Abstract
Le présent brevet d'invention concerne une base génératrice de chaleur (1) et un appareil (100) de préparation d'aliments obtenu avec cette base, relevant du domaine des ustensiles domestiques et ayant été mis au point afin d'offrir une solution pour la préparation optimisée d'aliments par chaleur, et notamment de viandes. Ladite base (1) est formée par un boîtier (2) et par un dispositif électrique (10) monté sur le boîtier (2) et un générateur de chaleur. Ledit boîtier (2) peut supporter un ensemble compartiment (50) de rétention et distribution de chaleur destiné à recevoir l'aliment (200) à préparer, et le dispositif électrique (10) de génération de chaleur est disposé à l'intérieur du compartiment (50), de manière à former l'appareil (100) de préparation d'aliments. De préférence, ledit ensemble compartiment (50) est formé par un boîtier cylindrique (51) et des broches (7) et/ou grilles (71) verticales montées sur le boîtier (51).
