Abstract

　散剤を収容して分配する散剤分配部（１０１ａ）を備える薬剤供給装置（１００）であって、前記薬剤供給装置（１００）は、前記収容された散剤の表面を均すための均し具と、前記均し具を保持する均し具保持部（１）とを備える。これによると、均し具を紛失しにくく、均し作業を行う毎に均し具を探す必要がない。そのため、均し具を作業者が必要な場合に迅速に取り出すことができ、作業性が良い。

Description

薬剤供給装置
　本発明は、散剤を収容して分配する散剤分配部を備える薬剤供給装置に関する。
　薬剤分包機等には、散剤分配部を備える薬剤供給装置が設けられている。この薬剤供給装置は、薬剤のうちの散剤を分配して供給するためのものである。例えば、本願出願人による、特許文献１に記載されたものが挙げられる。
　この散剤分配部は、縦断面視がＶ字形とされた散剤収容溝を有している。この散剤収容溝に薬剤師等の作業者が散剤を投入する。投入された散剤は、散剤収容溝の下方に設けられた分割器へと落下する。これにより、例えば１包分の分量毎に散剤が分割される。
　ところで、作業者により散剤収容溝に投入された散剤の表面は、投入直後では盛り上がっていたり凹んでいたりしている。散剤表面の高さがばらついていると、散剤を均等に分割できないため、表面を均してやる必要がある。散剤表面を均すため、ヘラ等の均し具が薬剤供給装置に付属している。作業者はこの均し具を持ち、表面が均等な高さとなるように散剤の表面を掻き均す。
日本国特開平７－６１４０２号公報
　従来の薬剤供給装置では、均し具を保持する場所が設けられていなかった。そのため、作業者の判断で薬剤供給装置の周囲に均し具を置いていた。その際、筆入れ等のケースを均し具のケースとして転用している場合もあった。なお、薬剤供給装置の上部カバーはメンテナンス等のために開閉できるようにされている。このため、均し具が上部カバーに置かれている場合、上部カバーを開いた際に均し具を床面等に落下させてしまうことがあった。
　このように、従来の薬剤供給装置では、当該薬剤供給装置と均し具の置き場との関係が定まっていなかった。このため、均し具を紛失してしまう場合があったり、均し具を均し作業を行う毎に探す必要があったりして、作業者の作業性悪化の要因となっていた。
　そこで本発明は、均し具を作業者が必要な場合に迅速に取り出すことができ、作業性の良い薬剤供給装置を提供することを課題とする。
　本発明は、散剤を収容して分配する散剤分配部を備える薬剤供給装置であって、前記薬剤供給装置は、前記収容された散剤の表面を均すための均し具と、前記均し具を保持する均し具保持部とを備える。
　前記構成によると、薬剤供給装置に均し具を保持できる。このため、均し具を紛失しにくく、作業者が均し作業を行う毎に均し具を探す必要がない。
　そして、一態様として、前記均し具保持部は、前記散剤分配部の近傍、かつ、薬剤供給装置の前面側に設けられるようにすることができる。
　この構成によると、散剤分配部の近傍、かつ、薬剤供給装置の前面側で均し具を保持できる。このため、作業者が均し具を均し具保持部から取り出して散剤分配部まで運ぶ距離を短縮できる。そして、作業者が均し作業を迅速に行うことができる。
　また、他態様として、前記均し具保持部は、薬剤供給装置の本体に取り付けられる基部と、前記基部に対して開閉可能な蓋部とを備え、前記基部と蓋部との間に、複数の均し具を並列して配置可能な内部空間を備える。
　この構成によると、基部と蓋部の間の内部空間に均し具が配置される。このため衛生的である。そして、複数の均し具が並列して配置されるため、均し具保持部から一つの均し具を取り出しやすい。
　また、他態様として、前記蓋部は、前記内部空間に配置された均し具を支持する支持面を備える。

　本発明によれば、均し具を紛失しにくく、均し作業を行う毎に探す必要がないため、均し具を作業者が必要な場合に迅速に取り出すことができ、作業性の良い薬剤供給装置を提供できる。

