本发明的目的还可以通过以下措施来达到:所述的挤出或注塑成型过程中,可利用片材挤出机组的压花辊在挤出的片材表面形成凹凸图案或文字,或利用模具直接在注塑产品的表面形成凹凸图案或文字,再把上述片材加热至其玻璃化温度以上、熔点以下,然后用两辊或三辊压延机把加热的片材上的凹凸图案或文字压制成其它的图案或文字,或压成平面,再把片材裁成小片,每一小片都隐含了一个图案或一组文字即可。还可用注塑机把不需经过辐照交联或化学交联而具有形状记忆性能的高分子材料注塑成某一型状的半成品,再把这个半成品加热至其玻璃化温度以上,熔点以下,然后把半成品的形状予以变形,并保留此变形,当把这些变形后的产品再加热到它们的玻璃化温度以上、熔点以下时,它们就会恢复到注塑成型时的状态。将不需经过辐照交联或化学交联而具有形状记忆性能的高分子材料挤成平面片材,将片材按热压模具的大小裁成所需的规格,然后将片材放入热压模具中,在片材的表面热压出凹凸图案或文字。所述的挤出机可采用单螺杆片材挤出机组,单螺杆片材挤出机组的辊筒表面设定了多个相同的图案或多组相同的文字,这些相同的图案或文字彼此有一定的距离,这些相同的图案或文字是凸出或凹进的。把上述表面具有凹凸图案或文字的片材在常温的情况下,用冲床和模具把片材的凹凸图案或文字冲压成其它的图案或文字。所述平面片材的厚度为0.1—2.0mm,所述具有凹凸有致图案的板材的厚度为0.1—2.0mm。不需经过辐照交联或化学交联而具有形状记忆性能的高分子材料可采用聚乳酸、聚酯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物、降冰片烯、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、聚醚酯热塑性弹性体、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体。形成图案或文字的印刷材料可采用温变油墨。不需经过辐照交联或化学交联而具有形状记忆性能的高分子材料也可通过模压机模压成型。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:
1、不需要进行交联,减少了工艺环节,简化了控制生产过程,节省了成本。
2、可以使用温变油墨来增强防伪效果,既可以使用可逆温变油墨,也可以使用不可逆温变油墨;这样,就把颜色变化的平面效果与三维立体的形状记忆变化效果相结合在一起了,产生更为明显的视觉感受。
具体实施方式
本发明下面将结合实施例作进一步详述:
实施例一
利用单螺杆片材挤出机组,该片材挤出机组的辊筒表面设定了多个相同的图案或多组相同的文字,这些相同的图案或文字彼此有一定的距离,这些相同的图案或文字是凸出或凹进的。将具有形状记忆性能的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体等挤成表面具有与辊筒对应的凹凸图案或文字的片材,片材厚度为0.1—2mm,以0.3-0.5mm为好。再把上述片材加热玻璃化温度以上,熔点以下,,然后用二辊或三辊压延机把加热的片材上的凹凸图案或文字压平,再使用不可逆温变油墨印刷,该温变油墨的变色温度与高分子形状记忆材料的形变温度相近,并且常温下是有色的,而达到一定温度后变成无色的,然后再把片材裁成小片,每一小片都隐含了一个图案或一组文字。把这些小片贴在商品上,当需要检验商品的真伪时,把小片放进开水中或用其它方式加热到热塑性聚氨酯弹性体玻璃化温度以上,熔点以下,则这些小片的颜色就会就会变化,并且显现出辊筒上的图案或文字,起到防伪的作用。
实施例二
将苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体,用注塑机和模具直接在注塑产品的表面形成凹凸图案(文字)。再把注塑产品加热至其玻璃化温度以上、熔点以下,将其表面已经形成的图案(文字),压制成其它的图案(文字)、或者压成平面,再把这些产品再加热至其玻璃化温度以上,熔点以下时,注塑形成的凹凸图案(文字)就会重新显现出来。
实施例三
将聚乳酸挤成平面片材,将片材按热压模具的大小裁成所需的规格,然后将片材放入热压模具中,在60-65℃的温度范围内(聚乳酸的玻璃化温度为55℃),把片材的表面热压出凹凸图案(文字)。所述具有凹凸图案(文字)的片材的厚度为0.1—2.0mm。所述平面片材的厚度为0.1—2.0mm。当需要检验商品的真伪时,把小片放进开水中或用其它方式加热到65℃左右的温度时,则这些小片上的凹凸图案(文字)就会消失,而恢复成平面,起到防伪的作用。
实施例四
把上述实施例一及实施例二的表面具有凹凸图案(文字)的片材在常温的情况下,用冲床和模具把板材或薄膜上的凹凸图案(文字)冲压成其它的图案(文字)。再把片材裁成小片,每一小片都隐含了一个图案或一组文字。把这些小片贴在商品上,当需要检验商品的真伪时,把小片放进开水中或用其它方式加热,则这些小片就会显现出辊筒上的图案或文字,起到防伪的作用。
