5101、 被叫用户首先注册主叫当前位置与归属地信息显示业务; 主叫当前位置与归属地信息显示业务可以属于被叫签约类业务。
5102、 主叫用户向该被叫用户发起呼叫请求, MSC根据该被叫的 HLR 签约信息, 把呼叫接续到主叫当前位置与归属地显示业务的业务控制点;
5103、 主叫当前位置与归属地显示业务的业务控制点对该呼叫进行鉴 权, 如果该对被叫用户鉴权通过, 进入步骤 S104, 如果鉴权没有通过, 转到 步骤 S107;
S104 、 主叫当前位置与归属地显示业务的业务控制点通过移动应用部 分( Mobile Application Part, MAP )消息任意时间查询( Any Time Interrogation, ATI )到核心网查询被叫的当前状态以及 VLR号码等信息。 如果该被叫用户空闲, 则根据该 VLR号码查询 SCP的本地数据库, 得 到主叫当前位置的描述信息, 例如: 江苏苏州, 然后, 转入步骤 S105; 如果 该被叫用户不是空闲, 转到步骤 S107;
S105、 主叫当前位置与归属地显示业务的业务控制点在本地数据库中根 据主叫手机号码的 HLR号码查询该主叫手机号码归属地描述信息。例如: 江 苏南京。 5106、 主叫当前位置与归属地显示业务的业务控制点向被叫用户发送非 结构 4匕补充业务数据 ( Unstructured Supplementary Services Data, USSD ) 消 息, 消息内容为上述步骤 S104与步骤 S105的查询结果;
5107、 主叫当前位置与归属地显示业务的业务控制点发出接续请求, 把 呼叫接续到被叫;
5108、 被叫在振铃的同时收到主叫当前位置与归属地显示业务的业务控 制点发送的 USSD消息, 包含主叫当前位置与归属地信息, 从而实现了主叫 当前位置与归属地信息在被叫手机终端的显示。 在上述步骤 S102中, 主叫用户的类型也可以是公共交换电话网 (Public Switched Telephone Network, PSTN )号码, 如果是 PSTN号码, 则只显示归 属地信息, 不显示当前位置信息, 因为 PSTN号码不存在漫游。 在上述步骤 S102中, MSC与主叫当前位置与归属地显示业务的业务控 制点之间釆用的是标准的全球移动通讯系统 (Global System for Mobile Communications, GSM )智能网移动网络增强逻辑的客户化应用(Customized Applications for Mobile network Enhanced Logic, CAMEL )协议, 使用被叫签 约的方式触发到漏电业务控制点; 在上述步骤 S102中, MSC可以是主叫当前的 MSC, 也可以是被叫归属 网络的网关移动交换中心 (Gateway Mobile Switching Center, GMSC ) 。 在上述步骤 S103 中, 如果对被叫用户鉴权失败, 则不会向被叫发送主 叫当前位置与归属地信息, 但是不影响对被叫手机号码的接续。 在上述步骤 S104 中, 若被叫当前状态为非空闲, 则不需要向被叫手机 号码发送主叫当前位置与归属地信息, 但是接续还是要正常进行。 在实际实 施过程中,此种情景也可以向被叫手机号码发送主叫当前位置与归属地信息, 作为漏电提示业务的一种扩展。 在上述步骤 S105中, HLR号码与区号的对应关系是相对稳定, 是由国 家相关部门全国统一规划使用。 在上述步骤 S106 中, 向被叫用户手机号码发送信息的方式, 可以根据 被叫号码设置的不同, 除了 USSD方式, 还可以是短信或者是闪信的方式。 在上述步骤 S106 中, 向被叫用户手机号码发送提醒信息不管是 USSD 还是短信或者闪信的方式, 都是走信令通道, 不走话路通道, 节省话路资源。 在上述步骤 S108步中,为了做到被叫手机在振铃之后即刻收到步骤 S106 的主叫当前位置与归属地信息, 需要在步骤 S106设置一个定时器之后再发 送 USSD消息, 避免出现被叫振铃前就收到 USSD消息或者振铃很久还未收 到 USSD消息。
下面对本发明的实现显示主叫信息的方法的信令流程做进一步的详细描 述, 如图 3所示, 包括下面步骤:
S201-S202,主叫用户发起呼叫,发送综合业务数字网( Integrated Services Digital Network, ISDN )用户部分( ISDN User Part, ISUP )协议的呼叫发起 消息初始地址消息( Initial Address Message, IAM )到主叫当前 MSC或者被 叫归属网络的 GMSC;
S203-S204 , 主叫当前 MSC或者被叫归属网络的 GMSC通过 MAP信令 的发送路由消息 ( Send Routing Info , SRI ) ( T CSI ) 消息到被叫 HLR查询 被叫签约信息, 获知被叫号码签约了被叫业务: 主叫当前位置与归属地信息 显示业务;
5205, 主叫当前 MSC或者被叫归属网络的 GMSC根据被叫号码的签约 信息, 通过 CAMEL的应用部分( CAMEL Application Part, CAP )信令的启 动检出点( Initial detection point , IDP )消息把呼叫触发到主叫当前位置与归 属地显示业务的业务控制点;
5206, 业务控制点在对被叫号码鉴权通过之后, 通过 MAP信令的 ATI 消息到被叫归属 HLR查询被叫手机的状态和 VLR号码等信息;
S207-S208, 被叫归属 HLR根据业务控制点的针对被叫手机信息的查询 请求, 通过 MAP协议的提供用户信息( Provide Subscriber Information, PSI ) 消息到被叫当前 MSC/VLR查询到相关信息 (被叫状态和 VLR号码等信息 ) 之后返回给被叫归属 HLR;
S209、 被叫归属 HLR返回的被叫状态和 VLR号码等信息; 如果步骤 S209返回的被叫状态为空闲, 则业务控制点在本地查询主叫 当前位置信息与归属地信息描述, 并且设置一个定时器, 定时器到达之后启 动 USSD发送操作, 然后执行步骤 S210; 若步骤 S209返回的被叫状态为非 空闲, 则直接执行步骤 S210;
5210, 业务控制点向主叫当前 MSC 或者被叫归属网络的 GMSC发送 CAP 消息 AC/RRBE/CON ( Apply Charge/ Request Report BCSM Event /Connect, 其中, BCSM是 Basic Call State Model的缩写) , 指示主叫当前 MSC或者被叫归属网络的 GMSC把呼叫接续出去;
5211 , 主叫当前 MSC或者被叫归属网络的 GMSC通过 MAP消息 SRI (移动台漫游号 (Mobile Station Roaming Number, MSRN ) )到被叫归属
HLR查询被叫漫游号码;
S212-S213 , 被叫归属 HLR 收到主叫当前 MSC 或者被叫归属网络的 GMSC查询被叫漫游号码的请求之后, 通过 MAP消息 PRN到 MSC/VLR查 询被叫漫游号码 , 并返回给被叫归属 HLR;
S214, 被叫归属 HLR将被叫漫游号码返回给主叫当前 MSC或者被叫归 属网络的 GMSC;
S215-S216,主叫当前 MSC或者被叫归属网络的 GMSC获得被叫漫游号 码之后, 通过 ISUP的 IAM呼叫到被叫手机号码的 MSC/VLR, 此时被叫用 户开始振铃;
S217-S218, 上述步骤 S209之后, 如果被叫空闲, 则业务控制点判断设 置一个定时器, 定时器到达之后, 业务控制点会通过 MAP协议的 USSD通 知( Notify )向被叫归属 HLR启动向被叫手机发送 USSD消息的流程, 之后 被叫手机收到该 USSD 消息, 消息内容包含主叫当前位置与归属地信息, USSD发送完毕之后被叫归属 HLR会给业务控制点一个响应 USSD Notify确 认 ( acknowledgement , ack ) ;
5219, 被叫应答之后, 被叫 MSC/VLR向主叫当前 MSC或者被叫归属 网络的 GMSC回 ISUP的 ANM消息, 开始计费;
5220,主叫当前 MSC或者被叫归属网络的 GMSC收到 ANM消息之后, 通过 CAP协议的 ERB消息向业务控制点上报被叫摘机事件; 之后的流程就 是普通智能网的呼叫流程, 这里不再赘述。
在上述步骤 S217与 S218中, 如果向被叫手机用户发送的不是 USSD, 而是短信或者闪信,则业务控制点会通过点对点短消息( Short Message Peer to Peer, SMPP )发送协议的提交短消息 (SUBMIT— SM ) 消息向被叫归属短信 中心 ( Short Message Service Center, SMSC )发起短信或者闪信发送请求, SMSC 完成短信发送之后给业务控制点回复提交信息回应 ( SUBMIT SM RESP ) 以^艮告发送结果。
