필기구에는 연필, 볼펜, 샤프, 사인펜 등이 있으며, 일반적으로 5세 내지 7세에 연필로 필기연습을 시작하게 되는데, 연필로 필기연습을 시작하는 이유는 글씨를 흘려쓰지 않고 정자체로 쓰는 훈련을 하기 위함이다.

그리고, 전술한 펜팁(110)과 나사결합되는 제 1 몸통(120)은 외측에 3개의 체결홈(121)이 동일간격으로 이격 형성되는데, 이 체결홈(121)은 추후에 설명될 누름부재(310)가 작동 가능하게 설치되는 것이다. 이러한 체결홈(121)의 개수는 누름부재(310)의 개수에 대응되도록 형성되는데 1개 내지 다수개가 선택적으로 형성될 수 있으나 올바른 필기구 파지법에 엄지, 검지, 중지가 사용되는바 3개가 형성되는 것이 가장 바람직하다.
또한 전술한 펜팁(110)과 그 일단이 나사결합된 제 1 몸통(120)의 타단에 나사결합되는 제 2 몸통(130)은 익필교정용 필기구(1)를 주머니 또는 공책 등 외부 일측에 고정하기 위한 핀부재(131)가 결합된다.
이와 같이 펜팁(110), 제 1 몸통(120) 및 제 2 몸통(130)의 3등분으로 구분 형성되는 펜본체(100)는 필요에 따라 2등분 또는 4등분으로 변경 형성될 수 있으며, 구분되지 않고 하나의 몸체로만 형성될 수도 있다.
또한, 합성수지재, 금속재, 목재 등 다양한 재질이 선택 사용될 수 있으며 다양한 디자인 색상으로 변경 실시될 수 있음은 물론이다.
한편, 전술한 펜팁(110) 내부와 제 1 공간부(123) 및 제 2 공간부(133) 내에는 펜심부재(200)가 전방 및 후방으로 왕복 선형이동 가능하게 위치되는데, 이 펜심부재(200)는 내부에 충전된 잉크가 공급되는 펜촉(210)이 개구부(111)를 통해 출납되어 필기를 가능하게 하는 역할을 하는 것이다.
이러한 펜심부재(200)는, 선단측에는 내부에 충전된 잉크가 공급되는 펜촉(210)이 구비되고, 펜촉(210)의 후방에는 제 1 걸림턱(220)이 돌출 형성되며, 제 1 걸림턱(220)의 후방는 돌기부(230)가 돌출 형성되되 돌기부(230)의 전방측에는 제 2 걸림턱(231)의 형성되고 후방측에는 출납수단(300)에 의해 가압되어 펜심부재(200)를 제 2 공간부(123,133) 내에서 선형이동시킴에 따라 펜촉(210)을 개구부(111) 측으로 출납시키는 경사부(233)가 형성된다.
여기서 펜촉(210)은 종래기술에 따른 볼펜에 사용되는 펜촉(210)과 동일한 것으로 내부에 충전된 잉크를 공급하는 역할을 하는 것이고, 제 1 걸림턱(220)은 전술한 바와 같이 제 1 단턱(113)에 맞물려 개구부(111)를 통한 펜촉(210)의 돌출을 제한하는 역할을 하는 것이며, 돌기부(230)는 추후에 설명될 출납수단(300)에 의해 펜심부재(200)를 선행이동 가능하게 하는 역할을 하는 것이다.
전술한 돌기부(230)는 제 1 몸통(120)에서 펜팁(110) 측으로 갈수록, 다시말해 후방측에서 전방측으로 갈수록 확장형성되면서 경사부(233)를 형성하되 그 하단부는 펜심부재(200) 측으로 수직절곡 형성되어 제 2 걸림턱(231)을 형성하게 되는데, 이제 2 걸림턱(231)은 전술한 바와 같이 제 2 단턱(115)과 함께 탄성스프링부재(320)를 위치고정시키게 된다.
한편, 전술한 펜본체(100)의 체결홈(121) 내에는 출납수단(300)이 구비되는데, 이 출납수단(300)은 가압여부에 따라 펜심부재(200)의 펜촉(210)을 개구부(111) 측으로 출납시키는 역할을 하는 것이다.
