Abstract
Description
すなわち、従来の生体試料測定装置は、本体ケースと、本体ケースの長手方向における第1端側に設けられたデータ読み取り部およびセンサ装着部と、本体ケースの長手方向における第1端側寄りの表面に設けられた表示部と、を備えていた(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
すなわち、上記従来の生体試料測定装置では、プログラムが動作不良を発生させた時に正常状態に戻すために行うリセット動作は、本体ケースの裏面に設けられた小さなリセット孔に、ピンを差し込むことで行っていた。しかし、この作業は小さなリセット孔に対する操作であるため、煩雑な作業となっていた。
そこで、本発明は、誤ってリセット動作が実行されてしまうことを防止しつつ、簡単な操作によってリセット動作を実行することが可能な使い勝手のよい生体試料測定装置を提供することを目的とするものである。
本発明によれば、本体ケースの表面側において最も突出する実行キーではなく、その外周に存在する複数のキーまたはボタンを同時に操作することによりリセット動作が行われる。このため、誤ってリセット動作が行われることを防止しつつ、簡単な操作によってリセット動作を実行することが可能な使い勝手の良い生体試料測定装置を提供することができる。
本実施形態の生体試料測定装置は、図1に示すように、本体ケース1を備えている。そして、本体ケース1は、上面が開口したクレードル2上に着脱可能な状態で装着されている。
本体ケース1の第1端側の表面には、図2、図3に示すように、長手方向に縦長の長方形の表示部5が設けられている。さらに、本体ケース1の裏面側における表示部5よりもセンサ装着部4寄りの位置には、図4、図5に示すように、本体ケース1の短手方向に沿って、本体ケース1側に向けて窪んだ指当て溝6が設けられている。
本体ケース1の表面側における指当て溝6に対応する部分には、図2、図3に示すように、操作部7が配置されている。また、本体ケース1の表面側における操作部7とセンサ装着部4との間には、センサ8(図13参照)をセンサ装着部4外に排出するためのセンサ排出レバー9が配置されている。
以上の構成において、本実施形態の生体試料測定装置では、図4に示すように、装置の重心位置1Aが、測定者に把持される指当て溝6よりもデータ読み取り部3寄りの位置に設定されている。
また、図3に示すように、本体ケース1の横幅は、表示部5部分が最も大きい。そして、表示部5からセンサ装着部4側に向けて、徐々に小さくなる。つまり、センサ装着部4側の横幅が、最も小さくなるように設計されている。
本実施形態の生体試料測定装置では、よく知られているように、制御部13にクレードル2との接続端子2a、データ読み取り部3、センサ装着部4、表示部5が接続されている。センサ装着部4と制御部13とは、測定部14を介して接続されている。
なお、図6に示すように、電池蓋10の内面側の本体ケース1内には、電池15が配置されている。また、本体ケース1内には、血糖値などを記録する記録部16が配置されている。
本実施形態の生体試料測定装置では、図7のフローチャートに示すように、まず、操作部7を操作することで、表示部5に検体測定時起動画面を表示させる(S1)。
次に、図8に示すように、測定者(看護師)の名札17にバーコードで表示されたIDデータ18を、データ読み取り部3によって読み取らせる(S2)。そして、IDデータ18は、記録部16に記録される。
次に、図10に示すように、測定者(看護師)は、センサ8(図13参照)を複数枚収納したセンサボトル21にバーコードで表示されたIDデータ22を、データ読み取り部3によって読み取らせる(S4)。そして、IDデータ22は、記録部16に記録される。
上述のように、本体ケース1の重心位置1Aは、図4に示すように、指当て溝6よりもデータ読み取り部3寄りの位置にある。このため、図8から図10に示す操作時には、測定者(看護師)の手に若干の負荷がかかることになる。
以上の操作が完了すると、測定者(看護師)は、操作部7を操作することで、記録部16から読み出したIDデータ18,20,22を表示部5に表示させ、これまでの操作が適切に行われているか否かの確認を行う(S5)。
なお、センサ装着部4へのセンサ8の挿入、その後の作業についても、図13に示すように、本体ケース1の第1端側(つまり、表示部5側)を把持した状態で行われる。
