Abstract
Description
工程S1では、前記外側シート10を構成するための外側シート帯10Aをその長手方向に連続して搬送する。
工程S2では、連続搬送される外側シート帯10A上にウエスト用弾性部材14を接合する。具体的に、工程S2では、吸収体11の長手寸法に対応する間隔を空けて外側シート帯10A上にウエスト用弾性部材14が2つずつ配置される。このとき、各ウエスト用弾性部材14は、それぞれ外側シート帯10Aの幅方向に伸張状態で当該外側シート帯10Aに添設される。また、工程S2で添設される2つのウエスト用弾性部材14は、外側シート帯10Aの長手方向に離間して配置される。
工程S3では、連続搬送される外側シート帯10A上に吸収体11を接合する。具体的に、吸収体11は、その長手方向を外側シート帯10Aの長手方向に沿わせた姿勢で、前記各ウエスト用弾性部材14の間に配置される。
工程S4では、連続搬送される外側シート帯10A上に一対のレッグ用弾性部材12、12を接合する。具体的に、工程S4では、外側シート帯10A上における吸収体11の長手方向の中央位置であって吸収体11の幅方向の両外側位置にそれぞれレッグ用弾性部材12が1つずつ配置される。各レッグ用弾性部材12は、それぞれ外側シート帯10Aの長手方向に伸張状態で当該外側シート帯10Aに添設される。
工程S5では、連続搬送される外側シート帯10A上にサイドパネル片3を構成するためのサイドパネル帯3A、及びサイドパネル片4を構成するためのサイドパネル帯4Aをそれぞれ接合する。具体的に、サイドパネル帯3A、4Aは、それぞれの長手方向を外側シート帯10Aの長手方向に沿わせた姿勢で連続供給され、前記レッグ用弾性部材12の外側となる外側シート帯10Aの縁部上にそれぞれ接合される。つまり、サイドパネル帯3A、4Aは、外側シート帯10Aからそれぞれ突出した状態で、当該外側シート帯10Aに接合される。
工程S6では、連続搬送される外側シート帯10A上に内側シート9を構成するための内側シート帯9Aを接合する。具体的に、内側シート帯9Aは、その長手方向を外側シート帯10Aの長手方向に沿わせた姿勢で連続供給され、外側シート帯10Aと幅方向の位置を合致させた状態で当該外側シート帯10Aに接合される。この工程S6により、各弾性部材12、14及び吸収体11の全体が両シート帯9A、10Aの間に挟まれるとともに、サイドパネル帯3A、4Aの縁部が両シート帯9A、10Aの間に挟まれる。
工程S7では、両サイドパネル帯3A、4Aをそれぞれ切断することにより間隙部3a、4aを形成する。具体的に、サイドパネル帯3A、4Aは、吸収体11の長手方向の中央位置を含む各サイドパネル帯3A、4Aの長手方向の所定の範囲にわたり切断される。
工程S8では、両シート帯9A、10A及び両サイドパネル帯3A、4Aを切断することにより使い捨ておむつの展開体1Zを形成する。具体的に、両シート帯9A、10A及び両サイドパネル帯3A、4Aは、隣接するウエスト用弾性部材14、14の間の位置で切断される。この工程S8により、両サイドパネル帯3A、4Aがサイドパネル片3、3、4、4に分断された展開体1Zが形成される。
図7を参照して、工程S9では、前記展開体1Zについて本体部2を長手方向の中央位置で二つ折りにするとともに、この本体部2の二つ折りの形態を保持する。具体的には、後述する製造装置を用いて、本体部2を二つ折りにするとともに、この二つ折りにより重なり合うサイドパネル片3、3及びサイドパネル片4、4に対して仮接合部位7、8をそれぞれ形成する。
工程S10では、サイドパネル片3、3の縁部に対してサイドシール部5を形成するとともに、サイドパネル片4、4の縁部に対してサイドシール部6を形成することにより、使い捨ておむつ1Aを完成させる。
工程S81では、サイドパネル片3及びサイドパネル片4にそれぞれ着脱部材45、46を接合する。
工程S82では、着脱部材45、46の着脱面(図20で手前側を向く面)が本体部2の内側シート9側に向くように、各サイドパネル片3、3、4、4を本体部2側へ折畳む。
工程S821では、着脱部材45、46の着脱面(図24で手前側を向く面)が本体部2の内側シート9側に向くように、各着脱部材45、46を本体部2側へ折畳む。
