Abstract

본 발명은 세제, 화장품, 식품, 의약품 등의 내용물 수용공간을 제공하기 위한 잔량 개선 튜브 용기에 관한 것으로, 상기 튜브 용기는 튜브 몸체 및 튜브 네크(tube neck)를 포함하고, 상기 튜브 네크는 손으로 잡아당겨서 제거될 수 있도록 설계됨으로써, 화장품 등을 적재한 제품의 사용자가 용기 내용물을 대부분 소비한 후 간단한 수조작(手操作)으로 상기 튜브 네크를 용이하게 제거할 수 있게 되므로적재된 내용물의 잔량까지 사용할 수 있는 잔량 개선 튜브 용기에 관한 것이다.

Description

잔량 개선 튜브 용기
본 발명은 화장품, 의약품 등을 수용하기 위한 잔량 개선 튜브 용기에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 튜브 몸체 및 튜브 네크(tube neck)를 포함하고, 상기 튜브 네크는 손으로 잡아당겨서 제거될 수 있도록 설계된다. 이와 같이 설계된 본 발명에 따른 잔량 개선 튜브 용기는 여기에 화장품 등을 적재한 제품의 사용자가 용기 내용물을 대부분 소비한 후 간단한 수조작(手操作)으로 상기 튜브 네크를 용이하게 제거될 수 있도록 발명된 것이어서 적재된 내용물의 잔량까지 사용할 수 있다는 점에서 유리하다.
종래, 액상의 세제, 화장품, 식품, 의약품 등을 수용하기 위한 용기로서 사용이 간편하며 제조원가가 저렴한 튜브형 용기가 널리 사용되고 있다.
그러나 종래 튜브형 용기에 내용물, 특히 겔 상태의 액상 내용물을 적재하여 사용하는 경우 그 내용물이 대부분 사용된 상태에서는 용기의 저부 또는 용기벽 등에 부착되어 있거나 거기에 남아 있는 내용물을 꺼내는 것이 곤란하였다. 물론 가위나 칼 등의 도구를 이용하여 용기를 절개한 후 잔량의 내용물을 사용할 수도 있지만 이러한 작업은 번거롭기 때문에 소비자들에게 선호되지 못하였다.
이러한 이유로 종래 튜브용기에 적재된 내용물은 상당량이 사용되지 못한 채로 튜브 용기와 함께 폐기되는 실정이어서 경제적 환경적인 견지에서 바람직하지 않다는 문제점을 안고 있기 때문에 그의 개선이 요망되었다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 튜브 용기를 간편한 수조작으로 튜브 네크를 용이하게 제거할 수 있도록 설계함으로써 튜브 용기에 적재된 내용물을 대부분 소비하였을 경우에도 용기벽 또는 튜브 용기에 부착되어 있거나 거기에 잔류하는 내용물을 거의 전부를 사용할 수 있는 잔량 개선 튜브 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 제 1 양태는 내용물 수용공간을 제공하는 튜브 몸체(1) 및 튜브 네크(2)를 포함하는 잔량 개선 튜브 용기로서, 상기 튜브 몸체(1)는 원통형으로 이루어지고, 상기 튜브 몸체(1)의 하부는 밀봉(sealing)되어 있으며 그의 상부는 개방되어 있으되 상기 튜브 네크(2)의 하부와 접합되어 일체를 이루고, 상기 튜브 네크(2)는 상부 중앙에 내용물의 배출을 위한 돌출 형상의 토출구(3)를 가지며, 상기 튜브 네크(2)의 가장자리에는 제 1 환형(環形) 부재(4)를 가지되 상기 제 1 환형 부재(4)는 이를 분리시킬 때 사용하기 위한 바깥쪽으로 돌출된 손잡이 부재(5)를 구비하며, 상기 튜브 네크(2)의 중앙부에는 토출구(3)을 가지되 뚜껑 개폐용 수나사선(10)이 새겨진 둥근 형상의 돌출부(9)를 구비하며, 상기 돌출부(2)의 저부는 제 2 환형 부재(8)와 접합되어 일체를 이루고; 상기 손잡이(5)가 설치된 상기 제 1 환형 부재(4)의 부위, 상기 튜브 몸체(1)와 상기 제 1 환형 부재(4) 사이의 제 1 환상 경계면(6) 및 상기 제 1 환형 부재(4)와 상기 제 2 환형 부재(8) 사이의 제 2 환상 경계면(7)은, 상기 손잡이(5)를 수조작으로 당기는 경우 상기 튜브 몸체(1)로부터 상기 제 1 환형 부재(4)가 용이하게 분리될 수 있도록 상기 튜브 몸체(1), 제 1 환형 부재(4) 및 제 2 환형 부재(8)의 두께 보다 얇게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 잔량 개선 튜브 용기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 제 2 양태는 상기 제 1 양태에 있어서 둥근 형상의 돌출부(9)가 안쪽에 암나사선이 새겨진 뚜껑과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잔량 개선 튜브 용기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 제 3 양태는 상기 제 2 양태에 있어서 뚜껑이 분배기를 구비한 것임을 특징으로 하는 잔량 개선 튜브 용기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 제 4 양태는 상기 제 1 양태에 있어서 내용물이 액상의 세제, 화장품, 식품 및 의약품 중의 어느 하나인 것인 잔량 개선 튜브 용기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 제 5 양태는 상기 제 4 양태에 있어서 내용물이 겔 상태의 액체인 것인 잔량 개선 튜브 용기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 잔량 개선 튜브 용기는 튜브 네크를 용이하게 제거할 수 있도록 설계됨으로써 용기벽 또는 용기 저부에 부착되거나 거기에 남아 있는 내용물까지 모두 사용할 수 있게 하므로 경제적 환경적인 측면에서 유리하다.

