Abstract

본 발명은 유체 활성화 장치에 관한 것으로서 내부가 빈 원통 구조로 양단이 개방되고 유체가 통과할 수 있게 유로를 제공하는 수용공간이 마련되며 일 단과 타 단에 각각 제1결합부가 마련된 제1바디와, 상기 제1바디의 외측을 감싸도록 형성되고 상기 제1바디의 외주면 일부분과 소정간격 이격되는 이격공간이 마련된 제2바디와, 상기 각 제1결합부에 체결되는 것으로 유체가 유입되는 유입구와 유체가 배출되는 배출구가 각각 마련된 제1캡과 제2캡을 포함하는 케이스부와; 상기 케이스부의 수용공간에 상기 제1바디와 동일 중심축을 갖고, 상기 제1바디보다 작은 직경을 가지며, 상기 유체의 이동경로를 따라 배치되어 상기 수용공간을 통과하는 상기 유체에 자기력을 제공하는 자기력발생부와; 상기 수용공간에 설치되어 상기 자기력발생부를 지지하는 것으로 상기 자기력발생부의 일단이 삽입되는 장착홈이 마련되고, 상기 유입구를 통해 유입된 유체를 상기 수용공간으로 안내하도록 일 측면과 타 측면을 관통하는 다수의 가이드홀이 마련된 지지플레이트와; 상기 제1바디와 상기 제2바디 사이에 설치되어 상기 자기력발생부에서 발생하는 자기력에 의해 자화되어 상기 자기력발생부의 외주면과 상기 제1바디의 내주면 사이를 통과하는 유체에 자기력을 제공하는 자기력수용부와; 상기 자기력수용부와 상기 제2바디 사이에 설치되어 상기 케이스부의 외부에서 상기 수용공간으로 전달되는 열을 차단하는 열차단부;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따른 유체 활성화 장치에 의하면 액체 연료의 경우 연료가 활성화되어 연소되기 쉬운 상태로 변화됨으로써 연료의 소비를 줄일 수 있고, 공해물질의 배출을 줄일 수 있으며, 내연기관의 수명 및 효율을 증진시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
