent au-delà de la paroi extérieure du manchon d'emballage intérieur (5), pour assurer la fixation en position axiale des corps roulants (2, 3). Selon l'invention, dans l'état non garni du dispositif de transport et de montage (1), le manchon d'emballage extérieur (4) présente un diamètre intérieur (DI) plus petit que le diamètre (DH) du cercle enveloppe des corps roulants (2, 3) qu'il s'agit de placer et il possède une élasticité grâce à laquelle ce manchon peut s'élargir lorsque l'on garnit le dispositif de transport et de montage (1) avec les corps roulants (2, 3) pour atteindre le diamètre (DH) du cercle enveloppe des corps roulants (2, 3), en même temps, tous les corps roulants (2, 3) peuvent être immobilisés dans le dispositif de transport et de montage (1) avec une faible force de serrage, et ce dernier dispositif peut être extrait facilement par un côté du palier lors du montage des corps roulants (2, 3).
