Claims (13)
- エンジンを搭載した走行機体と、圃場の穀稈を刈取る刈取装置と、前記刈取装置の側方を覆うサイドカバーと、前照灯を有する灯具部材とを備えるコンバインにおいて、
前記サイドカバーの上端側に前記灯具部材を配置する構造であって、前側が低くなるように前傾させて前記サイドカバーの上端縁を形成し、前記サイドカバーの上端側に前記灯具部材の下端側を対向配置させたことを特徴とするコンバイン。 - 前記走行機体の操縦部に搭乗したオペレータが前記刈取装置の分草体を目視する目線と同じ傾斜方向に、前記サイドカバーの上端側を傾斜させるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したコンバイン。
- 前記前照灯の光が分草体に照射されるように、前記サイドカバーの上端側に前記前照灯を前傾状に支持するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したコンバイン。
- 前記灯具部材に前記前照灯と方向指示灯と車幅灯を設ける構造であって、前記前照灯の直上に前記方向指示灯を配置し、前記前照灯と前記方向指示灯の間でそれらの機外側方に前記車幅灯を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したコンバイン。
- 前記走行機体の左右旋回方向を表示する方向指示灯と、前記走行機体の左右幅を表示する車幅灯を備える構造であって、前記灯具部材には、前記方向指示灯又は前記車幅灯の少なくともいずれか一方又は両方が設置され、前記前照灯が支持されたリフレクタ体に、前記方向指示灯又は前記車幅灯の少なくともいずれか一方又は両方を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したコンバイン。
- 前記刈取装置前部の引起ケースの側面に沿う鉛直方向に長辺が形成される三角形の頂角部に、前記前照灯と前記方向指示灯と前記車幅灯を設置したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載したコンバイン。
- 前記前照灯の投光中心線の傾斜と同一方向に、前記方向指示灯の投光中心線を傾斜させるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項6に記載したコンバイン。
- 前記前照灯の投光中心線の傾斜と同一方向に、前記サイドカバーの上端縁を傾斜させるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載したコンバイン。
- 前記前照灯と前記方向指示灯の間に仕切り壁体を設けたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載したコンバイン。
- 前記灯具部材は、前記前照灯と、前記前照灯を支持するリフレクタ体と、前記前照灯の投光面を覆うライト前面カバーとを有する構造であって、
前記リフレクタ体の周縁部に前記ライト前面カバーの周縁部を分離不能に接着固定させ、前記リフレクタ体と前記ライト前面カバーによって中空状のライトハウジングを形成し、前記リフレクタ体と前記ライト前面カバーの接合部のうち少なくともその一部を被覆するライト化粧カバーを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したコンバイン。 - 前記刈取装置前部の引起ケースの側方で、前記サイドカバーの上端側の前記刈取装置の上部両側方に前記灯具部材を配置し、前記引起ケース又は前記サイドカバーに前記リフレクタ体と前記ライト前面カバーの接合部を部分的に対向配置させ、前記引起ケース又は前記サイドカバーに対向しない前記リフレクタ体と前記ライト前面カバーの接合部周縁に前記化粧カバーを部分的に対向配置させ、前記リフレクタ体に前記ライト化粧カバーを一体的に固着させたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載したコンバイン。
- 前記引起ケースの上部にゲートカバーを設ける構造であって、前記灯具部材に方向指示灯を設け、前記前照灯の直上に前記方向指示灯を配置し、前記灯具部材の機内側方の端縁に前記引起ケースの上部外側縁部又は前記ゲートカバーの側端縁部を対向させて配置したことを特徴とする請求項10に記載したコンバイン。
- 前記引起ケースの上部にゲートカバーを設ける構造であって、前記灯具部材に方向指示灯と車幅灯とを設け、前記前照灯の直上に前記方向指示灯を配置し、前記前照灯と前記方向指示灯の間でそれらの機外側方に前記車幅灯を配置し、前記車幅灯と反対側の前記灯具部材の側端部に前記引起ケース側端又は前記ゲートカバー側端を対向配置させたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載したコンバイン。
