이러한 다종의 필기구 및 보조용품은 사용하고자 하는 용도 및 목적에 따라 사용자에 의해 각각 개별적으로 보유하여 사용하고 있다.
그러나 사용자의 필요에 의해 다종의 필기구 및 보조용품을 함께 휴대하여 사용하는 번거로운 문제점이 있었다. 또한, 복수의 필기구와 보조용품은 상호 보완작용이 있어 하나가 분실되는 경우 곤란한 상황이 발생될 수 있으며, 이를 재구매하여야 하여 경제적인 손실이 발생되는 문제점도 있었다.

본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 수명이 다한 필기구류 혹은 보조체의 교체를 통한 재사용이 가능해짐에 따라 구매비용을 절감할 수 있는 필기구를 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 필기구 보조체의 양단으로 구비된 형광펜과 지우개 중 어느 일단이 필기구 본체로 삽입되고, 타단은 외부로 노출되도록 하여, 사용하고자하는 필기구 보조체의 형광펜 혹은 지우개 중 어느 일단을 노출시켜 선택적인 사용이 가능한 필기구를 제공하는 데 있다.

상기 필기구 본체는, 상부본체와 하부본체로 구성되며, 상기 상부본체는 상기 하부본체의 외부면을 지지하여 회전되도록 구성되어 상기 상부본체의 회전 시, 상기 상부본에에 마련된 가압편이 상기 복수의 필기구류 중 하나의 단부를 가압하여 상기 필기구류가 상기 하부본체의 단부로 돌출되도록 한다.
상기 필기구 보조체가 형광펜 또는 수정펜인 경우, 상기 형광펜 또는 수정펜의 휘발을 방지하기 위한 캡;을 더 포함하도록 한다.
상기 필기구 보조체는, 일측 및 반대측에 마련된 상기 형광펜, 수정펜 및 지우개 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나가 상기 필기구 본체의 타 측 내부에 삽입되어 상기 필기구 본체와 자웅에 압입식, 홈과 돌기 및 스크루 결합 중 어느 하나에 의해 체결되도록 한다.
상기 필기구 보조체가 형광펜 또는 수정펜인 경우, 상기 형광펜 또는 수정펜이 캡과 함께 상기 필기구 본체의 타 측 내부로 삽입되도록 한다.
상기 필기구 보조체는, 상기 필기구 본체와 체결 시, 삽입되는 깊이가 고정될 수 있도록 외주면에 걸림턱;이 형성되도록 한다.
상기 필기구 보조체는, 일측과 그 반대측에 마련된 형광펜, 수정펜 및 지우개 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 사이를 중심으로 상,하부가 탈착될 수 있는 분리형이다.
본 발명의 구성에 의하면 다음과 같은 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
본 발명은 형광펜, 수정펜 또는 지우개를 구비한 필기구 보조체가 필기구 본체에 착탈되는 구성으로, 하나의 필기구로 다양한 기능을 구현하는 효과가 있다.
본 발명은 필기구류의 수명이 다하는 경우 부품의 교체 사용이 가능함은 물론, 보조체의 교체도 용이한 효과가 있다.
본 발명은 수명이 다한 필기구류 혹은 보조체의 교체를 통한 재사용이 가능해짐에 따라 구매 비용이 절감되는 효과가 있다.
본 발명은, 필기구 보조체의 양단으로 구비된 형광펜과 지우개 중 어느 일단이 필기구 본체로 삽입되고, 타단은 외부로 노출되도록 하여, 사용하고자하는 필기구 보조체의 형광펜 혹은 지우개 중 어느 일단을 노출시켜 선택적인 사용이 용이하도록 하여 사용자의 편이성을 증대시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명은 형광펜의 형광물질이 휘발되는 것을 방지하기 위한 캡이 더 마련되고, 캡을 구비한 형광펜이 캡과 함께 필기구 본체의 내부로 삽입되어, 캡의 분실은 물론, 필기구 본체에 삽입된 형광펜의 휘발물질이 휘발되는 것을 방지하여 수명을 더 연장시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하 본 발명에 따른 필기구의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참고하여 상세하게 설명하도록 한다. 또한, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어, 관련된 공지 구성 또는 기능에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
본 발명을 설명함에 있어서, 정의되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 정의 내려진 것으로, 이는 당 분야에 종사하는 기술자의 의도 또는 관례 등에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 그 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.
