Claims (20)
- 병원에 설치된 처방전달시스템(OCS)과 연동하여 병원에서 진료를 대기하는 환자를 관리하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템으로,대기환자의 순서를 포함한 대기환자 안내정보가 표시되는 적어도 하나의 디스플레이 장치; 및상기 처방전달시스템과 네트워크를 통해 연결되고, 상기 처방전달시스템을 실시간 모니터링하여 상기 처방전달시스템에 방문환자 또는 예약환자가 접수되면 상기 처방전달시스템의 데이터베이스로부터 방문환자 또는 예약환자에 관한 정보를 포함한 방문/예약 데이터를 추출하여 상기 방문/예약 데이터를 미리 정해진 테이블 구조를 갖는 대기환자 데이터로 변환하고, 상기 대기환자 데이터에 기초하여 상기 디스플레이장치에 상기 대기환자 안내정보를 제공하는 제어시스템을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어시스템은,상기 처방전달시스템을 실시간 모니터링하여 상기 처방전달시스템에서 상기 예약환자의 예약정보가 변경된 것으로 확인되면 상기 변경된 예약정보를 상기 대기환자 데이터에 반영하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 예약정보의 변경은,예약취소, 예약시간의 변경 및 진료의사의 변경 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어시스템은,상기 처방전달시스템을 실시간 모니터링하여 상기 처방전달시스템에서 상기 예약환자의 등원 여부를 확인하고 상기 예약환자가 등원한 것으로 확인되면 상기 예약환자의 등원시간을 상기 대기환자 데이터에 반영하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어시스템은,상기 처방전달시스템의 상기 데이터베이스에 상기 방문/예약 데이터가 삽입, 갱신 또는 삭제되는 이벤트를 실시간 모니터링하여 상기 이벤트 발생 시 상기 처방전달시스템의 상기 데이터베이스로부터 상기 방문/예약 데이터의 전체 또는 일부를 추출하여 상기 대기환자 데이터로 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제어시스템은,트리거링(triggering)을 통해 상기 이벤트를 실시간 모니터링하고 상기 방문/예약 데이터를 추출하여 상기 대기환자 데이터로 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제어시스템은,상기 처방전달시스템의 상기 데이터베이스에 상기 방문/예약 데이터가 삽입, 갱신 또는 삭제되는 이벤트를 실시간 모니터링하여 상기 이벤트 발생 시 상기 처방전달시스템의 상기 데이터베이스로부터 상기 방문/예약 데이터의 전체 또는 일부를 추출하여 상기 대기환자 데이터로 변환하는 OCS 연동모듈; 및상기 OCS 연동모듈에 의해 변환된 상기 대기환자 데이터를 저장하기 위한 대기환자 데이터베이스;상기 대기환자 데이터를 관리하고 상기 대기환자 데이터에 기초하여 상기 대기환자 안내정보를 생성하는 제어모듈; 및상기 제어모듈에 의해 생성된 상기 대기환자 안내정보를 상기 디스플레이장치로 전송하기 위한 전송모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 대기환자 데이터는,진료병과, 환자성명, 환자나이, 환자성별, 예약시간, 등원여부, 등원시간 및 병록번호에 관한 데이터 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어시스템에서 대기환자를 관리하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스는,병과별 진료실을 선택하기 위한 영역, 선택된 진료실의 대기환자를 관리하기 위한 영역, 대기환자 중 부재자 또는 대기보류자를 관리하기 위한 영역, 검사대기자를 관리하기 위한 영역 및 진료완료자를 관리하기 위한 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어시스템은,상기 디스플레이장치에 제공될 복수의 컨텐츠 및 상기 복수의 컨텐츠를 분류하기 위한 기준이 되는 분류정보가 저장되는 컨텐츠 데이터베이스를 더 포함하고,상기 대기환자 데이터에 기초한 환자정보를 상기 분류정보와 비교하여 상기 복수의 컨텐츠 중 상기 디스플레이장치로 전송할 컨텐츠를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어시스템은,상기 처방전달시스템과 연동하여 대기환자가 소지하고 있는 이동통신단말기에 상기 대기환자 안내정보를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 대기환자 안내정보는,각 대기환자에 대응하는 예상 대기시간에 관한 정보를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제어시스템은,상기 처방전달시스템을 실시간 모니터링하여 상기 처방전달시스템에서 상기 예약환자의 예약정보가 변경된 것으로 확인되면 상기 변경된 예약정보를 상기 대기환자 데이터에 반영한 후, 상기 대기환자 데이터에 기초하여 갱신된 상기 대기환자 안내정보를 상기 디스플레이장치에 전송하는 동시에 상기 이동통신단말기에 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제어시스템은,상기 이동통신단말기에 대기환자의 본인확인을 위한 정보를 요청하고, 본인확인이 승인된 경우에만 상기 이동통신단말기에 상기 대기환자 안내정보를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어시스템은,상기 이동통신단말기에 제공될 복수의 컨텐츠 및 상기 복수의 컨텐츠를 분류하기 위한 기준이 되는 분류정보가 저장되는 컨텐츠 데이터베이스를 더 포함하고,상기 대기환자 데이터에 기초한 환자정보를 상기 분류정보와 비교하여 상기 복수의 컨텐츠 중 상기 이동통신단말기로 전송할 컨텐츠를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리시스템.
- 병원에 설치된 처방전달시스템(OCS)과 연동하여 병원에서 진료를 대기하는 환자를 관리하는 병원의 대기환자 관리방법으로,(a) 상기 처방전달시스템을 실시간 모니터링하여 상기 처방전달시스템에 방문환자 또는 예약환자가 접수되었는지 확인하는 단계;(b) 방문환자 또는 예약환자가 접수된 것으로 확인되면, 상기 처방전달시스템의 데이터베이스로부터 방문/예약 데이터를 추출하는 단계;(c) 상기 방문/예약 데이터를 미리 정해진 테이블 구조를 갖는 대기환자 데이터로 변환하는 단계;(d) 상기 대기환자 데이터를 대기환자 데이터베이스에 저장하는 단계; 및(e) 상기 대기환자 데이터에 기초하여 대기환자의 순서를 포함한 대기환자 안내정보를 병원 내에 설치된 디스플레이장치에 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리방법.
- 제16항에 있어서상기 (a) 단계는, 상기 처방전달시스템의 상기 데이터베이스에 방문/예약 데이터가 삽입, 갱신 또는 삭제되는 이벤트를 실시간 모니터링하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 (b) 단계는, 상기 이벤트 발생 시 상기 처방전달시스템의 상기 데이터베이스로부터 상기 방문/예약 데이터의 전체 또는 일부를 추출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리방법.
- 제16항에 있어서상기 (e) 단계는,상기 대기환자 데이터에 기초하여 상기 대기환자 안내정보를 생성하는 단계; 및상기 대기환자 안내정보를 상기 디스플레이장치로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리방법.
- 제18항에 있어서상기 (e) 단계는,상기 대기환자 안내정보를 대기환자가 소지하고 있는 이동통신단말기로 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병원의 대기환자 관리방법.
- 제16항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 대기환자 관리방법을 수행하기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록매체.
