Claims (18)
- 一种邻近水泥制造设备设置的废弃物处理设备,具备使废弃物气化发生热分解气体的气化炉、以及将在所述气化炉发生的热分解气体在保持所含的碳和灰分原封不动的情况下输送到所述水泥制造设备的预热器至水泥分解炉的气体输送通道;其中,来自所述气化炉的热分解气体的流量与从所述预热器至水泥分解炉排出的废气的流量之比被限制于规定的流量比以下。
- 根据权利要求1所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,至少调整所述气化炉的废弃物投入量,使所述热分解气体的流量与从所述水泥分解炉排出的废气的流量之比在所述规定的流量比以下。
- 根据权利要求2所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,所述气体输送通道将所述热分解气体从所述气化炉输送到所述水泥分解炉,所述气化炉的废弃物投入量与空气供给量根据该气化炉和所述水泥分解炉中的至少一方的压力调整
- 根据权利要求1~3中的任一项所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,所述规定的流量比为0.3。
- 根据权利要求1所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,所述气化炉是流动层式的气化炉。
- 根据权利要求5所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,所述气化炉形成能够提供辅助燃料的结构。
- 根据权利要求6所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,平均粒径为0.1~3mm的粉末状辅助燃料被投入到所述气化炉内的流动层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,配设喷射装置以在所述气体输送通道的中途吹入压缩空气。
- 根据权利要求1所述的废物处理设备,其特征在于,来自所述水泥制造设备的水泥烧成炉或熟料冷却器中的任意一个的高温废气流入所述水泥分解炉,所述气体输送通道将所述热分解气体从所述气化炉输送到所述水泥分解炉,所述废弃物处理设备还具备以热分解气体的气流不直接与流入所述水泥分解炉内的所述高温废气的主流发生干涉的形态从所述气体输送通道向所述分解炉内引入热分解气体的气体导入单元。
- 根据权利要求9所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,被引入所述水泥分解炉的所述热分解气体滞留于水泥分解炉时至少有2秒钟以上以850℃以上的温度燃烧。
- 根据权利要求10所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,所述水泥分解炉具有筒状周壁,从其筒轴方向的一端向另一端,形成来自所述烧成炉或熟料冷却器的废气流的主流;所述气体导入单元由在所述筒状周壁上指向周方向设置,围绕所述筒轴的周围旋转地导入热分解气体的气体导入口构成。
- 根据权利要求11所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,所述水泥分解炉的筒状周壁在上下方向上延伸,流入其下端的来自所述烧成炉或熟料冷却器的废气构成喷流,指向上方;另一方面,所述气体导入口以相对于水平面向下倾斜比0度大且在40度以下的倾斜角度导入热分解气体。
- 根据权利要求12所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,从所述气体导入口以5~30m/s的流速导入热分解气体。
- 根据权利要求11所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,来自所述烧成炉的废气流入所述水泥分解炉的筒状周壁的下端,另一方面,在该筒状周壁下部,设置导入燃烧用的空气的空气导入口,在与热分解气体相同的方向上形成旋转气流;在所述空气导入口的上方,以规定的间隔设置所述气体导入口。
- 根据权利要求14所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,所述空气导入口以相对于水平面向下倾斜规定的倾斜角度引入燃烧用的空气。
- 根据权利要求14所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,在所述水泥分解炉的下端连接向下方延伸后L字形折曲地到达所述烧成炉的入口的管道;所述气体导入口在所述水泥分解炉的筒状周壁中设置于所述烧成炉一侧的相反侧。
- 根据权利要求11所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,在所述水泥分解炉的筒状周壁上所述气体导入口近旁设置燃料供给口。
- 根据权利要求11所述的废弃物处理设备,其特征在于,设置两台以上的所述气化炉,从各个气化炉输送热分解气体的两条以上的气体输送通道分别与所述水泥分解炉的筒状周壁上设置的两个以上的气体导入口连通。