ここで、図13は、例えば、患者の人差し指24の穿刺部25の血液26を採取して、患者の血糖値を測定しようとしている場面を示している。この血糖値測定に先立ち、測定者(看護師)は、患者の人差し指24の穿刺部25に対して、穿刺動作を行う。これにより、人差し指24の穿刺部25から血液26を流出させる。
ここで注意すべきは、穿刺部25の血液26をすくうようにセンサ8を操作してしまったり、穿刺部25の血液26に押し付けるようにセンサ8を操作してしまったりしないことが重要である。つまり、ここでは、センサ8に血液26を点着し、センサ8の毛細管現象によって、血液26がセンサ8内に吸引されるようにすることが重要である。
すなわち、本実施形態においては、本体ケース1の第2端側に、センサ装着部4が設けられている。そして、本体ケース1の裏面側における表示部5よりもセンサ装着部4寄りの位置に、本体ケース1の短手向に沿って形成された指当て溝6が設けられている。さらに、指当て溝6から本体ケース1の第1端側の重量よりも、指当て溝6から本体ケース1の第2端側の重量が軽くなるように設計されている。
従って、センサ8を患者の穿刺部25に当接させる微妙な作業を容易に行うことができる。このような効果は、例えば、病院などのように、多くの患者から短時間で適切に生体試料を測定する必要のある部署においては、きわめて重要である。
なお、この測定結果は、上述したIDデータ18,20,22に関連付けて、記録部16に記録される。
次に、測定者(看護師)は、センサ排出レバー9を、図13の左側(本体ケース1の第2端側の外方)に操作し、センサ装着部4からセンサ8を本体ケース1外に取り外し、廃棄する(S10)。
その後、本体ケース1を、図1に示すように、クレードル2に装着すると、図5に示した本体ケース1の裏面に設けられた通信窓27を介して、上述したIDデータ18,20,22と測定データとがクレードル2に転送される(S13)。
図14、図15は、データ読み取り部3の操作について説明したものである。
つまり、データ読み取り部3は、上述のように、図7から図14に示す測定動作時に活用される。
具体的には、操作部7を構成する電源ボタン7aを操作すると、図15(a)に示す画面が表示される。図15(a)においては、上段に測定者IDを入力する画面である表示5aが表示され、その下方に入力をバーコードリーダで読み取る表示5b、直接入力により入力する表示5c、入力しない表示5dが表出されている。
従って、測定者(看護師)は、操作部7を構成する実行キー7bを押下することで、バーコードリーダによって測定者IDが入力される。
具体的には、バーコードリーダはデータ読み取り部3を構成するものであるので、次に、図8に示すように、測定者(看護師)の名札17にバーコードで表示されたIDデータ18を、データ読み取り部3によって読み取る(S2)。読み取られた測定者(看護師)のIDデータ18は、図15(b)に示すように、表示部5にIDデータ5eとして表示される。IDデータ5eを確認した後、測定者(看護師)は、操作部7を構成する十字キー7cによって、測定者(看護師)ID入力を完了する表示5fを選択し、その後、実行キー7bを押下すると、IDデータ18は記録部16に記録される。
なお、図15(b)の表示5gは、IDデータ18の読み直しを指示するためのものである。
ここで、図15(b)において、完了を示す表示5fを選択すれば、図15(c)に示すように、バーコード読取りを示す表示5bが選択されている。よって、この時も、再度、実行キー7bを押下することで、バーコードリーダによって患者IDが入力される。
読み取られた患者のIDデータ20は、図15(d)に示すように、表示部5にIDデータ5iとして表示される。測定者(看護師)は、IDデータ5iを確認した後、操作部7を構成する十字キー7cによって、患者ID入力を完了する表示5fを選択した後、実行キー7bを押下する。これにより、IDデータ20は、記録部16に記録される。
なお、図15(e)において、センサボトル21のIDデータ22を入力する画面である表示5kは、最も上段に表示されている。
すなわち、本実施形態の生体試料測定装置には、リセット機能が付加されている。
具体的には、図16に示すように、十字キー7cは、電源ボタン7a側から順に、十字キー7ca、十字キー7cb、十字キー7cc、十字キー7cdを有している。
まず、実行キー7bは、図16に示すように、生体試料測定装置のほぼ中央部分に配置されている。そして、その周りには、90度の等間隔で十字キー7ca、十字キー7cb、十字キー7cc、十字キー7cdが配置されている。
