Abstract
본 발명은 그래핀을 이용한 타겟 비고정화 방식의 앱타머 선별방법 및 이로부터 선별된 특이 앱타머에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고정되지 않은 타겟물질 또는 카운터 타겟물질과 단일가닥 핵산 풀을 반응시키고, 그래핀을 이용하여 타겟 또는 카운터 타겟과 결합하지 않은 단일가닥 핵산을 분리하는 신규한 타겟 비고정화 방식의 GO-SELEX 방법을 제공한다. 또한, 상기 방법을 통해 얻은 특이 앱타머는 관련 질환을 진단하는데 사용할 수 있다.
