Claims (43)
- 규격이 다른 용기목에 결합하는 용도로 사용되는 수용장치는, 수용장치의 내부에 액체나 파우더 등 다양한 이종물질이 내입되어 있고, 상기한 수용장치를 용기목에 결합하거나 또는 상기한 이종물질 수용장치를 용기목에 결합한 후에 수용장치의 본체나 기타 상방에 형성된 상캡 등 기타부위를 터치하거나 개방하는 과정에 수용장치의 내부에 든 이종물질이 용기 내부에 낙하 혼합되거나, 또는 수용장치의 상방 개방부를 통해 수용장치의 내부에 수용부에 든 향이나 맛이 든 고체 상태의 내용물이 용기 내부에 든 액체가 상기 수용장치를 통해 방출되는 과정에 수용부에 든 내용물이 녹아 방출되는 등 다양한 종류의 이종물질이 든 장치에 있어서,상기 수용장치의 하측으로는 규격이 다른 복수 이상의 용기목 나사산에 결합 가능한 나사산부가 형성되며,상기한 나사산부는 용기목의 나사산에 대응되면 용기목 나사산이 상기 나사산부를 외측으로 밀면서 조립되는 것이 가능하도록 신축성이 있는 재질로 구성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 나사산부의 내측 방향에는 제1나사산과 제2나사산을 형성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치,
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제2나사산의 내경이 제1나사산의 내경보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1나사산 또는 제2나사산이 있는 나사산부에는 두께를 얇게 한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용장치의 제1나사산이 있는 나사산부는 실리콘 등의 연질 수지를 통해 사출 성형한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 규격이 다른 용기목에 결합하는 용도로 사용되는 수용장치와, 상기 수용장치를 용기목에 결합하기 위해 하방에는 결합부인 나사산부가 형성된 복수의 용기목에 결합하는 수용장치에 있어서,상기 하측에 형성된 나사산부는, 용기목의 크기에 대응하여 조립되는 결합부인 나사산부가 규격이 다른 용기목에 조립되면, 나사산부가 용기목의 규격 또는 나사산의 크기에 따라 확장되는 정도가 조절되면서 상기 수용장치가 용기목에 결합되는 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 나사산부는 탄성이 있게 얇게 한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 나사산부의 임의 부위가 갈라지게 하고, 산기 갈라진 부위에는 연질의 수지로 탄력부를 형성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 탄력부는 다색사출성형되어 지는 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 나사산부는 용기목의 나사산에 저항을 받으면 외측으로 벌어지는 것이 가능하도록 일정 크기의 공간으로 탄력적인 나사산부를 구성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 나사산부는 용기목의 나사산에 대응하는 위치의 수용장치 내부에 조립식으로 형성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 조립식 나사산부는 용기목의 나사산에 접촉되면 용기목의 크기에 따라 나사산부가 외측으로 벌어지는 정도가 다르게 대응하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 나사산부는 용기목의 나사산부에 대응하는 위치에 조립식으로 형성하는 것이며, 상기 나사산부는 상방으로 접어진 형태의 것이 수용장치의 하단을 중심으로 결합된 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치,
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 나사산부는 용기목의 나사산 크기에 따라 외측으로 벌어지는 정도가 차이가 나며, 상기한 나사산부의 단부는 외측에서 내측 상단 방향으로 치켜 올려진 상태인 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 나사산부의 상단 방향에는 공간을 형성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 나사산부가 있는 수용장치의 외측으로는 보조대를 구비하고, 상기 보조대가 수용장치와 함께 작동하면 그 과정에 보조대가 나사산부를 용기목 방향으로 조여들게 하여 결합되는 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 나사산부의 내측 상단에는 두께를 얇게 하여 제1나사산을 형성하고, 하단에는 용기목의 나사산 크기에 따라 접철되는 정도가 다르게 대응하는 제2나사산을 형성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용장치의 내부에는 이종물질을 넣는 저장공간을 형성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 수용장치의 내부에는 이종물질을 넣는 저장공간을 형성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 본체의 임의 일 부위를 통해 배출하는 수단이 형성되거나 또는 본체의 내부에 이종물질이 든 수용장치를 금속캔 등의 용기에 결합하는 결합수단이 형성된 수용장치에 있어서,상기 수용장치의 하단 결합수단은 금속캔의 앤드 형상이 각기 다른 앤드에 결합 가능하도록 된 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 상기 결합수단에는 제1결합부와 제2결합부 등 규격이 다른 복수의 결합부를 두어 금속캔 등의 규격이 다른 앤드에 조립되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 상기 결합수단은 실리콘 등의 연질 수지로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 규격이 다른 용기목에 결합하는 용도로 사용되는 수용장치와, 상기 수용장치를 용기목에 결합하기 위해 하방에는 결합부가 형성된 복수의 용기목에 결합하는 수용장치에 있어서,상기 수용장치의 하측에 형성된 결합부는 연질의 수지로 형성된 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 결합부는 수용장치에 일체로 성형되어지는 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 