Abstract
簡単に光合成微生物を捕食するミジンコ,ワムシ等微小動物の侵入とその繁殖を防げ、健全に光合成微生物を増殖させる事が可能な、立設透明水槽方式の培養方法及び装置を提供することを目的とするものである。 収容した光合成微生物懸濁液に太陽光を照射し、光合成微生物を増殖させるための、光透過材質で形成された透明水槽、及び該透明水槽内に設置された浮蓋を備える培養装置を用い、(A)明条件下では浮蓋の上方に光合成微生物懸濁液を導き、光を照射し、(B)暗条件下浮蓋の上方に光合成微生物懸濁液を導かないことにより嫌気条件下光合成微生物を捕食するミジンコ,ワムシ等微小動物の増殖を抑制し、光合成微生物を培養することを特徴とする光合成微生物の培養方法及び装置に構成した。
