ECT ( Explicit Call Transfer, 清晰呼叫传输)业务是通话过程中实时转移 呼叫给其他用户的业务。 在 PSTN ( Public Switched Telephone Network, 公共 交换电话网络)、 NGN ( Next Generation Network, 下一代网络)和 IMS ( IP Multimedia Subsystem, IP多媒体子系统) 网络中, 被叫用户接听了电话后, 发现该呼叫需要转移给另外一个用户来接听,用户通过对终端上特定按键(比 如叉簧、 特有的一个按键)进行操作, 将该呼叫实时转移给另外的用户。 这 种业务需要终端的配合, 普通的 PSTN终端, 通常是采用短暂按压话机叉簧, 然后拨打要转移到用户的号码完成呼叫转移。 IP 终端, 通常会有一个专门的 转移按鈕, 当用户操作该按鈕后, 拨打要转移到用户的号码即可完成呼叫转 移。

如图 1所示, 本发明实施例中, ECT业务处理方法的处理流程可以包括: 步骤 101、 接收呼叫;
步骤 102、 根据所述呼叫发送呼叫转移请求消息, 所述呼叫转移请求消息 包括: ECT业务的呼叫转移接入码、 所述呼叫的原主叫号码和转移目的号码。
图 1所示流程可以由能够实现其功能的装置进行实施, 例如该装置可以是 移动终端等。 本发明实施例中以移动终端为例进行说明。
具体实施时, 根据接收的呼叫发送呼叫转移请求消息可以有多种实施方 式, 例如, 可以是在接收的呼叫被用户接听后, 按用户的指示发送呼叫转移 请求消息; 也可以是按呼叫转移的预先设置, 发送呼叫转移请求消息; 例如, 预先设置将所有接收的呼叫转移至某个目的号码。 呼叫转移请求消息可以有 多种实现形式。 例如, 呼叫转移请求消息可以是 USSD ( Unstructured Supplementary Service Data, 非结构化补充数据业务) 消息, 此时, 呼叫转移 请求消息中的 ECT业务的呼叫转移接入码为 ECT业务的 USSD接入码。 又如, 呼叫转移请求消息可以是短消息( Short Message Service , SMS ) , 此时, 呼叫 转移请求消息中的 ECT业务的呼叫转移接入码为 ECT业务的短消息接入码。
如图 2所示,本发明还提供一种 ECT业务处理方法,其处理流程可以包括: 步骤 201、 接收呼叫转移请求消息, 所述呼叫转移请求消息包括: ECT业 务的呼叫转移接入码、 待转移呼叫的原主叫号码和转移目的号码;
步骤 202、 根据所述 ECT业务的呼叫转移接入码, 转发所述呼叫转移请求 消息。
图 2所示流程可以由能够实现其功能的装置进行实施, 例如该装置可以是 HLR ( Home Location Register, 归属位置寄存器)和 USSD Center (中心;), 也 可以是 SMSC ( Short Message Service Center , 短消息服务中心)等其它装置。
具体实施时, 呼叫转移请求消息可以有多种实现形式。 例如, 呼叫转移 请求消息可以是 USSD消息, 此时, 呼叫转移请求消息中的 ECT业务的呼叫转 移接入码为 ECT业务的 USSD接入码。又如,呼叫转移请求消息可以是短消息, 此时,呼叫转移请求消息中的 ECT业务的呼叫转移接入码为 ECT业务的短消息 接入码。
如图 3所示,本发明还提供一种 ECT业务处理方法,其处理流程可以包括: 步骤 301、 接收呼叫转移请求消息, 所述呼叫转移请求消息包括: ECT业 务的呼叫转移接入码、 待转移呼叫的原主叫号码和转移目的号码;
步骤 302、 指示待转移呼叫的原主叫移动终端的 VMSC ( Visited Mobile-services Switching Centre , 访问移动交换中心), 桥接所述原主叫移动 终端和待转移呼叫的转移目的移动终端。
图 3所示流程可以由能够实现其功能的装置进行实施, 例如该装置可以是 具体实施时, 在接收到呼叫转移请求消息之后, 还可以包括: 查询原主 叫移动终端的 VMSC的地址; 则后续可以才艮据查询到的地址, 向原主叫移动终 端的 VMSC下发桥接所述原主叫移动终端和转移目的移动终端的指示。查询时 例如可通过向 HLR发送查询请求消息的形式实现, 其中的查询消息可以是 SRI 或 SRI-SM。 相应的, HLR会返回查询响应消息, 该查询响应消息可以是 SRI-ACK或 SRI-SM-ACK。
