Claims (19)
- 클라우드 기반의 모바일 플랫폼이 구축되고 예약단계에서 대규모 감염 질환에 대한 사전역학조사를 포함하는 전자 문진표 작성을 주관 및 매개하는 관리서버; 및상기 관리서버와 연동되어 동작하고 예약단계에서 대규모 감염 질환에 대한 사전역학조사를 포함하는 전자 문진표작성 서비스를 제공하기 위한 앱이 탑재되고 앱의 수행으로 전자 문진표 입력창을 다운받아 각 항목을 입력한 다음 입력 확인키의 누름 조작으로 작성된 전자 문진표를 상기 관리서버로 전달하는 피검자 단말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관리서버는,다수의 정보 공유에 대한 동의서와 피검자의 개인식별 정보, 임상 증상, 접촉 의심자 단말 정보, 및 사전 역학조사 각각에 대한 질의가 포함된 전자 문진표를 상기 피검자 단말로 전달하고,상기 피검자 단말의 입력 확인키의 누름 조작으로 전달받은 작성된 전자 문진표를 의료기관 단말로 전달하여 비대면으로 전자 문진표 작성 서비스를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전자 문진표의 동의서는,개인의료기록(PHR:Personal Health Record) 수집 동의, 참여의료기관 간의 정보 공유 동의, 연구목적으로의 개인 정보 공유 동의 및 익명 진단 시 개인 식별정보 입력 생략 동의 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예약단계에서 사전역학조사를 포함하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 관리서버는,전자 문진표 입력창에 전자 문진표에 개인식별 정보의 노출을 방지하기 위한 익명 검사 항목을 추가함에 따라, 검사결과를 통보받을 피검자의 통신 가입번호로 본인 인증을 수행한 다음 본인 인증 성공 시 개인 식별정보 항목 입력이 생략된 전자 문진표를 작성하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 시스템.
- 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 관리서버는,상기 의료기관 단말로부터 전달받은 격리 조치 단계 의거 피검자에 대한 진단 예약 서비스를 제공하도록 구비하되,상기 전자 문진표의 임상 증상 및 사전 역학조사를 토대로 설정된 의료기관 단말의 격리 조치에 의거 예약 가능한 다수의 선별 진료소를 지도 데이터에 매핑시켜 피검자 단말로 전달하며,표시된 선별 진료소 중 선택된 선별 진료소의 예약 일자, 시간대, 비접촉 진단 또는 차량진단의 진단 방식, 및 차량 진단 선택 시 차량번호를 포함하는 진단 예약정보의 입력창을 피검자 단말로 전달하고,상기 진단 예약정보의 해당 항목을 입력한 다음 입력 확인키 누름 조작 시 전달받은 예약정보를 토대로 선택된 선별 진료소의 예약 현황이 포함된 진단 예약번호를 생성하여 상기 피검자 단말로 전달하여 비대면으로 진단 예약 서비스를 제공하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 관리서버의 다수의 선택 진료소는, 사전입력된 전자문진표 내용에 따라 다수의 선별 진료소 중 본인 부담금이 있는 선별 진료소 및 본인 부담금이 없는 선별 진료소 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 관리서버는,피검자가 선택된 선별 진료소의 도착 시 대규모 감염 질환에 대한 진단검사 서비스를 제공하도록 구비하되,선택된 선별 진료소의 소정 위치에 마련된 인증 입력부를 통해 진단예약번호를 입력하거나 카메라를 통해 획득된 바코드 또는 차량번호를 토대로 선택된 선별 진료소에 피검자의 도착 인증을 수행하고 인증 성공 시 진단예약번호와 매칭되는 진단 접수번호를 생성하고, 필요시 의사의 검사 오더 이후, 생성된 진단 접수번호와 매칭되는 개인 식별정보가 암호화되어 저장된 라벨링 바코드를 생성하며,생성된 라벨링 바코드에 대해 본인 인증 확인 후 인증 성공 시 피검자의 진단 키트에 부착하여 상기 의료기관 단말로 전달하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 관리서버는,의료기관 단말의 진단 결과, 의료 처방전, 및 결제 정보 중 적어도 하나를 비대면으로 피검자 단말, 약국, 택배서버 및 결제 서버 중 적어도 하나로 전달하는 처방 서비스를 제공하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 관리 서버는,의료기관 단말의 진단 결과를 개인식별정보 별로 저장 및 관리하여 비대면 실시간으로 피검자 단말로 전달하여 대규모 감염 질환에 대한 진단 결과 인증을 수행하는 진단 결과 인증 서비스를 제공하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 관리 서버는,진단 결과에 의거하여 생성된 진단 요청 문자 및 전자 문진표를 확진 피검자의 전자 문진표에 기록된 접촉 의심자 단말로 전달하며, 상기 진단 요청 문자 및 전자 문진표는 푸시 메시지 형태로 전달되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 관리서버는,방문 업장의 소정 위치에 마련된 출입 단말에 피검자 단말의 태깅 동작으로 획득된 해당 업장의 방문 정보를 수집하여 관리하고 피검자 단말의 요청 시 해당 업장의 방문 정보를 피검자 단말로 전달하여 방문 인증 서비스를 제공하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 시스템.
