图 10为 居本发明装置实施例一消息增值业务处理系统处理的流程图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 方法实施例一: 图 1为根据本发明方法实施例一号码携带业务提示方法的流程图。 如图 1所示, 本实施例包括: 步骤 S 102, 短消息中心在将来自主叫的短消息转发至被叫的过程中, 将 第一方开启了号码携带的提示消息发送至第二方, 其中, 第一方是主叫, 第 二方是被叫, 或者第一方是被叫, 第二方是主叫。 本实施例中, 提示消息包含进行了号码携带的用户目前所归属的运营商 信息, 还可以包含目前所归属网络信息以及上述用户对好友、 亲人、 同事的 问候等信息。 本实施例实现了即使进行通信业务的一方开启了号码携带, 另 一方也可以及时了解其所归属的运营商 /网络信息,从而提高了用户进行通话 业务的便利性。 方法实施例二: 在实现方法实施例一前, 需要开展短消息业务的一方开通了号码携带提 示的增值业务。 该号码携带状态提示业务, 可以为主叫增值业务, 也可以为 被叫增值业务。 在办理上述号码携带状态提示业务时, 可以设定号码携带状 态提示列表。 号码携带状态提示列表保存了携网用户需要通知的好友、 同事、 亲威等的用户号码。 当增值业务处理系统成功完成某用户的通知后, 将名单 从列表中删除。 作为被叫业务, 判断被叫用户订购了号码携带状态提示业务, 并且主叫 用户在号码携带状态提示名单中, 则组装预置的消息内容, 提交给短消息中 心处理系统进行下发该主叫用户的提示消息。 作为主叫业务, 判断主叫用户订购了号码携带状态提示业务, 并且被叫 用户在号码携带状态提示名单中, 则组装预置的消息内容, 提交给短消息中 心处理系统进行下发该被叫用户的提示消息。 本实施例中,也可以对号码携带状态提示名单中的所有用户一次性处理。 本实施例为方法实施例一的具体实现, 具有上述方法实施例的全部有益 效果, jtb处不再重述。 方法实施例三: 本实施例将在方法实施例二的基础上, 对其中用户 A通过了携网申请, 并订购了号码携带提示业务的情况进行了详细说明。 图 2为根据本发明方法 实施例三号码携带业务提示方法的流程图。 如图 2所示, 本实施例包括: 步骤 S202,用户进行号码携带后通过用户终端或者 web平台等方式开通 号码携带状态指示业务, 并指定需要通知的所有用户号码; 步骤 S204, 消息中心处理系统接收消息, 判断需要触发主(被) 叫增值 业务, 将消息发送至消息增值业务处理系统; 步骤 S206, 消息增值业务处理系统判断上述用户订购了号码携带状态提 示业务, 则根据号码携带状态提示名单, 组装预置的消息内容, 将提示消息 提交给消息中心处理系统进行下发。 本实施例中, 下发的对象可以是进行通信业务的另一方, 也可以为号码 携带状态提示名单的全部用户。本实施例具有方法实施例二的全部有益效果, 并且实现了用户号码携带转网后对相关用户的友好通知, 也可以为运营商故 适度宣传, 为更好地开展用户号码携带业务提供了保障。 方法实施例四: 本实施例将在上述实施例的基础上, 分情况对本发明进行介绍: 方式一: 主叫用户 A进行了号码携带, 且主叫用户 A订购了号码携带提示业务, 设定了号码携带状态提示名单。 图 3为本发明方法实施例四号码携带业务提 示方法方式一的流程图。 如图 3所示, 本实施例包括: 步骤 S302, 主叫用户 A向被叫用户 B发送短信, 首先经过短消息中心; 步骤 S304, 短消息中心经过查询, 获知主叫用户 A进行了号码携带业 务, 并订购了号码携带提示的主叫业务; 步骤 S306, 短消息中心将主叫用户 A转网后的运营商信息发送至上述 号码携带状态提示名单中的所有用户。 方式二: 主叫用户 A进行了号码携带, 且主叫用户 A订购了号码携带提示业务, 设定了号码携带状态提示名单。 图 4为本发明方法实施例四号码携带业务提 示方法方式二的流程图。 如图 4所示, 本实施例包括: 步骤 S402 , 主叫用户 A向被叫用户 B发送短信, 首先经过短消息中心; 步骤 S404 , 短消息中心经过查询, 获知主叫用户 Α进行了号码携带业 务, 并订购了号码携带提示的主叫业务, 判断被叫用户 B是否位于上述号码 携带状态提示名单; 步骤 S406, 如果是, 则将主叫用户 A转网后的网络信息 (包括运营商 信息) 发送至被叫用户 B。 方式三: 主叫用户 A进行了号码携带, 且被叫用户 B订购了号码携带提示业务, 设定了号码携带状态提示名单。 图 5为本发明方法实施例四号码携带业务提 示方法方式三的流程图。 