具体实施时,向所述 VMSC下发桥接所述原主叫移动终端和转移目的移动 终端的指示,可以包括:向所述 VMSC下发接续所述转移目的移动终端的指示; 向所述 VMSC下发应答事件监控消息;接收所述 VMSC上报的所述转移目的移 动终端的应答事件; 向所述 VMSC下发接续所述原主叫移动终端的指示。 即, 先下发接续所述转移目的移动终端的指示, 待所述转移目的移动终端根据指 示接续成功后, 再下发接续所述原主叫移动终端的指示。
具体实施时, 呼叫转移请求消息可以有多种实现形式。 例如, 呼叫转移 请求消息可以是 USSD消息, 此时, 呼叫转移请求消息中的 ECT业务的呼叫转 移接入码为 ECT业务的 USSD接入码。又如,呼叫转移请求消息可以是短消息, 此时,呼叫转移请求消息中的 ECT业务的呼叫转移接入码为 ECT业务的短消息 接入码。
如图 4所示,本发明还提供一种 ECT业务处理方法,其处理流程可以包括: 步骤 401、 接收桥接待转移呼叫的原主叫移动终端和转移目的移动终端的 指示;
步骤 402、根据所述指示,桥接所述原主叫移动终端和转移目的移动终端。 图 4所示流程可以由能够实现其功能的装置进行实施, 例如该装置可以是 移动交换中心等。 本发明实施例中以移动交换中心为例进行说明。
具体实施时, 上述移动交换中心是待转移呼叫的原主叫移动终端的访问 移动交换中心。 接收桥接待转移呼叫的原主叫移动终端和转移目的移动终端 的指示, 可以包括: 接收接续所述转移目的移动终端的指示; 接收应答事件 监控消息; 接续所述转移目的移动终端; 上报所述转移目的移动终端的应答 事件; 接收接续所述原主叫移动终端的指示; 接续所述原主叫移动终端。 即, 先根据接收的指示, 接续所述转移目的移动终端; 在接续成功后, 再根据接 收的指示, 接续所述原主叫移动终端。
下面举一例说明本发明实施例的 ECT业务处理方法。
如图 5所示, 本例中, 采用移动终端实施图 1所示流程, 采用归属位置寄 存器 HLR和 USSD中心实施图 2所示流程, 采用 ECT业务平台实施图 3所示流 程, 采用移动交换中心实施图 4所示流程。
本例中, 移动终端通过发送 USSD消息告知 ECT业务平台要进行呼叫转 移; HLR和 USSD中心 ( Center )上配置 ECT业务的 USSD接入码, 这里举例为 111 , HLR和 USSD中心根据 111转发 USSD请求到 ECT业务平台; 需要部署一套 ECT业务平台,处理 ECT逻辑;移动交换中心要支持 ICA ( Initiate Call Attempt, 初始呼叫尝试)操作, 协议可以是 CAP4 ( CAMEL Application Part4, CAMEL 的应用邢分 4; CAMEL: Customised Applications for Mobile network Enhanced Logic , 增强移动网络逻辑的定制化应用), INAP CS1 ( Intelligent Network Application Protocol Capability Setl , 智能网络应用协议能力集 1 ),或者其他协 议。
图 5的处理流程可以包括如下步骤:
步骤 501、 移动终端 A将呼叫移动终端 B的请求发送至移动终端 A的 VMSC, 即 MSCa;
步骤 502、 MSCa呼叫移动终端 B , 并接通移动终端 A和移动终端 B; 步骤 503、 移动终端 B在通话一段时间后, 确定需要转移该呼叫给移动终 端 C , 则发送 USSD消息至 HLR和 USSD ,其中该 USSD消息的格式例如可以是: *111*A号码 *C号码 #。 此时, 移动终端 B可以挂机, 也可以在最后收到提示呼 叫转移成功的 USSD消息后再挂机;
步骤 504、 HLR和 USSD中心根据 111投递该 USSD消息给 ECT IN( Intelligent Network, 智能网络), 即 ECT业务平台;
步骤 505、 ECT IN收到该 USSD消息后,获知移动终端 B希望转移当前呼叫 给移动终端 C, 则发送 SRI ( Send Routing Information, 发送路由信息)到 HLR 查询移动终端 A的 VMSC的地址。 这样, 使得 ECT IN指示呼叫移动终端 C的交 换机还是原来移动终端 A发起呼叫的交换机,解决了如若不在该交换机话路无 法连通的问题;