实施例五
如把上述带有图案或文字的挤出的片材半成品(或其它成型方式成型的半成品)制成特定的颜色(比如蓝色),然后进行二次成型,再使用不可逆温变油墨将半成品上的二次成型后形成的图案或文字部分印刷成另外的颜色(比如红色),该温变油墨的变色温度与高分子形状记忆材料的形变温度相近,并且常温下是有色的,而达到一定温度后变成无色的,这样,就制成了带有温变油墨的形状记忆防伪标识,当把此防伪标识加热到一定温度后,不但防伪标识上的图案或文字会发生三维立体的变化,而且颜色也发生了变化。也可以将半蓝色成品上的图案或文字用非温变油墨印刷成红色,再以温变油墨把连同图案或文字的其它部分全部印刷成绿色,
实施例六
利用注塑机和模具把形状记忆聚氨酯注塑成一个圆柱体,然后把这个圆柱体加热至形状记忆聚氨酯的玻璃化温度以上,熔点以下,再把圆柱体压成圆片,当把这些圆片再加热到形状记忆聚氨酯的玻璃化温度以上、熔点以下时,它们就会恢复到注塑成型时的圆柱体。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:将不需经过辐照交联或化学交联而具有形状记忆性能的高分子材料直接用挤出机挤成片材、或用注塑机注塑成型,挤出成型的片材可以是平面片材,也可以是表面形成凹凸图案或文字的片材,再把上述的片材加热至其玻璃化温度以上,熔点以下,并在平面片材上压制出图案或文字,或把已形成凹凸图案或文字的片材压成平面或其它图案、文字,再把片材裁成小片,每一小片都隐含了一个图案或一组文字,当把这些小片再加热到它们的玻璃化温度以上、熔点以下时,它们就会恢复到挤出成型时的状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的挤出或注塑成型过程中,可利用片材挤出机组的压花辊在挤出的片材表面形成凹凸图案或文字,或利用模具直接在注塑产品的表面形成凹凸图案或文字,再把上述片材加热至其玻璃化温度以上、熔点以下,然后用两辊或三辊压延机把加热的片材上的凹凸图案或文字压制成其它的图案或文字,或压成平面,再把片材裁成小片,每一小片都隐含了一个图案或一组文字即可。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:还可用注塑机把不需经过辐照交联或化学交联而具有形状记忆性能的高分子材料注塑成某一型状的半成品,再把这个半成品加热至其玻璃化温度以上,熔点以下,然后把半成品的形状予以变形,并保留此变形,当把这些变形后的产品再加热到它们的玻璃化温度以上、熔点以下时,它们就会恢复到注塑成型时的状态。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:将不需经过辐照交联或化学交联而具有形状记忆性能的高分子材料挤成平面片材,将片材按热压模具的大小裁成所需的规格,然后将片材放入热压模具中,在片材的表面热压出凹凸图案或文字。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的挤出机可采用单螺杆片材挤出机组,单螺杆片材挤出机组的辊筒表面设定了多个相同的图案或多组相同的文字,这些相同的图案或文字彼此有一定的距离,这些相同的图案或文字是凸出或凹进的。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:把上述表面具有凹凸图案或文字的片材在常温的情况下,用冲床和模具把片材的凹凸图案或文字冲压成其它的图案或文字。
  7. 根据权利要求2或4所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:所述平面片材的厚度为0.1—2.0mm,所述具有凹凸有致图案的板材的厚度为0.1—2.0mm。
  8. 根据权利要求所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:不需经过辐照交联或化学交联而具有形状记忆性能的高分子材料可采用聚乳酸、聚酯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物、降冰片烯、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、聚醚酯热塑性弹性体、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体。
  9. 根据权利要求所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:形成图案或文字的印刷材料可采用温变油墨。
  10. 根据权利要求所述的一种形状记忆防伪标识的制作方法,其特征在于:不需经过辐照交联或化学交联而具有形状记忆性能的高分子材料也可通过模压机模压成型。