如图 5所示, 本实施例包括: 步骤 S502, 主叫用户 A向被叫用户 B发送短信, 首先经过短消息中心; 步骤 S504,短消息中心经过查询, 获知被叫用户 B订购了号码携带提示 业务, 通过查询, 获知主叫用户 A进行了号码携带; 判断主叫用户 A是否位 于被叫用户 B预设的号码携带状态提示名单; 步骤 S506, 如果是, 则将主叫用户 A转网后的运营商信息发送至被叫 用户 B。 方式四: 被叫用户 B进行了号码携带, 且被叫用户 B订购了号码携带提示业务, 设定了号码携带状态提示名单。 图 6为本发明方法实施例四号码携带业务提 示方法方式四的流程图。 如图 6所示, 本实施例包括: 步骤 S602 , 主叫用户 A向被叫用户 B发送短信, 首先经过短消息中心; 步骤 S604,短消息中心经过查询, 获知被叫用户 B订购了号码携带提示 业务, 通过查询, 获知被叫用户 B进行了号码携带; 判断主叫用户 A是否位 于被叫用户 B预设的号码携带状态提示名单; 步骤 S606, 如果是, 则将被叫用户 B转网后的运营商信息发送至主叫用 户 A。 本方式还可以包括以下两种情况的变形, 同样应包括在本发明的保护范 围之内。 第一种情况, 与上述方案的不同之处在于, 步骤 S606 中, 如果是, 则 将被叫用户 B转网后的运营商信息发送至号码携带状态提示名单中的全部用 户。 第二种情况, 被叫用户 B进行了号码携带, 且被叫用户 B订购了号码携 带提示业务, 但该号码携带提示业务不包括设定号码携带状态提示名单。 此 种情况下, 当接收到主叫用户 A的短信后, 短消息中心经过查询, 获知被叫 用户 B订购了号码携带提示业务, 通过查询, 获知被叫用户 B进行了号码携 带, 则直接将被叫用户 B转网后的运营商信息发送至主叫用户 A。 方式五: 被叫用户 B进行了号码携带, 且主叫用户 A订购了号码携带提示业务, 设定了号码携带状态提示名单。 图 7为本发明方法实施例四号码携带业务提 示方法方式五的流程图。 如图 7所示, 本实施例包括: 步骤 S702 , 主叫用户 A向被叫用户 B发送短信, 首先经过短消息中心; 步骤 S704, 短消息中心经过查询, 获知被叫用户 A订购了号码携带提 示业务, 通过查询, 获知被叫用户 B进行了号码携带; 判断被叫用户 B是否 位于主叫用户 A预设的号码携带状态提示名单; 步骤 S706, 如果是, 则将被叫用户 B转网后的运营商信息发送至主叫用 户 A。 本实施例为方法实施例一至三的具体实现, 具有上述实施例的全部有益 效果, 此处不再重述。 装置实施例一: 图 8 为根据本发明装置实施例一号码携带业务提示短消息中心的示意 图。 如图 8所示, 本实施例号码携带业务提示的短消息中心包括: 消息中心 处理系统和消息增值业务处理系统。 消息中心处理系统, 用于接收来自主叫 的短消息, 判断主叫或被叫是否订购了号码携带状态提示业务, 如果是, 则 触发消息增值业务处理系统;并用于接收消息增值业务处理系统的提示消息, 发送提示消息。 消息增值业务处理系统, 用于查询主叫或被叫用户是否开启 了号码携带, 如果是, 则组装提示消息。 以下将对两个系统各自的处理方法进行描述。 图 9为根据本发明装置实 施例一消息中心处理系统消息触发处理的流程图。 如图 9所示, 本实施例包 括: 步骤 S902 , 消息中心处理系统接收消息; 其中, 上述消息可以为号码携带转网用户作为主叫或者作为被叫的普通 消息, 也可以是用户号码携带转网后运营商下发的转网用户作为被叫的转网 成功通知消息。 步骤 S904, 检查用户是否开通了号码携带状态提示业务, 如果是, 执行 步骤 S906, 否则, 执行步骤 S908; 号码携带状态提示业务可以是一种被叫业务, 也可以作为主叫业务。 步骤 S906, 如果需要触发增值业务, 则将消息转发消息增值业务系统进 行处理; 步骤 S908 , 下发原消息。 图 10为 居本发明装置实施例一消息增值业务处理系统处理的流程图。 ¾口图 10所示, 本实施例包括: 步骤 S 1002, 消息增值业务系统收到消息; 步骤 S 1004, 检查用户是否开通了号码携带状态提示业务, 号码携带状 态提示业务可以是一种被叫业务, 也可以作为主叫业务。 作为被叫业务, 判 断被叫用户是否订购了号码携带状态提示业务, 主叫用户是否在号码携带状 态提示名单中, 如果是, 执行步 4聚 S 1006, 否则, 执行步 4聚 S 1008; 步骤 S 1006, 组装预置的消息内容, 提交给消息中心处理系统进行下发, 号码携带状态提示业务作为被叫业务时, 向主叫用户下发被叫发生号码携带 的状态提示消息。 号码携带状态提示业务作为主叫业务时, 向被叫用户下发 被叫发生号码携带的状态提示消息。 也可以对号码携带状态提示名单中的所 有用户一次性下发处理。 