技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 特别是涉及一种实现主叫信息显示业务的方法及 信息服务器。
背景技术
在通信中, 很多情况下主叫用户下希望能够根据需要将自身的一些信息 告知被叫, 比如说将主叫用户的名片、 问候语或者个性化签名发送给被告;而 在某些情况下, 被叫用户在被呼叫时, 也希望能够了解一下该电话来自哪 里, 即主叫的位置信息, 如, 主叫归属地位置等信息。
在 3G TS 23.096 规范中, 主叫名显示 ( CNAP, Calling Name Presentation) 业务由被叫用户定购, 由被叫端局根据被叫用户的定购信息去 查询主叫名信息服务器, 再由被叫端局将主叫名信息服务器返回的信息发送 给被叫终端。
在对此方法的研究和实践过程中, 发明人发现现有技术方案中, 由于需 要被叫端局向主叫归属的主叫名信息服务器查询主叫名信息, 因此需要对全 网的端局做改进, 也即, 需要升级改造现有的交换系统, 成本太高。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例的主要目的在于提供一种实现主叫信息显示业 务的方法及信息服务器, 减少对现网的改造。
一种实现主叫信息显示业务的方法, 包括: 接收主叫交换系统发送的业 务请求, 所述业务请求中携带主叫终端和被叫终端的标识; 根据所述主叫终 端的标识和 /或被叫终端的标识确定其定制的主叫信息显示业务, 并获取相应 的主叫信息; 与被叫终端建立未结构化附加业务数据 USSD会话的过程中, 将所述主叫信息携带于 USSD消息中发送给被叫终端。
一种信息服务器, 包括: 业务确定单元, 用于根据主叫终端的标识和 /或 被叫终端的标识确定其定制的主叫信息显示业务; 信息获取单元, 用于根据 业务确定单元确定的主叫信息显示业务, 获取相应的主叫信息; 信息处理单 元, 用于与被叫终端建立 USSD会话, 并在所述建立 USSD会话的过程中, 将所述主叫信息携带于 USSD消息中发送给被叫终端。
由此可见, 本发明实施例中, 主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫的过程, 接 收主叫交换系统发送的业务请求, 在确定主叫终端或者被叫终端定制的主叫 信息显示业务后, 获取相应的主叫信息, 并通过 USSD消息发送给被叫终 端, 因此在本发明实施例中无需由被叫端局向主叫归属的主叫名信息服务器 查询主叫名信息, 也无需对全网的端局做改进, 减少了对网络的改造, 节约 了成本。

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面结合附图及具体实 施例对本发明作进一歩地详细描述。
本发明实施例的实现主叫信息显示业务的方法, 如图 1所示, 该方法包 括歩骤:
Al、 接收主叫交换系统发送的业务请求, 所述业务请求中携带主叫终端 和被叫终端的标识;
所称主叫交换系统指为主叫用户提供通信服务的网络系统; 可以包括主 叫端局的交换设备, 例如移动业务交换中心 (MSC : Mobile Service Switching Center) 、 业务交换点 (SSP: Service Switching Piont) 等, 以及提 供相关数据服务的设备, 例如拜访位置寄存器 (VLR : Visitor Location Register) 、 归属位置寄存器 (HLR: Home Location Register) 等; 还可以进 一歩包括关口移动交换中心 ( GMSC: Gateway Mobile Service Switching Center) 。
所称业务请求可以是在呼叫过程中主叫交换系统根据某方用户的业务定 制信息触发的请求; 也可以是在呼叫过程中主叫交换系统根据特定接入码的 方式触发的请求, gp, 主叫交换系统接收到主叫终端以 "接入码 +被叫号 码" 的方式拨入的号码, 根据所述的接入码触发请求。
A2、 根据所述主叫终端的标识和 /或被叫终端的标识确定其定制的主叫 信息显示业务, 并获取相应的主叫信息;
所称主叫信息包括: 主叫名片信息、 主叫归属地信息、 主叫拜访地信息 和主叫位置信息。