- 클라우드 기반의 모바일 플랫폼이 구축된 관리서버와 웹 기반으로 연결된 피검자 단말을 포함하는 비대면 선별 진료 예약 시스템에 의해 수행되는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 방법에 있어서,상기 피검자 단말에서 대규모 감염 질환에 대해 사전역학조사를 포함하는 전자 문진표 작성 서비스를 제공하기 위한 관리서버의 앱(PC 또는 모바일 웹브라우저에서 구동되는 프로그램 포함)이 탑재되고 탑재된 앱을 수행하는 단계;상기 관리서버에서 다수의 정보 공유에 대한 동의서와 피검자의 개인식별 정보, 임상 증상, 접촉 의심자 단말 정보, 및 사전 역학조사 각각에 대한 질의가 포함된 전자 문진표를 입력창을 상기 피검자 단말로 전달하는 단계; 및상기 관리서버에서 전자 문진표의 작성 후 상기 피검자 단말의 입력 확인키의 누름 조작으로 전달받은 전자 문진표를 의료기관 단말로 전달하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 방법은,상기 관리서버에서 상기 의료기관 단말로부터 전달받은 격리 조치 단계 의거 피검자에 대한 진단 예약 서비스를 제공하도록 구비되며,상기 관리서버에서 상기 의료기관 단말로부터 전달받은 임상 증상 및 사전 역학조사를 토대로 설정된 격리 조치 단계에 의거 예약 가능한 다수의 선별 진료소를 지도 데이터에 매핑시켜 피검자 단말로 전달하는 단계;표시된 선별 진료소 중 선택된 선별 진료소의 진단 가능한 예약 일자, 시간대, 비접촉 진단 또는 차량진단의 진단 방식, 및 차량 진단 선택 시 차량번호를 포함하는 예약정보의 입력창을 피검자 단말로 전달하는 단계; 및상기 예약정보의 각 항목을 입력한 다음 피검자 단말의 입력 확인키 누름 조작 시 전달받은 예약정보를 토대로 선택된 선별 진료소의 예약 현황이 포함된 진단 예약번호를 생성하여 상기 피검자 단말로 전달하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 방법은,관리서버에서 피검자가 선택된 선별 진료소의 도착 시 대규모 감염 질환에 대한 진단을 비대면으로 수행하되,선택된 선별 진료소의 소정 위치에 마련된 인증 입력부의 진단 예약번호의 입력 또는 카메라를 통해 획득된 바코드 또는 차량 번호를 토대로 피검자의 도착 인증 시 진단예약 번호와 매칭되는 진단 접수번호를 생성하는 단계;의사의 진단 오더 이후, 기존 생성된 진단 접수번호와 매칭되는 개인 식별정보가 암호화되어 저장된 라벨링 바코드를 생성하는 단계; 및생성된 라벨링 바코드에 대해 본인 인증 성공 시 피검자의 진단 키트에 부착하여 상기 의료기관 단말로 전달하는 단계를 더 포함하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 방법은,관리 서버에서 진단 결과 확진인 경우 생성된 진단 요청 문자 및 전자 문진표를 확진 피검자의 전자 문진표에 기록된 접촉 의심자 단말로 전달하며, 상기 진단 요청 문자 및 전자 문진표는 푸시 메시지 형태로 전달되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 방법은,의료기관 단말의 진단 결과, 의료 처방전 및 결제 정보 중 적어도 하나를 비대면으로 피검자 단말로 전달하는 처방 서비스를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 방법.

- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 방법은,방문 업장의 소정 위치에 마련된 출입 단말에 피검자 단말의 태깅 동작으로 획득된 해당 업장의 방문 정보를 수집하여 관리하고 피검자 단말의 요청에 따라 해당 업장의 방문 인증 서비스를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대규모 감염 질환의 비대면 선별 진료에 관한 개인의료기록 방법.