工程S51では、前記サイドパネル帯3A、4Aをサイドパネル片3、4に切り分けるとともに、切り分けられたサイドパネル片3、4を外側シート帯10A上に接合する。ここで、サイドパネル片3、3、4、4は、吸収体11の長手方向の両端に対応する位置に、前記レッグホール用の間隙部3a、4aに相当する間隔を空けて配置される。一方、前記間隙部3a、4aの間に位置する各サイドパネル片3、3、4、4同士の間隔は、後の工程S8において切断刃を通すことができる間隔である。

Claims (20)
- 着用者の股下部を介して前腹部から後背部まで延びる本体部と、着用者の腰部側面を覆うサイドパネルとを有する着用物品を製造するための方法であって、
前記本体部と、この本体部の前後少なくとも一方の端部から左右両側に延びる少なくとも2枚のサイドパネル片とを有する展開体を準備する展開体準備工程と、
前記展開体における本体部の前側表面を吸着可能な第1吸着面を有する第1吸着部と、前記展開体における本体部の後ろ側表面を吸着可能な第2吸着面を有する第2吸着部とを準備する吸着部準備工程と、
前記第1吸着面と前記第2吸着面とが同じ側を向いて並ぶように、前記第1吸着部及び第2吸着部を配置する吸着部配置工程と、
前記吸着部配置工程の後に、前記展開体における本体部の前側表面を前記第1吸着面に吸着させるとともに、前記展開体における本体部の後ろ側表面を前記第2吸着面に吸着させる吸着工程と、
前記吸着工程の後に、前記第1吸着面と前記第2吸着面とが相対向するように前記第1吸着部と前記第2吸着部とを閉じて前記本体部を二つ折りにする二つ折り工程と、
前記二つ折り工程により重なり合う前記展開体の重なり部分を外側から加熱し又は加圧し若しくは加熱及び加圧することにより、前記展開体の重なり部分同士を剥離可能に接合する仮接合工程とを含む、着用物品の製造方法。 - 前記仮接合工程では、前記二つ折り工程の実行期間中に、前記第1吸着部及び前記第2吸着部の少なくとも一方に設けられた仮接合部を前記展開体の重なり部分に接触させることにより前記展開体の重なり部分同士を剥離可能に接合する、請求項1に記載の着用物品の製造方法。
- 前記仮接合部は、前記第1吸着面及び第2吸着面の少なくとも一方から突出する突出部を有し、
前記仮接合工程では、前記突出部と相手側の吸着部との間で前記展開体の重なり部分を挟圧する、請求項2に記載の着用物品の製造方法。 - 前記仮接合部は、前記第1吸着面又は前記第2吸着面のうち前記突出部の相手側の吸着面に形成された凹部をさらに備え、
前記仮接合工程では、前記展開体の重なり部分を挟んで前記突出部が凹部内に嵌合することにより前記展開体の重なり部分を挟圧する、請求項3に記載の着用物品の製造方法。 - 前記展開体準備工程では、前記本体部の前後両端部からそれぞれ左右両側に延びる4枚のサイドパネル片を有する前記展開体を準備し、
前記吸着部準備工程では、前記展開体における本体部の前端部から左右両側に延びる2枚のサイドパネル片を吸着可能な吸着面を前記第1吸着面として準備するとともに、前記展開体における本体部の後端部から左右両側に延びる2枚のサイドパネル片を吸着可能な吸着面を前記第2吸着面として準備し、
前記仮接合工程の後に、前記二つ折り工程により重なり合う前記各サイドパネル片の左右の縁部同士を接合する本接合工程をさらに含む、請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の着用物品の製造方法。 - 前記仮接合工程では、前記二つ折り工程により重なり合う前記各サイドパネル片同士を剥離可能に接合する、請求項5に記載の着用物品の製造方法。
- 前記仮接合工程の後に、前記各吸着部を開く開放工程と、
前記開放工程の後に、二つ折りにされた前記展開体を前記各吸着部から前記本接合工程を行う位置まで搬送する搬送工程とをさらに含み、
前記搬送工程では、二つ折りにされた前記展開体をその重なり方向に挟持することにより前記展開体を二つ折りの形態に保持しつつ、当該展開体を搬送する、請求項5又は6に記載の着用物品の製造方法。 - 前記搬送工程では、互いに重なる各サイドパネル片の少なくとも一部を挟持しつつ前記展開体を搬送する、請求項7に記載の着用物品の製造方法。
- 前記本体部の外側面に着脱可能な着脱面を有する着脱部材を前記サイドパネル片に取り付ける取り付け工程と、