A3、 与被叫终端建立未结构化附加业务数据 (USSD , Unstructured
Supplementary Service Data) 会话的过程中, 将所述主叫信息携带于未结构 化附加业务数据消息中发送给被叫终端。
其中, 与被叫终端建立 USSD会话的过程可以包括, 与 USSD中心建立
USSD会话, 并在 USSD中心与被叫终端的 HLR之间、 HLR与被叫拜访的 MSC之间、 以及被叫拜访的 MSC与被叫终端之间建立 USSD会话, 在该
USSD会话建立过程中, 将所述 USSD消息通过 USSD中心传递给被叫的归 属位置寄存器 HLR, 并经由被叫拜访的 MSC传递给被叫终端;
与被叫终端建立 USSD会话的过程也可以包括, 与被叫终端的 HLR之 间建立 USSD会话, 并在 HLR与被叫拜访的 MSC之间、 以及被叫拜访的 MSC与被叫终端之间建立 USSD会话, 在该 USSD会话建立过程中, 将
USSD消息经由被叫终端的归属位置寄存器 HLR, 经由被叫拜访的 MSC传 递给被叫终端;
与被叫终端建立 USSD会话的过程也可以包括, 与被叫拜访的 MSC建 立 USSD会话, 并在被叫拜访的 MSC与被叫终端之间建立 USSD会话, 在 该 USSD会话建立过程中, 将 USSD消息直接通过被叫拜访的 MSC传递给 被叫终端。
用于执行上述方法的本发明实施例的主叫信息服务器 20, 如图 2所示, 包括:
业务确定单元 201, 用于根据主叫终端的标识和 /或被叫终端的标识判确 定其定制的主叫信息显示业务;
信息获取单元 202, 用于在确定主叫信息显示业务后, 获取相应的主叫 信息; 具体地, 信息获取单元可以包括下述子单元之一或者任意组合: 主叫 名片信息获取子单元 2021, 用于根据主叫终端的选择获取相应的主叫名片信 息, 或者, 根据主叫的场景定制获取相应的主叫名片信息; 主叫归属地信息 获取子单元 2022, 用于根据主叫号码与地区的对应关系, 获取主叫归属地信 息; 主叫拜访地信息获取子单 2023元, 用于根据交换系统上报的地区信息 获取主叫的拜访地信息; 主叫接入点位置信息获取子单元 2024, 用于根据交 换系统上报的小区号码获取主叫接入点位置信息。
信息处理单元 203, 用于与被叫终端建立 USSD会话, 并在所述建立 USSD会话的过程中, 将所述主叫信息携带于 USSD消息中发送给被叫终 端, 其中, 所称主叫信息包括: 主叫名片信息、 主叫归属地信息、 主叫拜访 地信息或主叫接入点位置信息中的至少一种信息。
基于不同的具体业务实现流程, 上述主叫信息服务器可通过对智能网业 务控制设备 (SCP: Service Control Point) , 或 SCP与增强智能外设 (AIP: Advanced Intelligent Peripheral) 的组合, 或其他业务的运营设备的改造来实 现。
为更好的理解上述实施例, 下面给出上述实施例方案应用于具体呼叫流 程中的示例。
实施例一, 以主叫终端 MSa呼叫网内被叫终端 MSb为例, 以 SCP作为 主叫信息服务器, 主叫终端定制主叫名片显示业务, 通过业务受理系统或者 运营支撑系统在主叫用户的归属位置寄存器上设置主叫用户签约信息 (0- CSI: Originating CAMEL Subscription Information) , 且在该 SCP设置有用 户定制的业务信息, 包括, 为主叫终端定制主叫名片业务, 为主叫终端设置 主叫名片信息, 如主叫姓名、 职务、 问候语、 个性化签名等, 还可以包括用 户设置的场景信息, 如被叫号码、 呼叫时间等与主叫名片信息的对应关系。 具体流程如图 3所示:
301、 主叫终端发起呼叫, 向主叫拜访地移动交换中心 MSCa发送连接 建立请求消息 SETUP , 呼叫被路由到主叫终端的拜访地移动交换中心 MSCa;
302、 MSCa根据主叫终端的归属位置寄存器 HLR提供的主叫用户的签 约信息 0-CSI, 获知主叫终端定制有主叫名片显示业务, 从而向 SCP发送初 始检测点 (IDP: Initial Detect Point) 消息; SCP根据主叫终端的定制信息确 定主叫终端已定制主叫名片显示业务, 获取相应的主叫名片信息;