이러한 출납수단(300)은, 체결홈(121) 내에 위치되되 일측은 체결홈(121) 상부에 회동가능하게 결합되고 타측은 체결홈(121) 및 제 1 공간부(123)에서 출납되면서 경사부(233)를 가압하는 누름부재(310)와, 펜심부재(200)의 전방측에 관통 위치되되 일단은 제 2 단턱(115)에 지지되고 타단은 제 2 걸림턱(231)에 지지되어 누름부재(310)에 의해 전방측으로 이동된 펜심부재(200)를 후방측으로 탄성바이어스 시키는 탄성스프링부재(320)를 포함하여 이루어진다.
전술한 누름부재(310)는 체결홈(121) 내에 회동가능하게 힌지결합되는 일측에 비해서 그 타측 부분의 높이가 높게 형성되는데, 이는 사용자가 필기시 이 위치에 손가락을 위치시킴에 따라 가압이 보다 용이하게 이루어지도록 하기 위함이다.
따라서 이러한 누름부재(310)의 타측 내부에 전술한 돌기부(230)의 경사부(233)를 가압하는 가압돌기(310a)가 돌출 형성되며, 누름부재(310)의 가압유무에 따라 이 가압돌기(310a)가 경사부(233)를 타고 이동하면서 펜심부재(200)의 선형이동을 제어하게 된다.
또한 제 2 단턱(115)과 제 2 걸림턱(231) 사이에 구비되는 탄성스프링은 펜심부재(200)를 후방측으로, 다시말해 펜팁(110) 측에서 제 2 몸통(130) 방향으로 탄성바이어스 시키는 역할을 하는데, 이에 따라 누름부재(310)를 가압하고 있던 압력을 제거하면 탄성스프링부재(320)의 탄성력에 의해 펜심부재(200)가 자동으로 원위치되고 눌러져 있던 누름부재(310)역시 돌기부(230)에 의해 원위치 된다.
이때, 누름부재(310) 상에는 사용자의 손가락이 미끄러지는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 마찰력 있는 재질의 고무패드(311)가 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
이하에는 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 익필교정용 필기구(1)의 전체적인 사용방법에 대해 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 사용자는 엄지, 검지, 중지 세 손가락을 이용해 제 1 몸체 측을 파지하는데 각각의 손가락이 누름부재(310) 측에 1:1로 안착 되도록 한다.
손가락에 의해 누름부재(310)에 압력이 가해지고, 누름부재(310)가 체결홈(121) 측에서 제 1 공간부(123) 내로 이동되면, 가압돌기(310a)가 돌기부(230)의 경사면을 누르게 되고, 펜심부재(200)가 후방 측으로 선행이동되며 펜촉(210)이 개구부(111)를 통해 외부로 돌출된다.
사용자는 이러한 상태로 펜촉(210)을 통해 필기를 할 수 있게 되는데 이때 펜심부재(200)가 탄성스프링부재(320)에 의해 후방측으로 탄성바이어스 되고 있어 부드러운 필기가 가능하게 된다.
사용자가 펜을 놓아 누름부재(310)를 누르고 있던 압력이 제거되면, 탄성스프링부재(320)의 탄성력에 의해 펜심부재(200)가 후방측으로 이동되고 누름부재(310) 역시 경사부(233)에 의해 제 1 공간부(123) 측으로부터 체결홈(121) 측으로 원위치 된다.
본 발명은 특허청구범위에서 청구하는 청구의 요지를 벗어나지 않고도 당해 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의하여 다양하게 변경 실시될 수 있으므로, 본 발명의 기술보호범위는 상술한 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 한정되지 않는다.
본 발명은 내측에는 길이방향으로 공간부가 형성되고 일단에는 상기 공간부와 연통된 개구부가 형성되는 펜본체와, 상기 공간부 내에 위치되되 선단측에 구비된 펜촉이 상기 개구부를 통해 출납되는 펜심부재와, 상기 펜본체 상에 구비되며 가압여부에 따라 상기 펜심부재를 상기 개구부 측으로 출납시키는 출납수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이때, 펜본체는, 선단측에 개구부가 형성되며 내부에는 제 1 단턱 및 제 2 단턱이 연속으로 형성된 펜팁과, 일단은 상기 펜팁과 나사결합되고 외측에는 상기 출납수단이 작동가능하게 설치되도록 체결홈이 형성되며 내부에는 상기 체결홈과 연통되며 상기 펜심부재가 위치되도록 제 1 공간부가 형성되는 제 1 몸통과, 일단에는 상기 제 1 몸통이 나사결합되고 타단에는 핀부재가 결합되며 내부에는 상기 펜심부재가 위치되도록 상기 제 1 공간부와 연통되는 제 2 공간부가 형성되는 제 2 몸통을 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다.