이하 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참고하여 상세하게 설명하도록 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예를 따른 필기구를 설명하기 위해 나타낸 사시도이다.
도시한 바와 같이 필기구(100)는 관체 형상으로 노트와 같은 지면에 필기할 수 있도록 일 측에 볼펜 및 샤프와 같은 필기구류(112)를 내장한 필기구 본체(110)와 일단이 필기구 본체(110)의 타 측 내부로 삽입되어 결합하되, 착탈이 가능한 필기구 보조체(120)로 구성된다.
필기구 본체(110)는 상부본체(110-1)와 하부본체(110-2)로 형성되며, 상부본체(110-1)는 하부본체(110-2)의 외주면을 지지하여 회전되도록 구성된다. 이로 인해 상부본체(110-1)를 "A" 방향으로 회전 시, 상부본체(110-1)에 마련된 가압편(116)이 다종의 필기구류(112) 중 하나의 단부를 가압하여, 가압된 필기구류(112)가 하부본체(110-2)의 단부로 돌출되도록 한다.
또한, 필기구 보조체(120)는 필기구 본체(110)의 내부로 삽입되어 일체형으로 결합되되, 탈착이 가능하도록 결합되는 것으로, 일단에 노트 및 책자의 중요내용에 밑줄을 긋거나 문구의 표면을 덧칠하여 눈에 잘 띄도록 하는 형광펜(122)이 마련되고, 형광펜(122)의 외측을 덮어 외부와의 접촉으로 인해 형광물질이 휘발되는 것을 방지하기 위한 캡(126)을 구비한다. 또한, 타단에는 필기 시, 오기를 수정하기 위한 지우개(130)가 마련된다. 이러한 구성에 대한 상세한 설명은 도 2의 분해 사시도를 통하여 상세하게 설명하도록 한다.
여기서, 형광펜, 지우개를 예를 들어 설명하였으나, 수정펜도 적용이 가능하며, 아울러 서로 다른 색깔의 형광펜을 양단에 배치할 수도 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 필기구를 설명하기 위해 나타낸 분해 사시도이다.
필기구 보조체(120)와 필기구 본체(110)와의 결합 시, 지우개(130)가 마련된 필기구 보조체(120)의 타단이 필기구 본체(110)로 삽입결합되되, 삽입되는 깊이를 한정하여 필기구 보조체(120)가 깊숙이 삽입되어 사용자로 하여금 불편함이 없도록 필기구 보조체(120)의 외주면이 돌출된 걸림턱(124)이 형성된다. 이러한 걸림턱(124)은 필기구 본체(110)에 마련된 지지부(114)에 지지될 수 있도록 필기구 본체(110)의 내주면 지름보다 크며, 외주면과는 같거나 크게 형성된다. 이에 따라, 필기구 보조체(120)의 걸림턱(124)이 필기구 본체(110)에 마련된 지지부(114)에 지지되어, 그 이상 필기구 보조체(120)가 깊숙이 삽입되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
한편, 필기구 보조체(120)와 필기구 본체(110)의 결합은 자웅에 의한 압입식 또는 스크루에 의해 결합될 수 있으며, 이는 도 3을 통하여 설명하도록 한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 필기구 보조체의 제1예를 설명하기 위해 나타낸 분리도이다.
필기구 보조체(120)와 필기구 본체(110)의 결합은 암,수나사(150,140)에 의한 스크루결합 또는 돌기(160)가 홈(170)에 결합되는 압입식 결합에 의해 결합될 수 있다.
도시된 (a)는 암,수나사(150,140)에 의해 결합되는 방식으로, 필기구 보조체(120)에 마련된 걸림턱(124)을 기준하여 상,하부에 각각 수나사(140)가 형성되며, 수나사(140)는 걸림턱(124)의 상부에 마련된 제1수나사(142)와 하부에 마련된 제2수나사(144)로 구성되어 있다.
제1수나사(142)는 형광펜(120)을 덮는 캡(126)과의 결합을 위한 것으로, 캡(126)의 내주면에는 제1수나사(142)와 결합 시, 대응되는 위치에 제1암나사(152)가 형성되어 서로 스크루 결합되며, 또한, 제2수나사(144)가 결합되는 필기구 본체(110)의 내주면에는 제2수나사(144)와 결합 시, 대응되는 위치에 제2암나사(154)가 형성되어 서로 스크루에 의해 결합된다.