　次に、本発明につき、一実施形態を取り上げて説明を行う。なお、以下の説明における方向の表現のうち、「上下」は図１に示した状態における位置関係を言い、「前」とは、図１に示した状態での正面側を言い、「後」とは同背面側を言う。ただし、この方向の表現は、説明の便宜のために用いるものであって、発明を限定的に解釈するために用いるものではない。
　本実施形態の薬剤供給装置１００は、図１に示すものであり、本体１０１の上面前方に、散剤分配部１０１ａを備えている。この散剤分配部１０１ａに作業者が散剤を投入する。なお、「本体」とは、説明上、薬剤供給装置１００のうち、均し具保持部１を除いた部分を指している。
　本実施形態の均し具保持部１は、図１に示すように、薬剤供給装置の本体１０１に設けられた箱状のものである。この均し具保持部１の内部に複数の均し具Ｓ…Ｓを収納できる。この均し具保持部１の幅方向寸法は、図３に示すように、均し具Ｓの長さ寸法よりもやや大きいものとされ、均し具Ｓを余裕を持って収納できる。この均し具保持部１は、散剤分配部１０１ａの近傍、かつ、薬剤供給装置の本体１０１における前面に設けられている。このような位置関係に均し具保持部１が設けられているため、作業者は、均し具保持部１から所望の均し具Ｓを取り出し、散剤分配部１０１ａにて即座に均し作業を行うことができる。本実施形態では、均し具保持部１を薬剤供給装置の本体１０１における前面に設けているが、例えば、薬剤供給装置１００の前面扉内側に設けても良く、種々の位置に設けることができる。ただし、衛生面（埃の付着等）、あるいは作業性（均し具Ｓの取り出しやすさ）の観点から、薬剤供給装置１００の上方寄りの位置に設けることが望ましい。
　図２に示すように、本実施形態の均し具保持部１は、薬剤供給装置の本体１０１に取り付けられる基部２と、この基部２に対して開閉可能な蓋部３とを備えている。蓋部３は基部２の下部に回動可能に支持されている。この回動は、図３に示すように、蓋部３が基部２に対して約５０°の開放ができるようになされる。基部２の上前方には開放用凹部２１が設けられている。作業者がこの開放用凹部２１に指を差し込むことで、蓋部３を容易に開放できる。本実施形態では、蓋部３の閉鎖のための手段は設けられておらず、蓋部３を開放したまま使用することもできる。なお、基部２または蓋部３にばね等が設けられ、作業者が蓋部３を開放した後、自動的に蓋部３が閉鎖するものであっても良い。
　図３に示すように、基部２の上部であって幅方向（長手方向）の両端には磁石２２，２２が設けられている。そして、蓋部３には鋼板からなる吸着部３５，３５が取り付けられている。このため、基部２の各々の磁石２２が蓋部３の各々の吸着部３５を吸着することによって閉鎖状態が保たれる。このように磁石２２と吸着部３５とが設けられたことにより、作業者が蓋部３を開放するために蓋部３に手を掛けない限りは、不意に蓋部３が開いてしまうことが起こりにくい。そして、均し具Ｓに埃の付着等が起こりにくい。このように蓋部３の閉鎖状態を保つためには、本実施形態のように磁力を利用した手段以外に、凹凸嵌合によるもの、面ファスナー等の貼着によるものなど、種々の手段を用いることができる。
　基部２の下端中央には切欠部２３が形成されている。この切欠部２３は、薬剤供給装置１００のうち、散剤分配部１０１ａ等が設けられた上部カバーを開けるための取手を兼ねている。作業者はこの切欠部２３に手を掛けて上部カバーを開けることができる。
　図３に示すように、基部２と蓋部３とにより形成された内部空間に、複数の均し具Ｓ…Ｓを並列して配置可能である。なお、ここで言う「並列」とは、均し具Ｓ…Ｓが長手方向に並ぶ関係（縦並び）を指すのではなく、短手方向に並ぶ関係（横並び）を指す。本実施形態の均し具保持部１には、図示のように２本の均し具Ｓａ，Ｓｂを、均し部Ｓ２が平行になるように配置できる。
　ここで、本実施形態で用いられる均し具Ｓは、図５（Ａ）（Ｂ）に示す形状のもので、棒状の把持部Ｓ１の両端に板状の均し部Ｓ２が設けられている。作業者が、この均し部Ｓ２で薬剤供給装置の散剤分配部１０１ａに投入された散剤の表面を掻くことにより、散剤の表面を均等な高さに均すことができる。散剤分配部１０１ａに対する均し部Ｓ２の差し込み方により、本実施形態では、均し具Ｓの１本当たり４パターンの高さで均し分けをすることができる。なお、棒状の把持部Ｓ１の一端にのみ均し部Ｓ２が設けられた均し具Ｓでも良い。
　均し具Ｓは、蓋部３の内部下面である支持面３１，３２で支持される。より具体的には、図５（Ａ）（Ｂ）に示すように、均し具Ｓの把持部Ｓ１が支持面３１，３２上に置かれる。第１支持面３１は第２支持面３２よりも一段上方に形成されており、各支持面３１，３２間には段差が存在する。第１支持面３１には一方の均し具Ｓａを、第２支持面３２には他方の均し具Ｓｂを置くことができる。これにより、図３及び図５（Ｂ）に示すように、一方の均し具Ｓａと他方の均し具Ｓｂとを段違いに置くことができる。このため、作業者は、均し具保持部１に複数収納された中から１本の均し具Ｓを取り出すことが容易にできる。
　支持面３１，３２の幅方向両側には下方に落ち込んだ凹部３３が形成されている。これにより、均し具Ｓの均し部Ｓ２が蓋部３に干渉しない。また、このように支持面３１，３２と凹部３３とが形成されたことに伴い、蓋部３の下端中央に切欠部３４が形成される。この切欠部３４は、蓋部３が閉鎖された際に基部２の切欠部２３と一致する。
　本実施形態の均し具保持部１は箱状であって、内部に複数の均し具Ｓ…Ｓを収納するが、これ以外の種々の手段を用いて均し具Ｓ…Ｓを保持する均し具保持部１とできる。例えば、ポケット状のもの（差し込みによる保持）、フック状のもの（引掛けによる保持）、磁石によるもの（吸着による保持）、面ファスナー等によるもの（貼付による保持）、嵌め込み、バンド等による挟み込み、トレー状のもの（載置）が挙げられる。また、支持面３１，３２及び凹部３３が基部２に設けられ、均し具Ｓが基部２に支持されても良い。

