たばこ充填剤11aおよびたばこ充填材11aの周囲を巻装するたばこ巻紙11bからなるたばこロッド11と;
フィルター部材12aおよびフィルター部材12aの周囲を一体的に巻装する巻取紙12bからなるフィルター12と;
たばこロッド11とフィルター12とを接続するようにたばこロッドとフィルター上に感圧式接着剤14で接着され、かつその表面に香料マイクロカプセル含有層31を備えたチッピング部材13と
を備えている。
本発明のシガレットは、チッピング部材が、フィルターおよびたばこロッドに巻きつけられ感圧式接着剤で接着されていれば、任意の方法により製造することができるが、好ましくは、チッピング部材の裏面に感圧式接着剤を備えたもの(裏面粘着性チッピング部材)を予め作製し、この裏面粘着性チッピング部材を用いてたばこロッドとフィルターとを接続することにより作製することができる。
(1)裏面に、感圧式接着剤および感圧式接着剤を保護する剥離ライナーを備えたチッピング部材を調製する工程と、
(2)剥離ライナーをチッピング部材からはがして感圧式接着剤を露出させる工程と、
(3)感圧式接着剤を露出させたチッピング部材を、シガレットの巻上げに適したサイズに切断する工程と、
(4)切断されたチッピング部材で、たばこロッドとフィルターを巻いて接続する工程
を含む。
(1)香料マイクロカプセル含有層を表面に備えたチッピング部材の調製
チッピング部材として、厚さ約40μm、坪量37 gsmの普通紙(チップペーパー用原紙、王子特殊紙株式会社)を、5.0 cm(たばこロッドの軸方向の長さ)×3.0 cmのサイズに切断して使用した。
本発明の例では、感圧式接着剤として、日東電工社製アクリル系両面接着テープ(No.501L)を使用した。比較例では、感熱式接着剤である、水系エマルジョン(酢酸ビニル、約55%の水分率、Tobacall VP7915S、Henkel Japan)を使用した。
(2)で製造されたシガレットは、製造直後にアルミチャック袋(外側からPET/アルミ/PEの順に張り合わされた素材、株式会社生産日本社製、ラミジップ スタンドタイプ AL-14、高さ×幅+ガゼット=200×140+41 mm)に封入した。アルミチャック袋1袋あたり10本のシガレットを封入し、これを1つのサンプルとした。シガレットのサンプルは、本発明の例および比較例について、それぞれ6サンプル用意した。

Claims (5)
- たばこ充填材および該たばこ充填材の周囲を巻装するたばこ巻紙を含むたばこロッドと、
フィルター部材および該フィルター部材の周囲を一体的に巻装する巻取紙を含むフィルターと、
該たばこロッドと該フィルターとを接続するように該たばこロッドと該フィルター上に感圧式接着剤で接着されたチッピング部材と
を備えたことを特徴とするシガレット。 - 前記チッピング部材が、融点240℃以下の材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシガレット。
- 香料成分を含むカプセルを、前記フィルター内に更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシガレット。
- 香料成分を含むカプセルを、前記チッピング部材上に更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシガレット。
- 裏面に、感圧式接着剤および感圧式接着剤を保護する剥離ライナーを備えたチッピング部材を調製する工程と、
剥離ライナーをチッピング部材からはがして感圧式接着剤を露出させる工程と、
感圧式接着剤を露出させたチッピング部材を、シガレットの巻上げに適したサイズに切断する工程と、
切断されたチッピング部材で、たばこロッドとフィルターを巻いてこれらを接続する工程と
を含む、請求項1に記載のシガレットを製造する方法。
