Abstract

본 발명은 핵산 압타머 선별을 위한 멀티플렉스 미세 유체 장치 및 이를 이용한 핵산 압타머의 고속 선별방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 기존 단일 타겟에 대한 압타머 개발방식을 개선된 멀티플렉스 플랫폼으로 전환시킨 멀티플렉스 마이크로 유체 장치 (SELEX lap-on-a-chip) 및 이를 고속 시퀀싱법(high throughput sequencing)과 연계한 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 압타머의 고속 선별방법(high throughput selection mehtod)에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 멀티플렉스 유체 장치는 다수개의 타겟에 대한 각 압타머를 동시에 검출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 종래의 멀티플렉스 기법에 비하여 처리량 및 처리시간을 크게 감축하는 장점이 있으며, 특히 본 발명에 따른 장치를 고속 시퀀싱법과 연계하여 압타머 선별공정을 수행함으로써 타겟결합/분리/증폭 공정 라운드를 대폭 감소시키고 자동화 공정의 수행을 가능하게 하는바, 매우 유용하다.