前記二つ折り工程に先立って、前記着脱面が前記本体部の内側面に向くように、前記各サイドパネル片、前記各着脱部材の少なくとも一方を前記本体部上に折畳む折畳み工程とをさらに備え、
前記二つ折り工程では、前記折畳まれた各サイドパネル片が内側となるように前記本体部を二つ折りにする、請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の着用物品の製造方法。 - 本体部と、この本体部の前後少なくとも一方の端部から左右両側に延びる少なくとも2枚のサイドパネル片とを有する展開体を用いて、前記本体部が着用者の股下部を介して前腹部から後背部まで延びるとともに前記サイドパネル片が着用者の腰部側面を覆った状態で着用可能な着用物品を製造するための装置であって、
前記展開体における本体部の前側表面を吸着可能な第1吸着面を有する第1吸着部と、
前記展開体における本体部の後ろ側表面を吸着可能な第2吸着面を有する第2吸着部と、
前記第1吸着面と前記第2吸着面とが同じ側を向いて並ぶ開放位置と、前記第1吸着面と前記第2吸着面とが相対向する閉鎖位置との間で相対変位可能となるように、前記第1吸着部及び前記第2吸着部を支持する支持部材と、
前記第1吸着部及び前記第2吸着部の少なくとも一方に設けられ、前記閉鎖位置において前記両吸着面の間で重なり合う前記展開体の重なり部分を外側から加熱し又は加圧し若しくは加熱及び加圧することにより、前記重なり部分同士を剥離可能に接合する仮接合部とを備えている、着用物品の製造装置。 - 前記仮接合部は、前記第1吸着面及び前記第2吸着面の少なくとも一方から突出するとともに、相手側の吸着部との間で前記展開体の重なり部分を挟圧可能な突出部を有する、請求項10に記載の着用物品の製造装置。
- 前記突出部は、前記第1吸着面及び前記第2吸着面の少なくとも一方からの突出量を調整可能である、請求項11に記載の着用物品の製造装置。
- 前記仮接合部は、前記第1吸着面及び前記第2吸着面のうち前記突出部の相手側の吸着面に形成されるとともに、前記展開体の重なり部分を挟んで前記突出部を嵌合可能な凹部をさらに備えている、請求項11又は12に記載の着用物品の製造装置。
- 前記展開体は、前記本体部の前後両端部からそれぞれ左右両側に延びる4枚のサイドパネル片を有し、
前記第1吸着面は、前記展開体における本体部の前端部から左右方向に延びる2枚のサイドパネルを吸着可能であり、
前記第2吸着面は、前記展開体における本体部の後端部から左右方向に延びる2枚のサイドパネルを吸着可能であり、
前記各吸着部により二つ折りにされた前記展開体において重なり合う前記各サイドパネル片の左右の縁部同士を接合する本接合部をさらに備えている、請求項10~13の何れか1項に記載の着用物品の製造装置。 - 前記仮接合部は、前記両吸着部の間で重なり合う前記各サイドパネル片同士を剥離可能に接合する、請求項14に記載の着用物品の製造装置。
- 前記開放位置とされた前記各吸着部から二つ折りにされた前記展開体を受け渡されるとともに、受け渡された展開体を前記本接合部に搬送可能な搬送部をさらに備え、
前記搬送部は、前記展開体を二つ折りの形態に保持しながら搬送する、請求項14又は15に記載の着用物品の製造装置。 - 前記搬送部は、前記展開体を下から保持しつつ搬送する第1コンベアと、この第1コンベアとの間で互いに重なる前記各サイドパネル片の少なくとも一部を挟持しつつ前記展開体を搬送する第2コンベアとを備えている、請求項16に記載の着用物品の製造装置。
- 請求項1~9の何れか1項に記載の製造方法によって製造された着用物品。
- 本体部と、この本体部の前後少なくとも一方の端部から左右両側に延びる少なくとも2枚のサイドパネル片とを有する展開体について、前記本体部が二つ折りにされた着用物品であって、
前記展開体の重なり部分同士が剥離可能に接合された仮接合部位を有する、着用物品。 - 前記展開体は、前記本体部の前後両端部からそれぞれ左右両側に延びる4枚のサイドパネル片を有し、
前記本体部が二つ折りされた状態で重なり合う前記各サイドパネル片の左右の縁部同士が接合された本接合部位をさらに備え、
前記仮接合部位は、前記本体部が二つ折りにされた状態で重なり合う前記各サイドパネル片のうち、前記本接合部位以外の部分同士が剥離可能に接合された部位である、請求項19に記載の着用物品。