이하, 도면을 참조로 하여 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다. 각 도면에 표시된 동일한 참조부호는 동일한 부재를 나타낸다.
본 발명에 따른 잔량 개선 튜브 용기는 액상의 세제, 화장품, 식품, 의약품 등의 내용물 적재용으로 사용될 수 있다. 특히 겔 상태의 액상 내용물을 적재하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따른 잔량 개선 튜브 용기는 내용물 수용공간을 제공하는 튜브 몸체(1) 및 튜브 네크(2)를 포함한다.
본 발명에 따른 잔량 개선 튜브 용기에 있어서 튜브 몸체(1)는 원통형으로 이루어지고, 상기 튜브 몸체(1)의 하부는 밀봉되어 있으며 그의 상부는 개방되어 있으되 상기 튜브 네크(2)의 하부와 접합되어 일체를 이룬다.
본 발명에 따른 잔량 개선 튜브 용기에 있어서 튜브 네크(2)는 상부 중앙에 내용물의 배출을 위한 돌출 형상의 토출구(3)를 가지며, 상기 튜브 네크(2)의 가장자리에는 제 1 환형 부재(4)를 가지되 상기 제 1 환형 부재(4)는 이를 분리시킬 때 사용하기 위한 바깥쪽으로 돌출된 손잡이 부재(5)를 구비한다.
상기 튜브 네크(2)의 중앙부에는 토출구(3)을 가지되 뚜껑 개폐용 수나사선(10)이 새겨진 둥근 형상의 돌출부(9)를 구비하며, 상기 돌출부(2)의 저부는 제 2 환형 부재(8)와 접합되어 일체를 이룬다.
본 발명에 따른 잔량 개선 튜브 용기에 있어서 손잡이(5)가 설치된 제 1 환형 부재(4)의 부위, 튜브 몸체(1)와 제 1 환형 부재(4) 사이의 제 1 환상 경계면(6) 및 제 1 환형 부재(4)와 제 2 환형 부재(8) 사이의 제 2 환상 경계면(7)은, 상기 손잡이(5)를 수조작으로 당기는 경우 상기 튜브 몸체(1)로부터 상기 제 1 환형 부재(4)가 용이하게 분리될 수 있도록 상기 튜브 몸체(1), 제 1 환형 부재(4) 및 제 2 환형 부재(8)의 두께 보다 얇게 형성된다.
본 발명에 따른 잔량 개선 튜브 용기에 있어서 둥근 형상의 돌출부(9)와 결합되는 뚜껑은 당해 기술분야에서 알려진 안쪽에 수나사선이 새겨진 뚜껑일 수 있으며, 상기 뚜껑은 분배기를 구비할 수 있다.
본 발명의 잔량 개선 튜브 용기는 연질물질 예를 들어 폴리에틸렌(PE)으로 형성될 수 있다.
위에서 기술한 본원발명의 양태들은 본원발명을 실시하기 위한 최적의 실시예를 나타낸 것이며 본원 명세서에 사용된 용어들은 본원발명을 설명할 목적으로 사용된 것으로, 상기 실시예 및 특정 용어들이 본원의 보호범위를 제한하는 것으로 해석되어서는 아니 된다. 또한 이 기술분야의 통상의 숙련가들은 상기 실시예에 균등한 변형 또는 변화를 가할 수 있음을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 보호범위는 첨부된 청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해서 정해져야 할 것이다.

  1. 내용물 수용공간을 제공하는 튜브 몸체(1) 및 튜브 네크(2)를 포함하는 잔량 개선 튜브 용기로서, 상기 튜브 몸체(1)는 원통형으로 이루어지고, 상기 튜브 몸체(1)의 하부는 밀봉(sealing)되어 있으며 그의 상부는 개방되어 있으되 상기 튜브 네크(2)의 하부와 접합되어 일체를 이루고, 상기 튜브 네크(2)는 상부 중앙에 내용물의 배출을 위한 돌출 형상의 토출구(3)를 가지며, 상기 튜브 네크(2)의 가장자리에는 제 1 환형(環形) 부재(4)를 가지되 상기 제 1 환형 부재(4)는 이를 분리시킬 때 사용하기 위한 바깥쪽으로 돌출된 손잡이 부재(5)를 구비하며, 상기 튜브 네크(2)의 중앙부에는 토출구(3)을 가지되 뚜껑 개폐용 수나사선(10)이 새겨진 둥근 형상의 돌출부(9)를 구비하며, 상기 돌출부(2)의 저부는 제 2 환형 부재(8)와 접합되어 일체를 이루고; 상기 손잡이(5)가 설치된 상기 제 1 환형 부재(4)의 부위, 상기 튜브 몸체(1)와 상기 제 1 환형 부재(4) 사이의 제 1 환상 경계면(6) 및 상기 제 1 환형 부재(4)와 상기 제 2 환형 부재(8) 사이의 제 2 환상 경계면(7)은, 상기 손잡이(5)를 수조작으로 당기는 경우 상기 튜브 몸체(1)로부터 상기 제 1 환형 부재(4)가 용이하게 분리될 수 있도록 상기 튜브 몸체(1), 제 1 환형 부재(4) 및 제 2 환형 부재(8)의 두께 보다 얇게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 잔량 개선 튜브 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    둥근 형상의 돌출부(9)가 안쪽에 암나사선이 새겨진 뚜껑과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잔량 개선 튜브 용기.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    뚜껑이 분배기를 구비한 것임을 특징으로 하는 잔량 개선 튜브 용기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    내용물이 액상의 세제, 화장품, 식품 및 의약품 중의 어느 하나인 것인 잔량 개선 튜브 용기.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    내용물이 겔 상태의 액체인 것인 잔량 개선 튜브 용기.
