Description

一种胶囊调味装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及调味装置领域，特别是一种胶囊调味装置。
背景技术
在习知的香烟过滤嘴中加入包含有香料、香精、薄荷油等的冰珠胶囊，形成胶囊调味装置，在吸食的时候，通过外力挤压捏破冰珠胶囊，其中的成分浸润滤棉，烟气通过滤棉部分过滤后，能进一步改善味道。该胶囊调味装置结构简单，使用方便，过滤效果好，能够有效吸收烟气中的有害成分。
中国专利文献公开号CN 103648311 A公开了本申请人早先申请的专利申请：香烟过滤嘴及其制造方法和香烟及其使用方法，该申请中的香烟过滤嘴，包括过滤棒，所述的过滤棒包括滤棉和设置于其内的空腔，空腔内放置至少一个冰珠胶囊。这种过滤嘴在吸烟过程中，当烟气经过嘴时，首先经过过滤棒，过滤掉绝大部分杂质烟气，再经过过滤棒中的冰珠胶囊，从而烟气得到改善，并可能使香烟中的烟气带有薄荷清凉的味道。也可以在吸烟的时候提前用手捏破过滤嘴里面的冰珠胶囊里面的薄荷油物质至少部分释放出来，并浸润香烟过滤棒，所带的薄荷香气可随气流进入口腔，这样，就能改善烟气，使口感更加舒服，使口腔保持清凉，并更加减少烟气对人体的危害。
但是，由于设置冰珠胶囊的空腔在过滤棒中间，四周由滤棉包围，胶囊壁材本身又是由明胶等制备，因此不易捏破，特别是香烟的包装纸和滤棉都不透明，有时没有捏破冰珠胶囊看不出，导致胶囊调味装置用完后，冰珠胶囊还完好地在过滤嘴中，造成浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是针对目前过滤带冰珠胶囊时，由于观察不到胶囊是否破裂，导致胶囊调味装置用完后，冰珠胶囊还完好地在过滤嘴中，造成浪费的不足，提供一种胶囊调味装置。
本实用新型为实现其技术目的所采用的技术方案是：一种胶囊调味装置，包括烟杆、过滤嘴、接装纸；所述的烟杆包括烟丝和卷绕在烟丝的周围的卷烟纸；所述的过滤嘴配置于烟杆的下游端，包括过滤嘴部件和卷绕在过滤嘴部件的周围的外侧过滤嘴卷绕片材；所述的接装纸卷绕在烟杆的下游端部及过滤嘴的外周面；在所述的滤嘴部件里靠近过滤嘴卷绕片材处还设置有空腔，在所述的空腔内设置有冰珠胶囊；在所述的过滤嘴卷绕片材和接装纸相对空腔处分别设置有由透明材料封闭的过滤嘴窗和接装窗。
本实用新型中，由于可以透过过滤嘴窗和接装窗看到冰珠胶囊是否被捏破，克服了 目前由于观察不到胶囊是否破裂，造成浪费的不足。
进一步的，上述的胶囊调味装置中：在由透明材料封闭的过滤嘴窗上还设置有刺向冰珠胶囊的刺针。由于在空腔中有刺针容易刺破胶囊。
进一步的，上述的胶囊调味装置中：所述的空腔设置在过滤嘴和烟杆交界处。所述的空腔部分凸向烟杆的烟丝中。这样，捏破冰珠胶囊以后，冰珠胶囊内的内容物将会流浸入到烟丝中，在高温下更易雾化。
进一步的，上述的胶囊调味装置中：所述的接装纸与烟杆及过滤嘴采用粘接剂粘接，用于粘接接装纸和烟杆及过滤嘴的粘接剂的涂布区域以遍及整个粘接面的区域或者局部涂布于粘接面的区域。
进一步的，上述的胶囊调味装置中：所述的接装纸和过滤嘴卷绕片材整体透明。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
实施例1是一种胶囊调味装置，由烟杆100、过滤嘴200、接装纸300三部分组成。
烟杆100与通常的香烟一样，由烟丝101和卷绕在烟丝101的周围的卷烟纸102构成。卷烟纸102是具有通气性的纸。