311、 获得主叫名片信息后, SCP向 USSD中心 (USSDC) 发送 USSD 消息, 请求建立 USSD会话, 将获取的主叫名片信息携带于该 USSD消息 中;
312、 USSD中心将接收到的 USSD消息向被叫 HLR发送;
313、 被叫 HLR将接收到的 USSD消息发送给被叫拜访地的 MSCb, 与 被叫拜访地的 MSCb建立 USSD会话;
314、 MSCb寻呼被叫终端, 向所述被叫终端发送注册 (REGISTER) 消 息, 与该被叫终端建立呼叫管理 (CM, Call Management) 连接, MSCb通过 该连接将 USSD消息发送被叫终端, 在被叫终端显示主叫名片信息。
其中, 311〜314中的 USSD消息的操作类型可以是请求 (REQUEST) 类 型或者通知 (NOTIFY) 类型。
可选地, 在歩骤 311之前, 还可以包括:
303、 向被叫终端的归属位置寄存器 HLRb发送任意时间查询消息 (ATI, Any Time Interrogation ) , 请求获取被叫终端的状态;
304、 HLRb向被叫终端的拜访地移动交换中心 MSCb发送提供用户信息 消息 (PSI, Provide SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION) , 请求获取被叫终端的 状态;
305〜306、 通过 PSI响应消息以及 ATI— ACK消息, 将被叫终端的状态信 息返回给 SCP;
SCP判断被叫终端状态, 当被叫终端为空闲时, 进行后续流程; 当被叫 终端的状态为忙、 关机或者不在服务区时, 不向被叫终端发送主叫名片信 息, 结束主叫名片业务逻辑处理, 并向 MSCa返回结束处理的结果。
可选地, 若系统设置或者用户设置为进行放音选择时, 在歩骤 311之 前, 还可以包括:
307、 主叫信息服务器向 MSCa发送上报基本呼叫状态 (BCSM, Basic call Basic Call Machine ) 事件的请求 ( RRBE: Request Report BCSM Event) ;
308〜309、 主叫信息服务器向 MSCa发送连接到资源 (CTR, Connect to Resource ) 消息建立放音话路, 通过提示并收集用户数据 (P&C, Prompt And Collcet User Information) 消息指示 MSCa向主叫终端播放语音菜单供主 叫用户选择;
310、 主叫用户通过主叫终端向 MSCa返回选择结果, MSCa将所述选择 结果通过提示并收集用户数据结果 (P& C Result) 消息发送至主叫信息服务 器;
如果用户选择发送, 或者选择了相应的主叫名片标识, 则根据用户的选 择获得相应的主叫名片信息。 可替代地, 若系统设置或者用户设置为不进行放音选择时, 则主叫信息 服务器可以根据主叫终端的场景定制获取相应的主叫名片信息, 比如, 根据 本次呼叫的被叫终端号、 呼叫时间等信息、 以及预先配置的选择策略获得相 应的主叫名片信息。
可选地, 在歩骤 311之前, 也可以包括:
主叫信息服务器根据预先配置的用户定制的业务信息确认被叫终端是否 定制了其他的主叫信息业务, 如主叫位置信息显示业务; 如果确认该被叫终 端定制主叫位置信息显示业务, 则获取该主叫终端的主叫位置信息, 并将所 述信息与所述主叫名片信息一起发送给该被叫终端。 具体地, 获取主叫位置 信息的过程包括:
如果所述主叫位置信息为主叫终端的归属地, 则根据主叫号码分析得到 主叫的归属地; 比如, 对移动号码, 根据主叫号码查号段与地区的对应表, 可获得归属地区信息; 对固定号码, 可以直接分析号码中的区号或取得归属 地区信息;
如果所述主叫位置信息为主叫终端的拜访地, 则根据 MSC上报的地区信 息得到主叫拜访地; 比如, 根据 MSCa在 IDP消息中上报的 MSCa的 MSCAddress查询 MSC地址与地区的对应关系, 因而获得主叫拜访地;
如果所述主叫位置信息为主叫终端所处的位置信息, 即主叫接入点位置 信息, 则根据 MSC上报的小区号得到该主叫终端所处的地理位置信息; 比 如, 根据 MSCa在 IDP消息中上报的小区标识 (Cell ID) , 通过小区标识定位 法获取主叫终端当前接入点的位置。