결합부는 수용장치에 조립되어지는 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 결합부는 실리콘수지인 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 규격이 다른 용기목에 결합하는 용도로 사용되는 수용장치는, 수용장치의 내부에 액체나 파우더 등 다양한 이종물질이 내입되어 있고, 상기한 수용장치를 용기목에 결합하거나 또는 상기한 이종물질 수용장치를 용기목에 결합한 후에 수용장치의 본체나 기타 상방에 형성된 상캡 등 기타부위를 터치하거나 개방하는 과정에 수용장치의 내부에 든 이종물질이 용기 내부에 낙하 혼합되거나, 또는 수용장치의 상방 개방부를 통해 수용장치의 내부에 수용부에 든 향이나 맛이 든 고체 상태의 내용물이 용기 내부에 든 액체가 상기 수용장치를 통해 방출되는 과정에 수용부에 든 내용물이 녹아 방출되는 등 다양한 종류의 이종물질이 든 장치에 있어서,상기 이종물질이 내입된 수용장치는 본체가 용기목의 나사산에 결합되도록 구성하고, 상기 본체의 내측면부가 용기목의 나사산에 결합되도록 된 것의 외측면부에는 별도의 결합대를 조립하고, 상기 결합대를 중심으로 하여 뚜껑을 용기목에 누르거나 회전하는 방식으로 결합하면 1차적으로 내측면부가 있는 본체가 용기목에 위치되며, 상기한 상태에서 결합대를 회전시키게 되면 결합대가 본체의 외측면부를 내측으로 밀면서 본체의 외측면부 내면인 내측면부에 형성된 제1나사산 또는 제2나사산이 용기목의 나사산에 더욱 밀착되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 수용장치의 본체 외측면부에는 결합대를 결합하고 결합된 결합대는 비분리되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제28항에 있어서, 상기 본체의 외측면부에는 결합홈을 두고, 그 대응되는 결합대에는 결합대고정부를 형성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 수용장치의 본체 외측면부에는 본체용스토퍼를 중심으로 하여 전후방에 돌출부와 리턴방지부를 형성하고, 상기 본체 외측면부에 대응하여는 상기 결합대의 내측면부에 돌출부작동용돌기와 결합대용이동구간스토퍼를 형성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제30항에 있어서, 상기 본체의 외측면부를 중심으로 결합된 결합대를 작동시키면 결합대의 내부에 형성된 돌출부작동용돌기가 외측면부에 형성된 돌출부를 내측으로 밀고, 상기한 과정에 내측면부에 형성된 제1나사산 또는 제2나사산이 용기목의 나사산에 더욱 밀착되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제31항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부작동용돌기가 돌출부를 밀고, 그 과정에 일정이상은 결합대가 상기 외측면부상에서 회전하지 않도록 외측면부와 그 대응하는 결합대에는 본체용스토퍼 및 결합대용이동구간스토퍼를 형성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제31항에 있어서, 상기 결합대를 결합하였던 반대 방향으로 회전시키면 상기 결합대가 외측면부상에서 회전하고 동 과정에 결합대의 결합대용이동구간스토퍼가 외측면부의 어느 부위에 걸려 결합대가 외측면부가 있는 본체와 함께 용기목으로부터 발탈되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제33항에 있어서, 상기 결합대가 외측면부가 있는 본체로부터 역회전으로 회전하면 돌출부작동용돌기가 돌출부를 벗어나도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 내측면부를 갖는 본체의 외측면부에는 결합대를 회전방향으로 회전시키는 과정에 외측면부가 내측으로 밀려나는 것이 가능하도록 일정 크기의 공간을 형성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 내측면부에 형성된 제1나사산과 제2나사산은 제1내측면부와 제2내측면부에 각각 형성되고, 상기한 제2내측면부는 제1내측면부의 내경보다 더 크게 구성된 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 제1나사산 및 제2나사산은 간헐적으로 된 돌기형인 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 제2나사산을 갖고 있는 제2내측면부의 높이는 2 내지 3MM 이내인 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 제2나사산을 갖고 있는 제2내측면부의 높이는 2 내지 4MM 이내인 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2나사산을 갖고 있는 제2내측면부의 높이는 2 내지 6MM 이내인 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 규격이 다른 용기목에 결합하는 용도로 사용되는 수용장치는, 수용장치의 내부에 액체나 파우더 등 다양한 이종물질이 내입되어 있고, 상기한 수용장치를 용기목에 결합하거나 또는 상기한 이종물질 수용장치를 용기목에 결합한 후에 수용장치의 본체나 기타 상방에 형성된 상캡 등 기타부위를 터치하거나 개방하는 과정에 수용장치의 내부에 든 이종물질이 용기 내부에 낙하 혼합되거나, 또는 수용장치의 상방 개방부를 통해 수용장치의 내부에 수용부에 든 향이나 맛이 든 고체 상태의 내용물이 용기 내부에 든 액체가 상기 수용장치를 통해 방출되는 과정에 수용부에 든 내용물이 녹아 방출되는 등 다양한 종류의 이종물질이 든 장치에 있어서,상기 이종물질이 내입된 수용장치는 본체의 외측면부 내측에 결합대외측공간을 형성하고, 상기한 결합대외측공간에는 끼워지는 방식의 내측결합용결합대를 조립시키며, 상기한 내측결합용결합대의 나사산부를 형성하고, 상기한 내측결합용결합대의 외측향에는 결합대돌출부와 리턴방지부를 형성하고, 상기한 본체의 외측면부 내측에는 내측결합용결합대의 외측부에 형성되어 결합대용스토퍼의 전후부에 위치하는 본체작동용돌기와 결합대용스토퍼이동구간을 형성한 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제41항에 있어서, 상기 나사산부는 제1나사산과 제2나사산으로 구성된 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
- 제41항에 있어서, 상기 나사산부는 간헐적인 돌기나 세밀한 나사산으로 구성된 것을 특징으로한 용기목에 결합하여 사용하는 수용장치.
