- the accessor 30 (the picker unit 31 and the base unit 32) is moved to the second position.
- the reason why the picker unit 31 is moved downward before the accessor 30 (the picker unit 31 and the base unit 32) is moved in the magazine extraction direction is to create a state where the unlocking by the picker unit 31 cannot be performed. If the accessor 30 (the picker unit 31 and the base unit 32) is moved in the magazine extraction direction first, the locks of both magazines are released (similar to FIG. 7).
- the pressing portion 321 of the base portion 32 presses the release portion 212b of the lock lever 21b, and the step of the bottom surface 11b of the magazine 10b by the stopper portion 211b of the lock lever 21b.
- the contact with the portion is eliminated, and the lock on the magazine 10b is released.
- the pressing portion 311 of the picker portion 31 does not press the release portion 212a of the lock lever 21a, and the contact state of the stopper portion 211a of the lock lever 21a with the step portion of the bottom surface 11a of the magazine 10a is not. Maintained and the magazine 10a remains locked.
- the shape of the stopper portion of the lock lever makes a difference in the contact area between the stopper portion and the step portion on the bottom surface of the magazine. Therefore, when the accessor 30 is moved to the first position, the upper magazine 10a.
- the lock mechanism of the lower magazine 10b can also be released by moving the accessor 30 to the second position, which is the position in the magazine removal direction. If only the lock mechanism of the lower magazine 10b is to be released, the picker unit 31 is moved downward and the accessor 30 is moved to the second position.
- the unlocking of the magazine can be adjusted according to the movement of the magazine.
- lock levers having different stopper shapes are used in the upper and lower stages. It is also possible to use a lever. In this case, the lock levers having the same shape may be arranged so as to be shifted so as to be in different contact areas.
- a lock lever is installed so as to be horizontally rotatable with respect to the magazine bottom surface, and a step is formed on the magazine bottom surface with respect to the direction facing the rotation direction of the lock lever. It is also possible to configure the positional relationship by shifting by 90 °. That is, a lock lever may be installed at a position that can rotate perpendicularly to the bottom surface of the magazine, and a step may be formed on the bottom surface of the magazine with respect to a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the lock lever.