步骤 506、 HLR返回移动终端 A的 VMSC的地址(即 MSCa的地址)给 ECT
IN;
步骤 507、 ECT IN发送 ICA( Initiate Call Attempt,初始呼叫尝试)给 MSCa, 指示接续移动终端 C;
步骤 508、 ECT IN下发 RRBE(t-answer) ( Request Report BCSM Event, 请 求上报 BCSM事件; BCSM: Basic Call State Model, 基本呼叫状态模型)监控 应答事件;
步骤 509、 MSCa接续移动终端 C;
步骤 510、 移动终端 C收到该呼叫后, 接通来话; MSCa上报移动终端 C的 应答事件 (ERB, Event Report BCSM, BCSM事件报告)给 ECT IN;
步骤 511、 ECT IN下发 Connect (上下文)给 MSCa, 指示接续移动终端 A; MSCa桥接起移动终端 A和移动终端 C;
步骤 512、 ECT IN发送 USSD消息提示移动终端 B呼叫转移成功;
步骤 513、 HLR投递该 USSD消息给移动终端 B; 如若移动终端 B还没有挂 机, 此时可以挂机。
其中, 步骤 505发送的可以 SRI_SM ( Send Routing Information Short Message , 发送路由信息短消息 )消息, 相应的步骤 506为 SRI_SM_ACK消息。
下面再举一例说明本发明实施例的 ECT业务处理方法。
如图 6所示, 本例中, 采用移动终端实施图 1所示流程, 采用 SMSC实施图 2所示流程, 采用 ECT业务平台实施图 3所示流程, 采用移动交换中心实施图 4 所示流程。
本例中, 移动终端通过发送 SMS消息告知 ECT业务要进行呼叫转移; SMSC上配置 ECT业务的 SMS接入码,这里举例为 111 , SMSC根据 111转发 SMS 请求至 ECT业务平台; 需要部署一套 ECT业务平台, 处理 ECT逻辑; 移动交换 中心要支持 ICA操作, 协议可以是 CAP4 , INAP CS1 , 或者其他协议。 图 6的处理流程可以包括:
步骤 601、 移动终端 A将呼叫移动终端 B的请求发送至移动终端 A的 VMSC, 即 MSCa;
步骤 602、 MSCa呼叫移动终端 B , 并接通移动终端 A和移动终端 B; 步骤 603、 移动终端 B在通话一段时间后, 确定需要转移该呼叫给移动终 端 C, 则发送短消息至 SMSC, 其中该短消息的格式例如可以是: A号码, C号 码, 到 1111 ; 此时, 移动终端 B可以挂机, 也可以在最后收到提示呼叫转移成 功的 USSD消息后再挂机;
步骤 604、 SMSC根据 1111投递该短消息给 ECT IN;
步骤 605、 ECT IN收到该短消息后, 获知移动终端 B希望转移当前呼叫给 移动终端 C,则发送 SRI到 HLR查询移动终端 A的 VMSC的地址。这样,使得 ECT IN指示呼叫移动终端 C的交换机还是原来移动终端 A发起呼叫的交换机, 解决 了如若不在该交换机话路无法连通的问题;
步骤 606、 HLR返回移动终端 A的 VMSC的地址(即 MSCa的地址)给 ECT
IN;
步骤 607、 ECT IN发送 ICA给 MSCa, 指示接续移动终端 C;
步骤 608、 ECT IN下发 RRBE(t-answer)监控应答事件;
步骤 609、 MSCa接续移动终端 C;
步骤 610、 移动终端 C收到该呼叫后, 接通来话; MSCa上报移动终端 C的 应答事件给 ECT IN;
步骤 611、 ECT IN下发 Connect给 MSCa, 指示接续移动终端 A; MSCa桥接 起移动终端 A和移动终端 C;
步骤 612、 ECT IN发送短消息提示移动终端 B呼叫转移成功;
步骤 613、 SMSC投递该短消息给移动终端 B;如若移动终端 B还没有挂机, 此时可以挂机。
其中步骤 605发送的可以是 SRI_SM消息,相应的步骤 606为 SRI_SM_ACK 消息。 本发明实施例还提供一种移动终端, 其结构如图 7所示, 可以包括: 接收模块 701 , 用于接收呼叫;
发送模块 702, 用于根据所述呼叫发送呼叫转移请求消息, 所述呼叫转移 请求消息包括: ECT业务的呼叫转移接入码、所述呼叫的原主叫号码和转移目 的号码。