可选地, 在歩骤 314之后, 还可以包括:
315、 被叫终端接收到 USSD消息后, 被叫用户可以在被叫终端上进行响 应操作, 通过被叫终端向 MSCb返回响应消息 Facility;
316〜317, MSCb接收到被叫终端返回的 Facility响应消息后, 向 HLR返 回 USSD响应消息, 并由 HLR将该 USSD消息返回给 USSD中心; 318、 USSD中心向 SCP返回 USSD继续消息, 即 USSD Continue消息;
319、 若 SCP是在指定的时间内 (通常可以为 5〜10秒) 接收到所述的 USSD Continue消息, 则认为主叫信息已经到达被叫终端, 由 SCP向 USSD中 心发送结束 USSD对话的指令;

323、 SCP接收 IDP消息后, 向 MSCa发送继续 (Continue ) 或者连接 (Connect) 消息, 指示 MSCa继续进行呼叫接续, 将呼叫接续至被叫终端; 324〜335、 MSCa将呼叫接续至被叫终端, 具体包括, 向被叫 HLR
(HLRb) 发送发送路由消息 (SRI, Send Routing Information) 消息, 请求 获取被叫终端路由信息; 由 HLRb向被叫拜访地移动交换中心 MSCb发送漫游 号码请求消息 (PRN, Provide Roaming Number) , 请求获取被叫终端的漫 游号码, 通过漫游号码请求响应消息 PRN—ACK以及发送路由响应消息 SRI— ACK, 将被叫终端的漫游号码 ( MSRN, Mobile Station Roaming Number) 返回给 MSCa; 由 MSCa向 MSCb发送 IAM消息, 由 MSCb向 MSb发 送连接建立请求 SETUP, 在主被叫终端之间建立通话, 在此不再赘述。
其中, 歩骤 323〜335的歩骤与 311〜322的歩骤并没有严格的时间顺序的 限制。
实施例二、 与实施例一不同的是, 本实施例中, USSD消息由 SCP直接 发送至 HLRb并传递给 MSCb及被叫终端, 如图 4所示: 歩骤 401〜410, 同实施例一;
歩骤 411〜412、 SCP经由 HLRb将 USSD消息发送给 MSCb, 与被叫拜访 的 MSCb建立 USSD会话;
歩骤 413、 MSCb寻呼被叫终端, 向所述被叫终端发送注册 ( REGISTER ) 消息, 与该被叫终端建立呼叫管理 ( CM, Call Management) 连接, MSCb通过该连接将 USSD消息发送被叫终端, 在被叫终 端显示主叫名片信息;
其中, 411〜412中的 USSD消息可以是请求 (REQUEST) 类型或者通知 (NOTIFY) 类型。
可选地, 在歩骤 413之后, 还可以包括:
414、 被叫终端接收到 USSD消息后, 向 MSCb返回响应消息 Facility;

本发明上述实施例中, 在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫的过程中, 将呼 叫触发到主叫信息服务器, 如 SCP、 AIP等, 主叫信息服务器在确定主叫终端 定制有主叫名片显示业务之后, 获取相应的主叫名片信息, 并在与被叫终端 建立 USSD会话的过程中, 通过 USSD消息将获得的主叫名片信息发送给被叫 终端; 通过对主叫信息服务器的改造即实现了主叫信息显示业务, 无需对全 网的端局做升级, 减少了对网络的改造, 节约了成本;
进一歩的, 上述实施例中, 还可以在向被叫终端发送主叫名片信息之 前, 获取被叫终端的状态信息, 当被叫终端状态为忙、 关机或者不在服务区 的时候, 不向被叫终端发送主叫名片信息, 提高了用户的业务体验;
进一歩的, 在上述实施例中, 也可以在主叫终端呼叫被叫终端的过程 中, 向主叫终端放音收号, 主叫用户通过所述主叫终端返回是否向被叫终端 发送自己定制的主叫名片信息, 提高了用户的业务体验;
进一歩的, 在上述实施例中, 为避免多次向被叫终端发送主叫信息, 还 可以在将主叫定制的主叫名片信息发送给被叫终端之前, 确认被叫终端是否 定制了主叫信息显示业务, 当被叫终端定制有相应主叫信息显示业务时, 获 取相应的主叫信息, 一并发送给被叫终端;