그리고 도(b)는 돌기(160)와 홈(170)에 의해 결합되는 압입식 방식으로, 필기구 보조체(120)에 마련된 걸림턱(124)을 기준하여 상,하부에 홈(170)이 형성되며, 홈(170)은 걸림턱(124)의 상부에 마련된 제1홈(172)과 하부에 마련된 제2홈(174)으로 구성되어 있다.
제1홈(172)은 형광펜(120)을 덮는 캡(126)과의 결합을 위한 것으로, 캡(126)의 내주면에 제1홈(172)과 결합 시, 대응되는 위치에 제1돌기(162)가 형성되어 제1돌기(162)가 제1홈(172)에 압입식으로 결합하며, 또한, 제2홈(174)이 결합되는 필기구 본체(110)의 내주면에는 제2홈(174)과 결합 시, 대응되는 위치에 제2돌기(164)가 형성되어 제2돌기(164)가 제2홈(174)에 압입식으로 결합된다.
한편, 걸림턱(124)은 도시된 바와 같이 형광펜(122)이 형성된 일 방향으로 편심되어 지우개(130)가 필기구 본체(110)의 내부로 삽입되는 방식이나, 걸림턱(124)의 위치가 역으로 즉, 필기구 보조체(120)의 타 방향으로 편심되어 형광펜(122)이 형성된 부위가 필기구 본체(110)로 삽입될 수도 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 필기구 보조체의 제2예를 설명하기 위해 나타낸 분리도이다.
도시한 바와 같이 필기구 본체(110)로 삽입되는 필기구 보조체(120)가 상/하부의 위치를 바꾸어 삽입시킬 수 있는 것이다.
필기구 보조체(120)를 이루는 형광펜(122)의 외주면과 지우개(130)의 외주면이 서로 동일한 크기를 갖으며, 이에 따른 필기구 본체(110)의 내주면은 필기구 보조체(120)의 형광펜(122) 혹은 지우개(130)가 내부로 삽입될 수 있도록 이에 대응하는 크기로 형성되는 것이다.
따라서, 필기구 보조체(120)의 형광펜(122)이 필기구 본체(110)의 내부로 삽입시키거나, 또는 지우개(130)가 필기구 본체(110)의 내부로 삽입시킬 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 캡(126)과, 필기구 보조체(120) 및 필기구 본체의 결합은 (a)에 도시된 바와 같이 암,수나사(150,140)에 의한 스크루 결합과, (b)와 같은 홈(170)과 돌기(160)의 결합에 의해 결합되며, 이에 따른 상세한 설명은 도 3을 통하여 설명한 것으로, 이에 대한 결합방식은 생략하기로 한다.
한편, 형광펜(122)이 필기구 본체(110)로 삽입 시, 캡(126)과 함께 삽입될 수 있으며, 이는 도 5를 참조하여 설명하도록 한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 필기구 보조체의 제3예를 설명하기 위해 나타낸 분리도이다.
도시된 바와 같이 형광펜(122)이 필기구 본체(110)로 삽입 시, 형광펜(122)의 휘발물질이 휘발되는 것을 방지하기 위해 캡(126)이 형광펜(122)과 결합된 상태로 필기구 본체(110)에 삽입되는 것으로, 이를 도시한 각 (a) 내지 (c)를 통하여 상세하게 설명하도록 한다.
도시된 (a)는 캡(126)과, 필기구 보조체(120)가 서로 분리되어 지시선을 따라 형광펜(122)으로 캡(126)이 결합된 상태를 나타낸 것이다.
그리고, 형광펜(122)으로 결합된 상태에서 필기구 보조체(120)를 "B" 방향으로 180도 회전하시켜 (b)에 도시된 바와 같이 캡(126)이 결합된 형광펜(122)이 지시선을 따라 필기구 본체(110)로 내삽되는 것이다.
이때, 형광펜(122)으로 결합된 캡(126)의 외주면은 적어도 필기구 본체(110)의 내주면에 대응하는 크기로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 이에 따라 캡(126)의 외주면이 필기구 본체(110) 내주면과의 마찰에 의해 도시된 (c)과 같이 결합이 유지될 수 있다.
따라서, 캡(126)을 구비한 형광펜(122)이 캡(126)과 함께 필기구 본체(110)의 내부로 삽입되어, 캡(126)의 분실은 물론, 필기구 본체에 삽입된 형광펜(122)의 휘발물질이 휘발되는 것을 방지하여 수명을 더 연장시킬 수도 있다.