一个实施例中, 发送模块 702具体可以用于:
发送非结构化补充数据业务 USSD消息, 所述 USSD消息包括: ECT业务 的 USSD接入码、 所述原主叫号码和转移目的号码;
或, 发送短消息, 所述短消息包括: ECT业务的短消息接入码、 所述原 主叫号码和转移目的号码。
本发明实施例还提供一种 ECT业务处理装置, 其结构如图 8所示, 可以包 括:

被叫接续指示单元,用于向所述 VMSC下发接续所述转移目的移动终端的 指示;
应答监控下发单元, 用于向所述 VMSC下发应答事件监控消息; 应答监控接收单元,用于接收所述 VMSC上报的所述转移目的移动终端的 应答事件;

一个实施例中, ECT业务处理装置 1101为 HLR和 USSD中心; 或为 SMSC。 综上所述,本发明实施例可以在移动网络中实现 ECT业务的应用,使得移 动用户也可以使用 ECT业务,不但丰富了用户的业务体验,也为移动运营商提 供了新的业务, 进而增加了新的用户, 带来新的收入。
具体的, 可以通过 USSD消息或者 SMS消息, 获知原被叫移动终端希望转 移呼叫的原主叫号码、转移目的号码;通过 SRI或者 SRI-SM可以获取主叫移动 终端的 VMSC地址,使得 ECT业务平台可以指示呼叫的转移目的移动终端的移 动交换中心是原主叫移动终端发起呼叫的移动交换中心, 解决了如若不在该 移动交换中心话路无法连通的问题。
本发明实施例可以应用于 GSM网络,也可以应用到其他类型的移动网络, 比如小灵通、 CDMA, TDSCDMA和 WCDMA等。 实施时, 获知原被叫移动终 端希望转移呼叫的原主叫号码、 转移目的号码的方式, 为对应网络的方式; 获知 VMSC地址的信令, 为对应网络的信令;接通原主叫移动终端和转移目的 移动终端的逻辑过程, 为对应网络的信令。

接收呼叫;
根据所述呼叫发送呼叫转移请求消息, 所述呼叫转移请求消息包括: ECT 业务的呼叫转移接入码、 所述呼叫的原主叫号码和转移目的号码。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发送呼叫转移请求消息, 包括:
发送非结构化补充数据业务 USSD消息, 所述 USSD消息包括: ECT业务的 USSD接入码、 所述原主叫号码和转移目的号码;
或,所述发送呼叫转移请求消息,包括:发送短消息,所述短消息包括: ECT 业务的短消息接入码、 所述原主叫号码和转移目的号码。
3、 一种 ECT业务处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收呼叫转移请求消息,所述呼叫转移请求消息包括: ECT业务的呼叫转移 接入码、 待转移呼叫的原主叫号码和转移目的号码;
根据所述 ECT业务的呼叫转移接入码, 转发所述呼叫转移请求消息。
4、 如利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收呼叫转移请求消息, 包 括: 接收 USSD消息, 所述 USSD消息包括: ECT业务的 USSD接入码、 所述原主 叫号码和转移目的号码;
或,所述接收呼叫转移请求消息,包括:接收短消息,所述短消息包括: ECT 业务的短消息接入码、 所述原主叫号码和转移目的号码。
5、 一种 ECT业务处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收呼叫转移请求消息,所述呼叫转移请求消息包括: ECT业务的呼叫转移 接入码、 待转移呼叫的原主叫号码和转移目的号码;
指示待转移呼叫的原主叫移动终端的访问移动交换中心 VMSC,桥接所述原 主叫移动终端和待转移呼叫的转移目的移动终端。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收呼叫转移请求消息之 后, 还包括:
查询所述 VMSC的地址;
所述指示所述 VMSC,桥接所述原主叫移动终端和转移目的移动终端,包括: 根据查询到的地址,向所述 VMSC下发桥接所述原主叫移动终端和转移目的 移动终端的指示。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向所述 VMSC下发桥接所述 原主叫移动终端和转移目的移动终端的指示, 包括:
向所述 VMSC下发接续所述转移目的移动终端的指示;