进一歩的, 在上述实施例中, 通过设定定时器, 或者根据被叫终端返回 的 USSD操作响应, 及时终止 USSD会话, 提高了用户的业务体验。
实施例三、 与上述实施例不同的是, 本实施例中, 以增强智能外设 AIP 作为主叫信息服务设备, 主叫终端定制了主叫名片显示业务, 并通过业务受 理系统或者运营支撑系统在 AIP上设置有用户定制的业务信息, 包括, 为主 叫终端定制主叫名片业务, 为主叫终端设置主叫名片信息, 如主叫姓名、 职 务、 问候语、 个性化签名等, 还可以包括用户设置的场景信息, 如被叫号 码、 呼叫时间等与主叫名片信息的对应关系。
当主叫终端呼叫网内被叫终端, 其具体的信令流程如图 5所示:
501、 主叫终端以拨打 "接入码 +被叫号码" 的方式发起呼叫, 向主叫 拜访地移动交换中心 MSCa发送连接建立请求 SETUP, 该呼叫被路由到主叫 终端的拜访地移动交换中心 MSCa; 502、 MSCa根据接入码向主叫信息服务器 AIP发送初始地址消息 (IAM, Initial Address Message) , 将呼叫接续到主叫信息服务器 AIP; 主 叫信息服务器 AIP根据主叫终端的定制信息确定主叫终端已定制主叫名片显 示业务, 获取相应的主叫名片信息;
可替代地, 如果 501 歩骤中主叫终端以拨打 "接入码 +名片标识 +被叫 号码" 的方式拨打, 那么, 本歩骤中主叫信息服务器获取名片标识对应的主 叫名片信息, 其中名片标识可以是编号方式实现, 也可以以其他方式实现;

主叫信息服务器根据预先配置的用户定制的业务信息确认被叫终端是否 定制了其他的主叫信息业务, 如主叫位置信息显示业务; 如果确认该被叫终 端定制主叫位置信息显示业务, 则获取该主叫终端的主叫位置信息, 并将所 述信息与所述主叫名片信息一起发送给该被叫终端。 具体地, 获取主叫位置 信息的过程包括:
如果所述主叫位置信息为主叫终端的归属地, 则根据主叫号码分析得到 主叫的归属地; 比如, 对移动号码, 根据主叫号码查号段与地区的对应表, 可获得归属地区信息; 对固定号码, 可以直接分析号码中的区号或取得归属 地区信息;
如果所述主叫位置信息为主叫终端的拜访地, 则根据 MSC上报的地区信 息得到主叫拜访地; 比如, 根据 MSCa在 IAM消息中携带的 MSCa的 MSCAddress查询 MSC地址与地区的对应关系, 因而获得主叫拜访地;
如果所述主叫位置信息为主叫终端所处的地理位置信息, 则根据 MSC上 报的小区号得到该主叫终端所处的地理位置信息; 比如, 根据 MSCa在 IAM 消息中上报的小区标识 (Cell ID) , 通过小区标识定位法获取主叫终端当前 接入点的位置。
508、 USSD中心将接收到的 USSD消息向被叫 HLR发送;
509、 被叫 HLR将接收到的 USSD消息发送给被叫拜访的 MSCb, 与被 叫拜访的 MSCb建立 USSD会话;
510、 MSCb寻呼被叫终端, 向所述被叫终端发送注册 (REGISTER) 消 息, 与该被叫终端建立呼叫管理 (CM, Call Management) 连接, MSCb通过 该连接将 USSD消息发送被叫终端, 在被叫终端显示主叫名片信息。
其中, 上述 USSD消息的操作类型可以是请求 (REQUEST) 类型或者通 知 (NOTIFY) 类型。
511、 AIP接收到发送路由响应消息 SRI— ACK后, 向被叫拜访地的 MSCb 发送 IAM消息;
512、 MSCb向被叫终端 (MSb) 发送呼叫建立请求 SETUP消息; 513、 被叫终端开始振铃, 向 MSCb返回振铃 (ALERT) 消息;
514、 被叫拜访地的 MSCb向 AIP发送地址全消息 (ACM , Address Complete Message ) ;
515、 AIP向 MSCa发送 ACM消息;
516、 MSCa向主叫终端发送 ALERT消息, 向主叫用户播放回铃音;
517、 被叫用户接听后, 被叫终端向 MSCb发送连接 (CONNECT) 消息;
518、 MSCb向 AIP发送应答消息 (ANM, Answer Message) ;
