本发明涉及一种导轨支架,具体涉及一种电梯可调节导轨支架,属于电动升降装置技术领域。
背景技术
据申请人了解,现有连接电梯导轨的导轨支架由四个角钢组成一矩形框架。现场安装时,由于导轨底面至电梯井道壁的距离是不确定的,故必须根据每个项目的具体井道尺寸进行切割、焊接制作导轨支架。不仅给施工带来了不便,而且造成了材料浪费。
检索发现,申请号为201010185162.9的中国专利申请公开了一种电梯导轨支架的固定结构,包括导轨支架、固定所述导轨支架的井道壁,井道壁为砖墙,井道壁的内侧和外侧分别设置有墙夹板,导轨支架固定在位于内侧的所述墙夹板上,位于内侧和外侧的所述墙夹板通过螺杆组件夹紧在井道壁上。该方案只改变了支架与井道壁的固定连接方式,仍然缺少调节环节。
技术问题
本发明的首要目的是:提供一种电梯可调节导轨支架,从而方便施工,节省材料。
本发明进一步的目的是,提供一种可以当导轨底面与电梯井道壁出现平行度偏差,相应调节支架与井道壁固定连接件角向位置的电梯可调节导轨支架,从而使其具有广泛的安装适应性。
技术解决方案
为达到上述首要目的,本发明的电梯可调节导轨支架,包括具有垂向安装面和水平安装面的固定支架和具有垂向支撑面和水平支撑面的可调支架;所述固定支架与可调支架以所述水平支撑面紧贴水平安装面之上的方式相互固连;所述垂向安装面具有沿固定支架长度方向延伸的膨胀螺栓长槽孔;所述水平安装面和水平支撑面的对应位置具有长槽孔;所述垂向支撑面上具有沿其宽度方向延伸的导轨压板螺栓孔。
由于垂向安装面的膨胀螺栓长槽孔具有膨胀螺栓横向位置的调节作用,两水平面的相对长槽孔可以调节固定支架与可调支架水平方向的位置,而垂向支撑面的长槽孔可以调节导轨压板纵向位置,因此可以实现导轨底面与电梯井道壁相对位置的多维度、多环节调节,从而方便电梯施工,节省材料。
为了达到进一步的目的,本发明电梯可调节导轨支架的水平安装面和可调支架的水平支撑面分别具有相互对应的一对倾斜长槽孔,且所述水平安装面的倾斜长槽孔与水平支撑面的对应倾斜长槽孔交叉分布,呈X形。这样,当调节其相互移位时,可以沿倾斜方向进行,从而满足导轨底面与电梯井道壁出现平行度偏差时的调节需求,使本发明的导轨支架具有更为广泛的安装适应性。
有益效果
总之,与现有技术的导轨支架相比,由于本发明中的固定支架与电梯井道墙体之间、调节支架与固定支架之间、导轨压板和调节支架之间等多个环节可以通过紧固螺栓和长槽孔相互可调连接,故在现场安装本发明的导轨支架时,可根据不同的井道尺寸方便地进行调节。在安装过程中,省去了切割、焊接工序,因此节省了材料。

本发明的实施方式
实施例一
本实施例的电梯可调节导轨支架如图1所示,包括固定支架1、调节支架2、导轨压板3、第一螺栓紧固件4、第二螺栓紧固件5、膨胀螺栓6。
固定支架1具有相互垂直的垂向安装面和水平安装面1-1。在每个安装面1-1上对称设置两个横向长槽孔1-1-1和两个竖向长槽孔1-1-2。即一个横向长槽孔1-1-1和一个竖向长槽孔1-1-2为一组,对称地分布在安装面上。
调节支架2也是一折弯板,具有相互垂直的垂向支撑面和水平支撑面2-1。每个支撑面2-1上对称设置四个横向长槽孔2-1-1和两个竖向长槽孔2-1-2。即两个横向长槽孔2-1-1和一个竖向长槽孔2-1-2为一组,对称分布在支撑面上。
两个导轨压板3分别借助于第一螺栓紧固件4和横向长槽孔2-1-1连接在调节支架2的垂向支撑面2-1上。调节支架2的水平支撑面2-1与固定支架1的水平安装面1-1的对应竖向长槽孔通过第二螺栓紧固件5相互可调固连。
安装时,如图3所示,固定支架1的垂向安装面1-1借助两个膨胀螺栓6以及横向长槽孔1-1-1和/或竖向长槽孔1-1-2连接在电梯井道墙体7上。导轨8布置在上述两个导轨压板3之间,由导轨压板3定位。通常,将两个膨胀螺栓6分别穿过垂向安装面的一个竖向长槽孔和一个横向长槽孔中。这种安装方式的优点是在墙体上钉膨胀螺栓时,一旦遇到钢筋,可在横向或竖向上调节膨胀螺栓及固定支架的位置,以避开钢筋,减少施工中带来的麻烦。
实施例二
本实施例的电梯可调节导轨支架如图2所示,其基本结构与实施例一相同。不同之处在于:导轨支架1的水平安装面1-1和可调支架2的水平支撑面2-1分别具有相互对应的一对倾斜长槽孔,且水平安装面的倾斜长槽孔与水平支撑面的对应倾斜长槽孔交叉分布,呈X形。当调节固定支架和可调支架的相互位置时,既可以保持沿水平安装面宽度方向调节,即使两螺栓5保持在交叉长槽中的对称位置,从而保持固定支架1和可调支架2原有的角向位置;也可以沿倾斜方向进行,即使两螺栓5在交叉长槽中的对称位置发生改变,从而改变固定支架1和可调支架2原有的角向位置,满足导轨底面与电梯井道壁出现平行度偏差时的调节需求。
需要说明的是,上述实施例是非限制性的。除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种电梯可调节导轨支架,其特征在于:包括具有垂向安装面和水平安装面的固定支架和具有垂向支撑面和水平支撑面的可调支架;所述固定支架与可调支架以所述水平支撑面紧贴水平安装面之上的方式相互固连;所述垂向安装面具有沿固定支架长度方向延伸的膨胀螺栓长槽孔;所述水平安装面和水平支撑面的对应位置具有长槽孔;所述垂向支撑面上具有沿其宽度方向延伸的导轨压板螺栓孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯可调节导轨支架,其特征在于:所述水平安装面和可调支架的水平支撑面分别具有相互对应的一对倾斜长槽孔,且所述水平安装面的倾斜长槽孔与水平支撑面的对应倾斜长槽孔交叉分布,呈X形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯可调节导轨支架,其特征在于:所述固定支架的垂向安装面和水平安装面上分别对称设置两个横向长槽孔和两个竖向长槽孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电梯可调节导轨支架,其特征在于:所述调节支架的垂向支撑面和水平支撑面上对称设置四个横向长槽孔和两个竖向长槽孔。
  5. 根据权利要求2、3、或4所述的电梯可调节导轨支架,其特征在于:安装时,将两个膨胀螺栓分别穿过所述垂向安装面的一个竖向长槽孔和一个横向长槽孔中。