此外, 本实施例提供了一种业务控制点, 其包括: 触发模块, 其设置为: 接收移动交换中心接收到呼叫请求时向被叫终端 的归属位置寄存器查询到被叫终端签约信息中有主叫当前位置与归属地信息 显示业务时向业务控制点发送的触发信号; 查询模块, 其设置为: 通过主叫的归属位置寄存器向主叫的拜访位置寄 存器查询主叫的拜访位置寄存器号码, 通过拜访位置寄存器号码查询主叫当 前位置信息, 并且查询主叫归属地信息; 以及 发送模块, 其设置为: 将查询到的主叫当前位置信息和归属地信息发送 给被叫终端。 本实施例中, 查询模块是接收到触发模块的触发信号后启动查询。 在另一实施例中, 该业务控制点还包括: 状态查询模块, 其设置为: 向被叫终端的归属位置寄存器查询被叫终端 当前状态, 若被叫终端当前状态为空闲, 触发查询模块。 在本实施例中, 状态查询模块是接收到触发模块的触发信号后启动状态 查询。
在另一实施例中, 该业务控制点还包括: 鉴权模块, 其设置为: 对所述被叫终端进行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, 触发所 述查询模块。
在本实施例中, 鉴权模块是接收到触发模块的触发信号后启动鉴权。 或者, 还可以是状态查询模块查询到叫终端当前状态为空闲时, 触发鉴 权模块进行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, 触发查询模块。 在另一实施例中, 该业务控制点还包括: 接续模块, 其设置为: 发送主叫当前位置与归属地信息之前, 将呼叫接 续到被叫终端。 优选的, 该发送模块是设置为在预定时间后将查询到的主叫当前位置与 归属地信息发送给被叫终端。 优选的, 该发送模块是设置为以非结构化补充数据业务消息的方式将查 询到的主叫当前位置与归属地信息发送给被叫终端。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 本发明不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的 结合。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例, 当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下, 熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本 发明作出各种相应的改变和变形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明 所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性 本发明是根据被叫号码的签约信息, 由 SCP控制是否向被叫移动终端发 送主叫当前位置与归属地信息, 进而实现在被叫终端显示主叫终端当前位置 与归属地信息。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种在被叫终端显示主叫信息的方法, 该方法包括: 移动交换中心接收到呼叫请求时, 查询被叫终端签约信息, 若查询到被 叫终端签约信息中有主叫当前位置与归属地信息显示业务, 则触发业务控制 点; 以及 所述业务控制点查询主叫当前位置与归属地信息, 并将主叫当前位置与 归属地信息发送给被叫终端。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述业务控制点查询主叫当前位置 与归属地信息的步骤之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述业务控制点查询被叫终端当前状态, 若被叫终端当前状态为空闲, 则查询主叫当前位置与归属地信息。
3、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述业务控制点查询主叫当前位置 与归属地信息的步骤之前, 所述方法还包括: 对所述被叫终端进行鉴权。
