Abstract

L'invention concerne un manipulateur de déchargement et un procédé de déchargement automatisé de marchandises de détail de conteneurs et compartiments à marchandises de véhicules, tels que camions, caisses mobiles ou similaires, dans lesquels les marchandises de détail sont empilées côte à côte et/ou les unes au-dessus des autres afin d'économiser de la place pour le transport, l'extrémité libre du manipulateur de déchargement pouvant être déployée jusqu'à la pile de marchandises de détail dans le conteneur ou le compartiment à marchandises. L'invention a pour objet de rendre le processus de déchargement plus ergonomique et d'accroître la vitesse de déchargement ainsi que l'efficacité par travailleur. A cet effet, l'extrémité libre du manipulateur de déchargement (5) porte un préhenseur à rouleaux (7) à l'aide duquel de préférence une seule marchandise de détail (2) peut être soulevée par friction, roulée sur la bande du préhenseur à rouleaux (7) et transférée à un système de manutention arrière transportant la marchandise de détail (2) hors du conteneur ou du compartiment à marchandises (L).