한편, 도 3과 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 자웅을 이용한 홈(170)과 돌기(160) 혹은 암,수나사(150,140)을 이용한 스크루에 의해 결합될 수도 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 필기구 보조체의 제4예를 설명하기 위해 나타낸 분리도,
필기구 보조체(120)가 형광펜(122)과 지우개(130)의 사이를 중심으로 상,하부(120-1,120-2)로 서로 착탈이 가능한 분리형으로 구성한 것이다. 이러한 구성은 도시된 바와 같이 상부(120-1)의 종단 외주면에 수나사(140)가 형성되며, 상부(120-1)와 결합되는 하부(120-2)의 종단 내주면에는 수나사(140)와 결합 시, 대응되는 위치에 암나사(150)가 형성되어 서로 스크루 의해 결합된다.
한편, 도시하지 않았으나. 필기구 보조체(120)의 상,하부(120-1,120-2)의 결합은 상술한 도 3의 (b)와 같이 돌기(미도시)와 홈(미도시)을 이용한 압입식으로 결합될 수 있다.
또한, 필기구 보조체(120)의 지우개(130)를 수성 혹은 유성의 볼펜으로 기재된 오기를 수정하기 위한 지우개(130)의 일례를 도시한 것으로 이는 도 7을 통하여 설명하도록 한다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지우개의 일례를 도시한 필기구 보조체의 사시도 이다.
도시된 바와 같이 (a)는 지우개(130)를 도시한 것으로, 이는 샤프펜과 같이 흙심을 이용한 오기의 수정이 용이한 것으로, 수성 혹은 유성의 볼펜으로 기재된 오기의 수정에는 용이하지 못한 문제점이 있다.
이에 따라 (b)와 같이 (a)의 지우개(130)를 수정펜(132)으로 대체하여 사용하는 것으로, 이는 도 1과 같이 필기구 본체(110)에 마련된 필기구류(112)의 종류에 따라 선택적으로 사용될 수 있다.
또한, (a)의 지우개(130)와, (b)의 수정펜(132)을 필요에 따라 지우개(130)와 수정펜(132)을 서로 교체사용할 수 있도록 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 필기구 보조체(120)의 일면에 암,수나사(15,140)를 형성하여 서로 분리형으로 구성시킬 수도 있다.
따라서, 사용자는 사용되는 펜의 종류에 따라 지우개(130)와 수정펜(132)의 선택적인 교체사용이 용이하다.
이상에서 실시예를 들어 본 발명을 더욱 상세하게 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 반드시 이러한 실시예로 국한되는 것이 아니고 본 발명의 기술사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양하게 변형실시될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예는 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 안정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 필기구에 있어서,
    다색의 볼펜들과 샤프로부터 선택되는 복수의 필기구류가 내장되며, 상기 내장된 복수의 필기구류 중 하나를 선택할 수 있는 가압편이 마련된 필기구 본체; 및
    일측 및 그 반대측에 수정펜, 형광펜, 지우개 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나가 마련되며, 상기 필기구 본체에 착탈이 가능하게 체결되는 필기구 보조체;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 필기구 본체는,
    상부본체와 하부본체로 구성되며, 상기 상부본체는 상기 하부본체의 외부면을 지지하여 회전되도록 구성되어 상기 상부본체의 회전 시, 상기 상부본에에 마련된 가압편이 상기 복수의 필기구류 중 하나의 단부를 가압하여 상기 필기구류가 상기 하부본체의 단부로 돌출되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 필기구 보조체가 형광펜 또는 수정펜인 경우,
    상기 형광펜 또는 수정펜의 휘발을 방지하기 위한 캡;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 필기구 보조체는,
    일측 및 반대측에 마련된 상기 형광펜, 수정펜 및 지우개 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나가 상기 필기구 본체의 타 측 내부에 삽입되어 상기 필기구 본체와 자웅에 압입식, 홈과 돌기 및 스크루 결합 중 어느 하나에 의해 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 필기구 보조체가 형광펜 또는 수정펜인 경우,
    상기 형광펜 또는 수정펜이 캡과 함께 상기 필기구 본체의 타 측 내부로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  6. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 필기구 보조체는,
    상기 필기구 본체와 체결 시, 삽입되는 깊이가 고정될 수 있도록 외주면에 걸림턱;이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 필기구 보조체는,
    일측과 그 반대측에 마련된 형광펜, 수정펜 및 지우개 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 사이를 중심으로 상,하부가 탈착될 수 있는 분리형인 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구.
