发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种结构简单、能有效保持密封、 同时即使未释放真空也可微波使用的按压式真空密封保鲜及微波通用容 器。
本发明的目的是这样实现的: 包括容器本体和容器盖; 在容器盖上设 置有按压式真空密封控制装置; 所述容器盖具有朝向并伸入容器本体内的 内伸凸缘, 在所述内伸凸缘上直接注塑连体成型有柔性皮碗, 所述柔性皮 碗在容器盖盖入容器本体时通过柔性皮碗的上翘边唇的翻转形成对容器本 体的内壁胀紧的结构。

本发明的有益效果是: 1 )、 柔性皮碗在容器盖盖入容器本体时通过柔性皮碗的上翘边唇的翻 转形成对容器本体的内壁胀紧的结构, 使得按压式真空密封控制装置在真- 空控制时, 即使没有释放真空, 微波使用时蒸气膨胀会顺着柔性皮碗的上 翘边唇散发蒸气, 不会损坏真空密封显示膜, 从根本上解决了公知设计的 在消费者误操作时会损坏真空密封显示膜的不合理性, 使产品更加耐用, 因而具有显著的积极效果;
