Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method, system and non-transitory computer readable recording medium for managing a schedule.
- the calendar program introduced in the related art provides only a schedule management function for one user. Therefore, in order to manage an event involving two or more users, the users directly contact the calendar program separately to control the event time. In addition, it is inconvenient to discuss the place directly and input the information about the predetermined event time or place into the calendar program.
- the present inventors propose a technique for automatically managing a schedule of a user including the corresponding event only by the user inputting brief information about the event.
- the object of the present invention is to solve all the problems of the prior art described above.
- the time or place of the event is automatically determined according to a schedule of a plurality of users who are involved in the event. Another aim is to reduce the time and effort required.
- the user when the user is located in a different region of time zone due to travel, business trip, etc. in the future, the user does not know the time difference between the current time zone and the standard time zone of the other region.
- Another aim is to be able to manage schedules according to the standard time zone.
- Another object of the present invention is to enable a user to set and manage a free time zone (for example, a time zone for rest or self-development) for himself / herself regardless of another user's schedule.
- a free time zone for example, a time zone for rest or self-development
- a method for managing a schedule comprising: (a) receiving an event setting request from a terminal device of a first user, and requesting the event setting request from a terminal device of a second user involved in the event. (B) receiving at least a portion of the event information included in the event setting request or the acceptance, at least some of the schedule information of the first user, and at least some of the schedule information of the second user; A method is provided that includes determining at least one of a time and a location of the event.
- a system for managing a schedule comprising: receiving an event setting request from a terminal device of a first user and accepting the event setting request from a terminal device of a second user involved in the event; A time of the event with reference to at least a portion of the user management unit to receive and event information included in the event setting request or the acceptance, at least some of the schedule information of the first user, and at least some of the schedule information of the second user;
- a system is provided that includes an event setting manager that determines at least one of the venues.
- non-transitory computer readable recording medium for recording another method, system, and computer program for executing the method for implementing the present invention.
- the time or place of the event can be automatically determined according to a schedule of a plurality of users involved in the event, so that the user can plan or make an appointment.
- the effect is to reduce the time and effort required in determining.
- the user when the user is located in a different region of time zone in the future due to travel, business trip, etc., the user does not have to determine the time difference between the current time zone and the standard time zone of the other region. The effect of being able to manage the schedule according to the local time zone is achieved.
- the effect that the user can determine and manage the time zone for example, time zone for rest or self-development