过滤嘴200配置于烟杆100的下游端。过滤嘴200具有与烟杆100相同或大体相同的直径。过滤嘴200由过滤嘴部件201和卷绕在过滤嘴部件201的周围的外侧过滤嘴卷绕片材202构成。过滤嘴200的过滤嘴部件201中具有空腔204，在空腔内设置有包裹有薄荷油的冰珠胶囊205，冰珠胶囊205内也可以包含有香料、香精、薄荷油中一种或其组合。本实施例中，空腔204设置在靠近过滤嘴部件201边缘与部分空腔壁与过滤嘴卷绕片材202重合；过滤嘴卷绕片材202和接装纸300相对空腔204处也就是作为空腔壁的部分分别设置有由透明材料封闭的过滤嘴窗203和接装窗301。过滤嘴部件201是由过滤棉填充，冰珠胶囊205的形状为球形或者椭球形，里面根据需要也可以包裹其它香料或者香精。冰珠胶囊205的囊壁可以采用明胶、阿拉伯胶、淀粉、糊精、壳聚糖中的一种或者几种的组合。另外在由透明材料封闭的过滤嘴窗203上还设置有刺向冰珠胶囊205的刺针206，实际上，刺针206就是覆盖在过滤嘴窗203上的透明膜向内的一根刺。
本实施例中，过滤嘴卷绕片材202也可以是整体透明，也可以只在过滤嘴窗口203处透明。如果使用整体透明的过滤嘴卷绕片材202，这些材料例如可使用玻璃纸、羊皮纸、 蜡纸、赛璐玢纸、聚丙烯薄膜、聚氯乙烯薄膜、及醋酸纤维薄膜等。同样，接装纸300也可以整体透明也可以只在接装窗301处透明即可，这样，可以透过接装窗301和过滤嘴窗口203看到空腔204内的冰珠胶囊205，如果冰珠胶囊205被捏破，包裹的液体流出就一目了然。
接装纸300卷绕在烟杆100的下游端部及过滤嘴200的外周面，连接烟杆100和过滤嘴200。通过用于一般的带过滤嘴香烟的制造的通常的粘接剂，接装纸300与烟杆100及过滤嘴200粘接。用于粘接接装纸300和烟杆100及过滤嘴200的粘接剂的种类没有特别限定，可使用醋酸乙烯类粘接剂或淀粉及改性淀粉类粘接剂，也可使用干燥后实际上透明的粘接剂。另外，涂布粘接剂的区域，只要能够实现连接接装纸300烟杆100及过滤嘴200的目的，则可以遍及粘接面的整个区域，也可以存在局部不涂布粘接剂的区域。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种胶囊调味装置，包括烟杆(100)、过滤嘴(200)、接装纸(300)；
    所述的烟杆(100)包括烟丝(101)和卷绕在烟丝(101)的周围的卷烟纸(102)；
    所述的过滤嘴(200)配置于烟杆(100)的下游端，包括过滤嘴部件(201)和卷绕在过滤嘴部件(201)的周围的外侧过滤嘴卷绕片材(202)；
    所述的接装纸(300)卷绕在烟杆(100)的下游端部及过滤嘴(200)的外周面；其特征在于：
    在所述的滤嘴部件(201)里靠近过滤嘴卷绕片材(202)处还设置有空腔(204)，在所述的空腔(204)内至少放置一个冰珠胶囊(205)；在所述的过滤嘴卷绕片材(202)和接装纸(300)相对空腔(204)处分别设置有由透明材料封闭的过滤嘴窗(203)和接装窗(301)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的胶囊调味装置，其特征在于：在由透明材料封闭的过滤嘴窗(203)上还设置有刺向冰珠胶囊(205)的刺针(206)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的胶囊调味装置，其特征在于：所述的空腔(204)设置在过滤嘴(200)和烟杆(100)交界处。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的胶囊调味装置，其特征在于：所述的空腔(204)部分凸向烟杆(100)的烟丝(101)中。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的胶囊调味装置，其特征在于：所述的接装纸(300)与烟杆(100)及过滤嘴(200)采用粘接剂粘接，用于粘接接装纸(300)和烟杆(100)及过滤嘴(200)的粘接剂的涂布区域以遍及整个粘接面的区域或者局部涂布于粘接面的区域。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的胶囊调味装置，其特征在于：所述的接装纸(300)和过滤嘴卷绕片材(202)整体透明。