当收到下发成功的响应消息或者确认消息后, 将用 户号码从通知列表中删除, 避免对用户重复通知提示; 步骤 S 1008, 处理原消息的其它增值业务并提交给消息中心处理系统进 行下发。 本实施例实现的方法可以参照方法实施例一至三的相关说明, 并具有上 述实施例的全部有益效果, J¾处不再重述。 装置实施例二: 本实施例将在装置实施例一的基础上进行说明。 本实施例中, 消息增值 业务处理系统包括: 提示名单模块, 用于存储主叫或被叫预设的提示名单; 查询模块, 用于查询主叫用户或被叫用户是否开启了号码携带, 并提供查询 主被叫其中一方是否位于提示名单; 提示消息生成模块, 用于根据用户或运 营商的配置组装提示消息。 本实施例实现的方法可以参照方法实施例二的相关说明, 并具有上述实 施例的全部有益效果, 此处不再重述。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种号码携带业务提示的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
短消息中心在将来自主叫的短消息转发至被叫的过程中, 将第一方 开启了号码携带的提示消息发送至第二方,
其中, 所述第一方是所述主叫, 所述第二方是所述被叫, 或者所述 第一方是所述被叫, 所述第二方是所述主叫。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述主叫开启了号码携 带, 所述将第一方开启了号码携带的提示消息发送至第二方包括: 所述短消息中心接收所述主叫向所述被叫进行短消息业务的请求; 判断所述主叫是否订购了号码携带状态提示业务;
根据所述判断的结果, 将所述主叫已开启号码携带的提示消息发送 至所述主叫预设的提示名单中的全部用户。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述主叫开启了号码携 带, 所述将第一方开启了号码携带的提示消息发送至第二方包括: 所述短消息中心接收主叫向被叫进行短消息业务的请求; 判断所述被叫或主叫是否订购了号码携带状态提示业务; 根据所述判断的结果, 将所述主叫已开启号码携带的提示消息发送 至所述被叫。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述被叫开启了号码携 带, 所述将第一方开启了号码携带的提示消息发送至第二方包括: 所述短消息中心接收主叫向被叫进行短消息业务的请求; 判断所述被叫或主叫是否订购了号码携带状态提示业务; 根据所述判断的结果, 将所述被叫已开启号码携带的提示消息发送 至所述主叫。
5. 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述判断主叫是否订购了号码携带状态提示业务的步骤之后还包 括: 判断所述被叫是否位于所述主叫预设的提示名单; 或
所述判断被叫是否订购了号码携带状态提示业务的步骤之后还包 括: 判断所述主叫是否位于所述被叫预设的提示名单。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 发送号码携带业务的提示消 息之后还包括:从所述提示名单中删除已向其发送所述提示消息的用户。
7. 居权利要求 1-4 中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述提示消息为 才艮据用户或通信运营商的配置组装的短消息。
8. —种号码携带业务提示的短消息中心, 其特征在于, 包括: 消息中心处 理系统和消息增值业务处理系统, 其中:
消息中心处理系统, 用于接收来自主叫的短消息, 判断所述主叫或 被叫是否订购了号码携带状态提示业务, 如果是, 则触发消息增值业务 处理系统; 并用于接收所述消息增值业务处理系统的提示消息, 发送所 述提示消息;
所述消息增值业务处理系统, 用于查询主叫或被叫是否开启了号码 携带, 如果是, 则组装所述提示消息。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的短消息中心, 其特征在于, 所述消息增值业务处 理系统包括:
查询模块, 用于查询所述主叫或被叫是否开启了号码携带, 如果是, 触发提示消息生成模块;
所述提示消息生成模块, 用于根据用户或运营商的配置组装所述提 示消息。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的短消息中心, 其特征在于, 所述消息增值业务处 理系统还包括:
提示名单模块, 用于存储主叫或被叫预设的提示名单; 所述查询模块还用于查询所述主叫或所述被叫是否位于所述提示名 单中, 如果是, 则触发提示消息生成模块。