向所述 VMSC下发应答事件监控消息; 向所述 VMSC下发接续所述原主叫移动终端的指示。
8、 如权利要求 5至 7任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收呼叫转移请 求消息, 包括: 接收 USSD消息, 所述 USSD消息包括: ECT业务的 USSD接入码、 所述原主叫号码和转移目的号码;
或,所述接收呼叫转移请求消息,包括:接收短消息,所述短消息包括: ECT 业务的短消息接入码、 所述原主叫号码和转移目的号码。
9、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收呼叫;
发送模块, 用于根据所述呼叫发送呼叫转移请求消息, 所述呼叫转移请求 消息包括: ECT业务的呼叫转移接入码、所述呼叫的原主叫号码和转移目的号码。

接收模块, 用于接收呼叫转移请求消息, 所述呼叫转移请求消息包括: ECT 业务的呼叫转移接入码、 待转移呼叫的原主叫号码和转移目的号码; 转发模块,用于根据所述 ECT业务的呼叫转移接入码,转发所述呼叫转移请 求消息。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块具体用于: 接收 USSD消息, 所述 USSD消息包括: ECT业务的 USSD接入码、 所述原主 叫号码和转移目的号码;
或, 接收短消息, 所述短消息包括: ECT业务的短消息接入码、 所述原主 叫号码和转移目的号码。
13、 如权利要求 11或 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置为归属位置寄 存器 HLR和 USSD中心;
或, 所述装置为短消息服务中心 SMSC。
14、 一种 ECT业务平台, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收呼叫转移请求消息, 所述呼叫转移请求消息包括: ECT 业务的呼叫转移接入码、 待转移呼叫的原主叫号码和转移目的号码;
指示模块,用于指示待转移呼叫的原主叫移动终端的 VMSC,桥接所述原主 叫移动终端和待转移呼叫的转移目的移动终端。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的 ECT业务平台, 其特征在于, 还包括:
查询模块, 用于在所述接收模块接收所述呼叫转移请求消息之后, 查询所 述 VMSC的地址;
所述指示模块具体用于: 根据所述查询模块查询到的地址, 向所述 VMSC 下发桥接所述原主叫移动终端和转移目的移动终端的指示。
16、如权利要求 15所述的 ECT业务平台, 其特征在于, 所述指示模块具体包 括:
被叫接续指示单元,用于向所述 VMSC下发接续所述转移目的移动终端的指 示;
应答监控下发单元, 用于向所述 VMSC下发应答事件监控消息;
应答监控接收单元,用于接收所述 VMSC上报的所述转移目的移动终端的应 答事件;
主叫接续指示单元, 用于向所述 VMSC下发接续所述原主叫移动终端的指 示。
17、如权利要求 14至 16任一项所述的 ECT业务平台, 其特征在于, 所述接收 模块具体用于:
接收 USSD消息, 所述 USSD消息包括: ECT业务的 USSD接入码、 所述原主 叫号码和转移目的号码;
或, 接收短消息, 所述短消息包括: ECT业务的短消息接入码、 所述原主 叫号码和转移目的号码。
18、 一种 ECT业务处理系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
ECT业务处理装置,用于接收呼叫转移请求消息,所述呼叫转移请求消息包 括: ECT业务的呼叫转移接入码、待转移呼叫的原主叫号码和转移目的号码; 根 据所述 ECT业务的呼叫转移接入码, 转发所述呼叫转移请求消息;
ECT业务平台,用于接收所述 ECT业务处理装置转发的所述呼叫转移请求消 息,指示待转移呼叫的原主叫移动终端的 VMSC,桥接所述原主叫移动终端和待 转移呼叫的转移目的移动终端。
19、如权利要求 18所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 ECT业务处理装置为 HLR 和 USSD中心; 或, 所述 ECT业务处理装置为 SMSC。