4、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 将主叫当前位置与归属地信息发送 给被叫终端的步骤之前, 所述方法还包括: 将呼叫接续到被叫终端。
5、 如权利要求 1-4中任一项所述的方法, 其中: 主叫当前位置与归属地信息发送给被叫终端的步骤中, 所述业务控制点 是在预定时间后向将主叫当前位置与归属地信息发送给被叫终端。
6、 如权利要求 1-4中任一项所述的方法, 其中: 主叫当前位置与归属地信息发送给被叫终端的步骤中, 所述业务控制点 是以非结构化补充数据业务消息的方式将主叫当前位置与归属地信息发送给 被叫终端。
7、 一种在被叫终端显示主叫信息的系统, 其包括: 归属位置寄存器、 拜 访位置寄存器、 移动交换中心和业务控制点; 其中 所述归属位置寄存器设置为: 接收用户签约主叫当前位置与归属地显示 业务的信息; 所述移动交换中心设置为: 接收到呼叫请求时, 向被叫终端的归属位置 寄存器查询被叫终端签约信息, 若查询到被叫终端签约有主叫当前位置与归 属地信息显示业务, 则触发业务控制点; 所述业务控制点设置为: 通过主叫的归属位置寄存器向主叫的拜访位置 寄存器查询主叫的拜访位置寄存器号码, 通过所述拜访位置寄存器号码查询 主叫当前位置信息, 并且查询主叫归属地信息, 然后将查询到的主叫当前位 置信息和归属地信息发送给被叫终端。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中: 所述业务控制点还设置为: 查询主叫当前位置与归属地信息之前, 向被 叫终端的归属位置寄存器查询被叫终端当前状态, 若被叫终端当前状态为空 闲, 才查询主叫当前位置与归属地信息。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中: 所述业务控制点还设置为: 查询主叫当前位置与归属地信息之前, 对所 述被叫终端进行鉴权, 鉴权通过后才查询主叫当前位置与归属地信息。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述业务控制点还设置为: 发送主叫当前位置与归属地信息之前, 将呼 叫接续到被叫终端。
11、 如权利要求 7-10中任一项所述的系统, 其中: 所述业务控制点是设置为在预定时间后将查询到的主叫当前位置与归属 地信息发送给被叫终端。
12、 如权利要求 7-10中任一项所述的系统, 其中: 所述业务控制点是设置为以非结构化补充数据业务消息的方式将查询到 的主叫当前位置与归属地信息发送给被叫终端。
13、 一种业务控制点, 其包括: 触发模块, 其设置为: 接收移动交换中心接收到呼叫请求时向被叫终端 的归属位置寄存器查询到被叫终端签约信息中有主叫当前位置与归属地信息 显示业务时向所述业务控制点发送的触发信号; 查询模块, 其设置为: 通过主叫的归属位置寄存器向主叫的拜访位置寄 存器查询主叫的拜访位置寄存器号码, 通过所述拜访位置寄存器号码查询主 叫当前位置信息, 并且查询主叫归属地信息; 以及 发送模块, 其设置为: 将查询到的主叫当前位置信息和归属地信息发送 给被叫终端。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的业务控制点, 其还包括: 状态查询模块, 其设置为: 向被叫终端的归属位置寄存器查询被叫终端 当前状态, 若被叫终端当前状态为空闲, 触发所述查询模块。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的业务控制点, 其还包括: 鉴权模块, 其设置为: 对所述被叫终端进行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, 触发所 述查询模块。
16、 如权利要求 13所述的业务控制点, 其还包括: 接续模块, 其设置为: 发送主叫当前位置与归属地信息之前, 将呼叫接 续到被叫终端。
17、 如权利要求 13-16中任一项所述的业务控制点, 其中: 所述发送模块是设置为在预定时间后将查询到的主叫当前位置与归属地 信息发送给被叫终端。
18、 如权利要求 13-16中任一项所述的业务控制点, 其中: 所述发送模块是设置为以非结构化补充数据业务消息的方式将查询到的 主叫当前位置与归属地信息发送给被叫终端。