519、 AIP向 MSCa发送 ANM消息;
520、 MSCa向 MSa发送 CONNECT消息, 主叫终端和被叫终端之间建立 呼叫, 开始通话。
可选地, 在歩骤 510之后, 具体到本实施例是在歩骤 517之后还包括:
521、 被叫终端接收到 USSD消息后, 被叫用户可以在被叫终端上进行响 应操作, 通过被叫终端向 MSCb返回响应消息 Facility;
522〜523, MSCb返回的 USSD消息经由 HLRb返回给 USSD中心;
524、 USSD中心向 AIP返回 USSD Continue消息;
525、 若 AIP是在指定的时间内 (通常可以为 5〜10秒) 接收到所述的 USSD Continue消息, 贝 !JSCP向 USSD中心发送结束 USSD对话的指令;
526〜527、 USSD中心经由 HLRb向 MSCb发送结束 USSD对话的请求消息 CLOSE REQ;
528、 MSCb向被叫终端发送 RELEASE COMPLETE消息, 结束 USSD对 话。
除前述实施例的有益效果之外, 本发明采用了接入码触发方式, 主叫终 端还可以采用 "接入码 +名片标识 +被叫号码" 的方式拨打被叫终端, 主叫 信息服务器通过该名片标识, 获得相应的主叫名片信息。
实施例四、 本实施例中, 以 SCP作为主叫信息服务设备, 被叫终端定制 了主叫位置显示业务, 通过业务受理系统或者运营支撑系统在被叫终端归属 的 HLR上设置被叫签约信息 (T-CSI : Terminated-CAMEL Subscription Information) 且在该 SCP上设置有用户定制的业务信息, 包括, 为被叫终端 定制主叫位置显示业务, 如被叫定制的显示主叫归属地、 主叫拜访地、 主叫 接入点的位置信息中的任意一种或者其中任意两种以上信息的组合。
当主叫终端呼叫被叫终端, 其具体的信令流程如图 6所示:
601、 主叫终端发起呼叫, 该呼叫被路由到主叫终端的拜访地移动交换 中心 MSCa;
602、 MSCa向被叫的归属位置寄存器 HLRb发送 SRI消息, 查询被叫终 端的路由信息;
603、 HLRb获知被叫终端设置有 T-CSI, 则通过 SRI— ACK消息返回被 叫终端的路由信息, 并携带被叫终端签约信息 (T-CSI: Terminating CAMEL Subscription Information) ;
604、 MSCa根据被叫终端的 T-CSI, 获知主叫终端定制有主叫名片显示 业务, 从而向 SCP发送初始检测点 IDP消息; SCP根据主叫终端的定制信息 确定被叫终端已定制主叫位置显示业务, 获取相应的主叫位置信息;
若主叫终端为网外用户终端, 则由主叫终端归属的 GMSC 向 SCP发送 IDP消息, 其他过程相同;
具体地, 获取主叫位置信息的过程包括:
如果所述主叫位置信息为主叫终端的归属地, 则根据主叫号码分析得到 主叫的归属地; 比如, 对移动号码, 根据主叫号码查号段与地区的对应表, 可获得归属地区信息; 对固定号码, 可以直接分析号码中的区号或取得归属 地区信息;
如果所述主叫位置信息为主叫终端的拜访地, 则根据 MSC上报的地区信 息得到主叫拜访地; 比如, 根据 MSCa在 IDP消息中上报的 MSCa的 MSCAddress查询 MSC地址与地区的对应关系, 因而获得主叫拜访地;
如果所述主叫位置信息为主叫终端所处的地理位置信息, 则根据 MSC上 报的小区号得到该主叫终端所处的地理位置信息; 比如, 根据 MSCa在 IDP消 息中上报的小区标识 (Cell ID) , 通过小区标识定位法获取主叫终端当前接 入点的位置。
609、 获得主叫位置信息后, SCP向 USSD中心发送 USSD消息, 请求 建立 USSD会话, 将获取的主叫位置信息携带于该消息中;
610、 USSD中心将接收到的 USSD消息向被叫 HLR发送;
611、 被叫 HLR将接收到的 USSD消息发送给被叫拜访的 MSCb, 与被 叫拜访的 MSCb建立会话;
