本開示の実施形態における読影依頼システムの構成と機能につき図1乃至図6を用いて説明する。尚、図1は、本実施形態における読影依頼システムとこの読影依頼システムに接続される読影端末装置の概略構成を示す図である。図2は、読影依頼システム及び読影端末装置の具体的な構成を示すブロック図である。

次に、本実施形態における読影結果の評価手順につき図7のフローチャートを用いて説明する。尚、以下に示す手順では、読影依頼端末装置1の入力部12において入力された読影結果評価依頼に基づいて読影依頼先施設の読影結果の評価を行う場合について述べる。但し、読影依頼仲介装置2の制御部28が所望のタイミングで発生する読影結果評価指示信号に基づいて読影依頼先施設の読影結果の評価をしてもよい。

Claims (15)
- 医用画像診断装置によって収集された臨床画像データの読影を、ネットワークを介して接続された読影依頼先施設に対して依頼する読影依頼システムにおいて、
前記臨床画像データに対し各種の識別情報を付加して読影依頼情報を作成する依頼情報作成部と、
参照用読影結果と対応付けられている判定用画像データを追加して前記読影依頼情報を更新する依頼情報更新部と、
更新後の読影依頼情報に含まれている前記判定用画像データの前記読影依頼先施設での読影結果と前記参照用読影結果とに基づいて前記読影依頼先施設の読影結果の評価を行う読影結果評価部と、
少なくとも前記読影結果の評価を出力する出力部とを
備えたことを特徴とする読影依頼システム。 - 医用画像診断装置によって収集された臨床画像データの読影を、ネットワークを介して接続された読影依頼先施設に対して依頼する読影依頼システムにおいて、
前記臨床画像データに対し各種の識別情報を付加して読影依頼情報を作成する依頼情報作成部と、
参照用読影結果と対応付けられている判定用画像データを追加して前記読影依頼情報を更新する依頼情報更新部と、
更新後の読影依頼情報に含まれている前記判定用画像データの前記読影依頼先施設での読影結果を受信する受信部とを
備えたことを特徴とする読影依頼システム。 - 仮想識別情報を設定する仮想ID設定手段を備え、前記依頼情報更新部は、更新前の前記読影依頼情報に含まれている前記識別情報の一部を前記仮想ID設定部が設定した前記仮想識別情報に更新することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載した読影依頼システム。
- 前記仮想ID設定部は、前記臨床画像データに付加された被検体ID,読影依頼先施設ID及び画像IDの少なくとも何れかに対応した前記仮想識別情報を設定することを特徴とする請求項3記載の読影依頼システム。
- 判定用画像データ抽出部を備え、前記判定用画像データ抽出部は、参照用読影結果と共に予め保管された各種判定用画像データの中から前記臨床画像データに対応した前記判定用画像データを抽出し、前記依頼情報更新部は、前記判定用画像データ抽出手段によって抽出された前記判定用画像データを更新前の前記読影依頼情報に追加することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載した読影依頼システム。
- 前記判定用画像データ抽出部は、前記臨床画像データに付加されている検査情報と同一あるいは類似した検査情報を付帯情報とする前記判定用画像データを前記各種判定用画像データの中から抽出することを特徴とする請求項5記載の読影依頼システム。
- 前記読影結果評価部は、前記判定用画像データの参照用読影結果及び前記読影依頼先施設での読影結果に示された異常部位の有無、異常部位の位置、異常部位の大きさの少なくとも何れかを比較することにより前記読影依頼先施設の読影結果の評価を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の読影依頼システム。
- 前記読影結果評価部は、予め設定された算出方法を用いて前記読影依頼先施設での読影結果と前記参照用読影結果との一致度を示す一致度スコアを算出し、この一致度スコアに基づいて前記読影依頼先施設の読影結果の評価を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の読影依頼システム。
- 入力部を備え、前記読影結果評価部は、前記入力部において入力された読影結果評価依頼に基づいて前記読影依頼先施設の読影結果の評価を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の読影依頼システム。
- 読影レポート作成部を備え、前記読影レポート作成部は、過去の読影依頼において前記読影結果評価部が判定した読影依頼先施設の読影結果の評価に関して、検査モダリティ単位あるいは検査対象臓器単位で示されている読影結果の評価ランキングデータや読影結果評価一覧データを前記読影結果の評価に追加して読影レポートを作成し、前記出力部は、前記読影レポートを出力することを特徴とする請求項1記載の読影依頼システム。
- 読影依頼元医療施設から供給された臨床画像データの読影を、ネットワークを介して接続された読影依頼先施設に対して依頼する読影依頼仲介装置において、
