Abstract

본 발명은 표백된 목분을 천연펄프에 혼합하여 종이를 제조하도록 함으로써 탈수성을 향상시키는 한편 펄프의 사용량을 줄여 저렴하고 고품질의 종이를 제공하도록 하는 표백목분을 이용한 종이 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 목재료를 분쇄하고 건조한 후 일정크기 이하로 분급하여 정선하는 과정을 거치고, 정선된 목분을 표백제와 함께 투입하여 일정시간 교반시킴으로써 표백이 이루어지게 하고, 표백된 목분은 연마가공과 분급 및 정선과정을 거쳐 표백목분을 얻도록 하고, 상기 표백목분 5-20중량%는 천연펄프 80-95중량%에 혼합한 후 종이제조 과정을 거쳐 종이를 제조하는 것이다.