612、 MSCb寻呼被叫终端, 向所述被叫终端发送注册 (REGISTER) 消 息, 与该被叫终端建立呼叫管理 (CM, Call Management) 连接, MSCb通过 该连接将 USSD消息发送被叫终端, 在被叫终端显示主叫名片信息; 可选 地, 本歩骤中, 也可以通过七号信令中的其他消息和其他自定义的接口将所 述 USSD消息发送给被叫终端。
其中, 609〜612中的 USSD消息的操作类型可以是请求 (REQUEST) 类 型或者通知 (NOTIFY) 类型。
可选地, 在歩骤 609之前包括获取被叫终端状态信息的过程 (605〜 608) , 具体过程与实施例一相同, 在此不再赘述;
在歩骤 602之后, 具体到本实施例是在歩骤 609之后还包括,
613、 SCP接收 IDP消息后, 向 MSCa发送 Continue消息, 指示 MSCa 继续进行呼叫接续, 将呼叫接续至被叫终端;
614〜625、 SCP向 HLRb发送 SRI消息, SRI消息中设定抑制被叫签约 信息指示, 通过被叫 HLR 向 MSCb获取被叫漫游号码后, 向 MSCb发送 IAM消息, 在主被叫终端之间建立通话, 在此不再赘述;
在歩骤 612之后, 具体到本发明实施例, 建立主被叫通话之后, 还可以 包括被叫用户通过被叫终端作出 USSD响应操作, 具体过程与实施例一相 同, 在此不再赘述。 在本实施例中, 在主叫终端呼叫被叫终端的过程中, 向被叫终端显示主 叫位置信息, 包括, 主叫拜访地信息、 主叫归属地信息以及主叫终端的接入 点位置信息。
实施例五, 与实施例四不同的是, 本实施例中, USSD消息由 SCP直接发 送至 HLRb并传递给 MSCb及被叫终端。 如图 7所示, 具体如下:
歩骤 709〜711、 SCP经由 HLRb将 USSD消息发送给 MSCb, 与被叫拜访 的 MSCb建立会话;
歩骤 712、 MSCb寻呼被叫终端, 向所述被叫终端发送注册 ( REGISTER ) 消息, 与该被叫终端建立呼叫管理 ( CM, Call Management) 连接, MSCb通过该连接将 USSD消息发送被叫终端, 在被叫终 端显示主叫名片信息;
其他过程与实施例四相同, 在此不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分歩 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 该程序可以存储于一个或多个 计算机可读存储介质中, 存储介质可以包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁盘或光盘 总之, 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的 保护范围。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改 进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现主叫信息显示业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的方法包 括:
接收主叫交换系统发送的业务请求, 所述业务请求中携带主叫终端和被 叫终端的标识;
根据所述主叫终端的标识和 /或被叫终端的标识确定其定制的主叫信息显 示业务, 并获取相应的主叫信息;
与被叫终端建立未结构化附加业务数据 USSD会话的过程中, 将所述主 叫信息携带于 USSD消息中发送给被叫终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法进一歩包括: 获取被叫终端的状态信息, 当被叫终端为空闲时, 将所述主叫信息携带 于 USSD消息中发送给被叫终端。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取被叫终端的状 态信息的过程包括:
向被叫终端的归属位置寄存器 HLR发送任意时间查询 ATI消息, 所述
HLR向所述被叫终端归属的移动交换中心 MSC发送提供用户信息 PSI消息 以获取所述被叫终端的状态;
接收所述被叫终端归属的 MSC经由所述 HLR返回的所述被叫终端的状 态;