이때, 펜심부재는, 선단측에는 내부에 충전된 잉크가 공급되는 펜촉이 구비되고, 상기 펜촉의 후방에는 제 1 걸림턱이 돌출 형성되며, 상기 제 1 걸림턱의 후방는 돌기부가 돌출 형성되되, 상기 돌기부의 전방측에는 제 2 걸림턱의 형성되고 후방측에는 상기 출납수단에 의해 가압되어 상기 펜심부재를 상기 제 1 및 제 2 공간부 내에서 선형이동시킴에 따라 상기 펜촉을 상기 개구부 측으로 출납시키는 경사부가 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이때, 출납수단은, 상기 체결홈 내에 위치되되 일측은 상기 체결홈 상부에 회동가능하게 결합되고 타측은 상기 체결홈 및 제 1 공간부에서 출납되면서 상기 경사부를 가압하는 누름부재와, 상기 펜심부재의 전방측에 관통 위치되되 일단은 상기 제 2 단턱에 지지되고 타단은 상기 제 2 걸림턱에 지지되어 상기 누름부재에 의해 전방측으로 이동된 펜심부재를 후방측으로 탄성바이어스 시키는 탄성스프링부재를 포함하여 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
이때, 누름부재의 상에는 미끄럼 방지를 위한 고무패드가 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명은 악필교정용 필기구 및 이와 유사한 필기에 적용함으로써 필기구를 파지할 때 사용되는 손가락이 위치되는 부분에 누름부재를 구비하고, 이 누름부재를 가압할 시에만 펜심의 펜촉 부분이 필기 가능하도록 외부로 노출됨으로써 집필시 글자를 흘려 쓰지 않고 한 자 한 자 꼼꼼하게 힘주어 눌러가며 정자로 쓸 수 있어 산업상 이용 가능성이 탁월하다.

Claims (5)

  1. 내측에는 길이방향으로 공간부가 형성되고 일단에는 상기 공간부와 연통된 개구부가 형성되는 펜본체;
    상기 공간부 내에 위치되되 선단측에 구비된 펜촉이 상기 개구부를 통해 출납되는 펜심부재; 및
    상기 펜본체 상에 구비되며 가압여부에 따라 상기 펜심부재를 상기 개구부 측으로 출납시키는 출납수단;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 펜본체는, 선단측에 개구부가 형성되며 내부에는 제 1 단턱 및 제 2 단턱이 연속으로 형성된 펜팁과, 일단은 상기 펜팁과 나사결합되고 외측에는 상기 출납수단이 작동가능하게 설치되도록 체결홈이 형성되며 내부에는 상기 체결홈과 연통되며 상기 펜심부재가 위치되도록 제 1 공간부가 형성되는 제 1 몸통과, 일단에는 상기 제 1 몸통이 나사결합되고 타단에는 핀부재가 결합되며 내부에는 상기 펜심부재가 위치되도록 상기 제 1 공간부와 연통되는 제 2 공간부가 형성되는 제 2 몸통을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 펜심부재는, 선단측에는 내부에 충전된 잉크가 공급되는 펜촉이 구비되고, 상기 펜촉의 후방에는 제 1 걸림턱이 돌출 형성되며, 상기 제 1 걸림턱의 후방는 돌기부가 돌출 형성되되, 상기 돌기부의 전방측에는 제 2 걸림턱의 형성되고 후방측에는 상기 출납수단에 의해 가압되어 상기 펜심부재를 상기 제 1 및 제 2 공간부 내에서 선형이동시킴에 따라 상기 펜촉을 상기 개구부 측으로 출납시키는 경사부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 출납수단은, 상기 체결홈 내에 위치되되 일측은 상기 체결홈 상부에 회동가능하게 결합되고 타측은 상기 체결홈 및 제 1 공간부에서 출납되면서 상기 경사부를 가압하는 누름부재와, 상기 펜심부재의 전방측에 관통 위치되되 일단은 상기 제 2 단턱에 지지되고 타단은 상기 제 2 걸림턱에 지지되어 상기 누름부재에 의해 전방측으로 이동된 펜심부재를 후방측으로 탄성바이어스 시키는 탄성스프링부재를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  5. 청구항 4에 있어서,
    상기 누름부재의 상에는 미끄럼 방지를 위한 고무패드가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