Claims (8)

  1. 　散剤を収容して分配する散剤分配部を備える薬剤供給装置であって、
    　前記薬剤供給装置は、前記収容された散剤の表面を均すための均し具と、前記均し具を保持する均し具保持部とを備える薬剤供給装置。
  2. 　前記均し具保持部は、前記散剤分配部の近傍、かつ、薬剤供給装置の前面側に設けられる請求項１に記載の薬剤供給装置。
  3. 　前記均し具保持部は、薬剤供給装置の本体に取り付けられる基部と、前記基部に対して開閉可能な蓋部とを備え、
    　前記基部と蓋部との間に、複数の均し具を並列して配置可能な内部空間を備える請求項１または２に記載の薬剤供給装置。
  4. 　前記蓋部は、前記内部空間に配置された均し具を支持する支持面を備える請求項３に記載の薬剤供給装置。
  5. 　前記内部空間には、複数の均し具が、当該均し具の短手方向に並ぶように配置される請求項３に記載の薬剤供給装置。
  6. 　前記均し具は、棒状の把持部の少なくとも一端に、散剤を均すための均し部を備え、
    　前記均し具保持部は、前記均し部が干渉しないようにするための凹部を備える請求項３に記載の薬剤供給装置。
  7. 　前記薬剤供給装置は、開閉可能な上部カバーを備え、
    　前記均し具保持部は、前記上部カバーを開けるための取手を兼ねる請求項３に記載の薬剤供給装置。
  8. 　前記支持面は、複数の均し具を支持するための段差を有する請求項４に記載の薬剤供給装置。