或者, 向被叫终端的归属位置寄存器 HLR发送发送路由消息 SRI, 所述
HLR向所述被叫终端归属的 MSC发送漫游号码请求消息 PRN以获取所述被 叫终端的状态;
接收所述被叫终端归属的 MSC经由所述 HLR返回的所述被叫终端的状 态。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述与被叫终端建立未 结构化附加业务数据 USSD会话, 将所述主叫信息携带于 USSD消息中发送 给被叫终端包括:
与 USSD中心建立 USSD会话, 并在 USSD中心与被叫终端的 HLR之 间、 HLR与被叫拜访的 MSC之间、 以及被叫拜访的 MSC与被叫终端之间建 立 USSD会话, 在所述 USSD会话建立过程中, 将所述主叫信息携带于 USSD消息通过 USSD中心传递给被叫的归属位置寄存器 HLR, 并经由被叫 拜访的 MSC传递给被叫终端; 或者,
与被叫终端的 HLR之间建立 USSD会话, 并在 HLR与被叫拜访的 MSC 之间、 以及被叫拜访的 MSC与被叫终端之间建立 USSD会话, 在所述 USSD 会话建立过程中, 将所述主叫信息携带于 USSD消息经由被叫终端的归属位 置寄存器 HLR, 经由被叫拜访的 MSC传递给被叫终端; 或者,
与被叫拜访的 MSC建立 USSD会话, 并在被叫拜访的 MSC与被叫终端 之间建立 USSD会话, 在所述 USSD会话建立过程中, 将所述主叫信息携带 于 USSD消息通过被叫拜访的 MSC传递给被叫终端。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的主叫信息包括下 述信息之一或者任意组合:
主叫名片信息、 主叫归属地信息、 主叫拜访地信息和主叫接入点位置信 息。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当根据所述主叫终端的 标识确定其定制的主叫名片信息显示业务时, 所述的方法进一歩包括:
指示所述主叫交换系统向主叫终端放音收号, 当收到所述主叫终端返回 的确认信息后, 根据所述确认信息获取相应的主叫名片信息; 或者,
根据主叫终端的场景定制获取相应的主叫名片信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的确认信息包括: 主叫终端选定的主叫名片标识。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 7任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的方法 进一歩包括: 接收到被叫终端返回的 USSD响应消息后, 向所述被叫终端发送终止 USSD会话的消息; 或者,
当设定的定时器超时, 则向所述被叫终端发送终止 USSD会话的消息。
9、 根据权利要求 1至 7任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 USSD 消息为 USSD请求消息或者 USSD通知消息。
10、 一种信息服务器, 其特征在于, 所述的信息服务器包括:
业务确定单元, 用于根据主叫终端的标识和 /或被叫终端的标识确定其定 制的主叫信息显示业务;
信息获取单元, 用于根据业务确定单元确定的主叫信息显示业务, 获取 相应的主叫信息;
信息处理单元, 用于与被叫终端建立 USSD会话, 并在所述建立 USSD 会话的过程中, 将所述主叫信息携带于 USSD消息中发送给被叫终端。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的信息服务器, 其特征在于, 所述的信息获 取单元进一歩包括下述子单元之一或者任意组合:
主叫名片信息获取子单元, 用于根据主叫终端的选择获取相应的主叫名 片信息, 或者, 根据主叫的场景定制获取相应的主叫名片信息;
主叫归属地信息获取子单元, 用于根据主叫号码与地区的对应关系, 获 取主叫归属地信息;
主叫拜访地信息获取子单元, 用于根据主叫交换系统上报的地区信息获 取主叫的拜访地信息;
主叫接入点位置信息获取子单元, 用于根据主叫交换系统上报的小区号 码获取主叫接入点位置信息。