ここで、上述した電源ボタン7a、実行キー7b、十字キー7ca、十字キー7cb、十字キー7cc、十字キー7cd、メニューボタン7dの中で、実行キー7bが、図17に示すように、本体ケース1の表面から最も突出した状態となっている。
つまり、十字キー7ca、十字キー7cb、メニューボタン7dは、アンド回路28に並列的に接続されている。また、実行キー7bは、入力反転回路29を介してアンド回路28に接続されている。つまり、十字キー7ca、十字キー7cb、メニューボタン7dが、同時に押された時には、アンド回路28から制御部13にリセット信号が出力される。
ここで、このようなリセット動作は、プログラムが動作不良を発生させた時に、正常状態に戻すために行う動作である。従来の生体試料測定装置では、本体ケースの裏面に設けた小さなリセット孔に、ピンを差し込むことで行っていたが、この作業は小さなリセット孔に対する操作であったので、測定者にとって煩雑な作業となっていた。
具体的には、左手の人差し指が、指当て溝6内に装着された状態で、左手の親指でメニューボタン7dを押し、右手の人差し指で十字キー7cb、中指で十字キー7caを押下することで、リセット動作が行われる。
よって、本実施形態の生体試料測定装置では、リセット動作を容易に行うことができ、かつ不用意なリセット動作も回避することができる。よって、信頼性の高い生体試料測定装置を提供することができる。
ここで重要なことは、リセット動作は、片手で本体ケース1を保持し、そのとき、例えば、人差し指を指当て溝6内に当てて安定した状態で、両手で操作を行うこと、しかも操作する操作箇所は、本体ケース1の表面から最も突出した実行キー7bを挟んで両側に存在することである。
これにより、測定者(看護師)が意図的にリセット動作を実行しない限り、例えば、本体ケース1の表面にモノが載せられた場合等において、誤ってリセット動作されることを回避することができる。
以上、本発明の一実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能である。
(A)
上記実施形態では、制御部13に対して、アンド回路28を介して十字キー7ca、十字キー7cb、メニューボタン7d、実行キー7bが接続されており、十字キー7ca、十字キー7cb、メニューボタン7dが同時に押下された場合にリセット動作を行なうとともに、上記キー等に加えて実行キー7bが押下されるとアンド回路28に反転入力が送られてリセット動作を実行しないように制御を行なう例を挙げて説明した。しかし、本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。
この場合には、センサ装着部4にセンサ8が装着されている状態で、上記リセット動作が行なわれると、入力反転回路129からアンド回路28に対して反転入力が送られる。
つまり、通常、血糖値等の測定が完了した際に測定結果がメモリ等に保存されるため、センサ装着状態におけるリセット動作を禁止することで、確実に測定結果等のデータ破壊を防止することができる。

- 本体ケースと、
前記本体ケースの長手方向における第1端側に設けられたデータ読み取り部と、
前記本体ケースの長手方向における前記第1端とは反対側の第2端側に設けられたセンサ装着部と、
前記本体ケースの前記第1端側の表面に設けられた表示部と、
前記本体ケースの裏面側における前記表示部よりも前記センサ装着部側の位置に設けられており、前記本体ケースの短手方向に沿って形成された指当て溝と、
前記指当て溝に対応する前記本体ケースの表面側の位置に設けられており、実行キーと、前記本体ケースの表面において前記実行キーが最も突出するように前記実行キーの外周に所定間隔で配置された複数のキーまたはボタンと、を有する操作部と、
前記操作部に接続されており、前記複数のキーまたはボタンが同時に操作されるとリセット動作を行う制御部と、
を備えている生体試料測定装置。 - 前記指当て溝から本体ケースの第1端側の重量よりも、前記指当て溝から本体ケースの第2端側の重量が軽い、

前記本体ケースの長手方向における前記第1端とは反対側の第2端側に設けられたセンサ装着部と、

実行キーと、前記実行キーの外周に所定間隔で配置された複数のキーまたはボタンと、を有する操作部と、
前記操作部に接続されており、前記複数のキーまたはボタンが同時に操作されると、前記センサ装着部にセンサが挿入されたことを示すセンサ挿入信号を受信していないという条件でリセット動作を行う制御部と、
を備えた生体試料測定装置。
