前转呼叫的方法、 装置和系统 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种前转呼叫的方法、 装置和系 统。 背景技术 如图 1所示, 在传统的码分多址 (Code Division Multiple Access, 简称 为" CDMA,,)2000通信系统中,智能业务遵守无线智能网(Wireless Intelligent Network, 简称为 "WIN" ) 协议, 用户在归属位置寄存器 (Home Location Register, 简称为 "HLR" ) 中签约各种智能业务触发器, 当用户发起或接收呼 叫时, 呼叫接续过程中的各个触发点根据签约的触发器完成到服务控制点 ( Service Control Point, 简称为 "SCP" ) 的触发, 由 SCP完成具体的业务逻 辑控制, 并指示移动交换中心 ( Mobile Switching Center, 简称为 "MSC" )如 何进行下一步操作。 如图 2所示, 现有的 CDMA2000通信系统中的前转呼叫流程包括如下 步骤: 步骤 S201 : 主叫用户发起呼叫; 步骤 S202: 主叫用户所在的 MSC (称为始呼 MSC )识别被叫是移动用 户, 向被叫用户归属的 HLR请求被叫相关业务信息; 步骤 S203 : HLR向用户归属的落地 MSC (或称为:被叫方所在的 MSC ) 发送路由请求消息; 步骤 S204: 落地 MSC返回路由请求消息, 携带临时漫游号码 TLDN; 步骤 S205: HLR返回被叫的位置信息, 携带落地 MSC分配的 TLDN号 码; 步骤 S206: 始呼 MSC根据该 TLDN号码, 将呼叫接续到落地 MSC, 进 而接续到被叫用户, 被叫用户振铃; 步骤 S207: 被叫用户长时间不接听, 振铃超时之后, 落地 MSC向始呼 MSC发送改向请求消息; 步骤 S208: 始呼 MSC向 HLR请求原被叫用户的改向号码; 步骤 S209: HLR向始呼 MSC发送携带有改向号码的响应消息; 步骤 S210: 始呼 MSC根据上述的改向号码进行重新接续。 从上述过程可以看出, 用户的前转过程是由 HLR处记录用户改向号码, 并控制进行前转的。 图 3示出了 IP多媒体子系统 ( IP Multimedia Subsystem, 简称为 "IMS" ) 网络和 CDMA网络混合组网的示意图,其中, IMS网络包括: AS ( Application Server, 应用月艮务器), MGCF ( Media Gateway Control Function, 媒体网关 控制功能) 实体、 CSCF ( Call Session Control Function, 呼叫会话控制功能) 实体、 HSS ( Home Subscriber Server, 归属用户服务器)。 在该混合组网的场 景下, 利用 IMS网络的网元实现各种 CDMA网络 (以下简称为 C网) 用户 的业务。 这些用户的月艮务清单信息时记录在 IMS域的, 这些用户可以同时开 通多个业务, 可以实现多种业务的嵌套。 在本文中, 将这类用户称之为多业 务用户。 在这种混合组网的场景下, 被叫用户的改向号码没有保存在 HLR 中, 从而使得主叫用户按照现有的流程无法获取被叫用户的改向号码。 由于被叫 用户在 C网, 呼叫最终会接续到 C网的, 如果被叫用户在 HLR上没有开通 前转业务, 则会对主叫用户播放被叫用户无应答等提示音之后, 主叫用户会 误认为接续已经失败, 提前挂机了。 由上可知, 现有的 CDMA 网络中的前转呼叫流程无法应用在混合组网 的场景下, 即, 无法在混合组网的场景下进行正确的前转呼叫。 发明内容 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种前转呼叫的方法、 装置和系统, 以至少 解决现有技术中的前转呼叫流程无法在混合组网的场景下进行正确的前转呼 叫问题。 才艮据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种前转呼叫的方法, 其包括: 第一网 络中的被叫用户所在的第一移动交换中心 MSC 向第二网络中的网元发送改 向请求; 上述网元才艮据上述改向请求将上述被叫用户的改向号码发送给主叫 用户所在的第二 MSC; 上述第二 MSC 居接收到的上述改向号码进行前转 呼叫。 进一步地, 上述第一 MSC 向第二网络中的网元发送改向请求包括: 上 述第一 MSC向归属位置寄存器 HLR获取上述被叫用户的前转信息; 若所获 取的前转信息包括用于指示上述被叫用户具有上述改向号码的指示信息, 则 上述第一 MSC向上述网元发送上述改向请求。 进一步地, 在上述第一 MSC 向上述第二网络中的网元发送改向请求之 前, 还包括: 在上述被叫用户配置上述改向号码时, 上述网元保存上述改向 号码和 /或上述改向号码与上述被叫用户的映射关系, 上述 HLR保存上述用 于指示上述被叫用户具有上述改向号码的指示信息。 进一步地, 上述网元 -据上述改向请求将上述被叫用户的改向号码发送 给上述主叫用户所在的第二 MSC 包括: 上述网元才艮据上述改向请求获取本 地保存的上述被叫用户的上述改向号码; 上述网元将上述改向号码发送给上 述第二 MSC。 进一步地, 上述网元为服务控制点 SCP。 进一步地, 上述第一网络为码分多址 CDMA 网络, 上述第二网络为 IP 多媒体子系统 IMS网络。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种前转呼叫的装置, 其包括: 接收模 块, 用于接收第一网络中的被叫用户所在的第一移动交换中心 MSC发送的 改向请求; 获取模块, 用于 居上述改向请求获取本地保存的上述被叫用户 的改向号码; 发送模块, 用于将上述改向号码发送给主叫用户所在的第二 MSC, 以使上述第二 MSC才艮据接收到的上述改向号码进行前转呼叫; 其中, 上述前转呼叫的装置位于与上述第一网络不同的第二网络中。 进一步地, 上述前转呼叫的装置为服务控制点 SCP, 上述第一网络为码 分多址 CDMA网络, 上述第二网络为 IP多媒体子系统 IMS网络。 根据本发明的又一方面, 提供了一种前转呼叫的系统, 其包括: 第一网 络中的被叫用户所在的第一移动交换中心 MSC、 第二网络中的网元、 主叫用 户所在的第二 MSC, 其中, 上述第一 MSC用于向第二网络中的网元发送改 向请求; 上述网元用于才艮据上述改向请求将上述被叫用户的改向号码发送给 上述主叫用户所在的上述第二 MSC; 上述第二 MSC用于才艮据接收到的上述 改向号码进行前转呼叫。 进一步地, 上述网元为月艮务控制点 SCP , 上述第一网络为码分多址

S402, 第一网络中的被叫用户所在的第一 MSC 向第二网络中的网元发 送改向请求; S404, 上述网元才艮据上述改向请求将上述被叫用户的改向号码发送给主 叫用户所在的第二 MSC。 优选的, 主叫用户可以处于第一网络、 第二网路, 或其他网络。 也就是说, 被叫用户可以与主叫用户处于相同的网络中(例如, 均处于 CDMA2000网络), 或者, 也可以处于不同的网络中 (例如, 被叫用 户处于 CDMA2000 网络, 主叫用户处于 GSM 网络, 或者, PSTN ( Public Switched Telephone Network, 公共开关电话网络), 或者, IMS网络中);
S406, 上述第二 MSC根据接收到的上述改向号码进行前转呼叫。 在现有技术的混合组网的场景下, 被叫用户的改向权限以及改向号码没 有保存在 HLR中, 从而使得在 CDMA2000的网络中, 按照现有技术中的流 程无法获取被叫用户的改向权限, 这样无法在混合组网的场景下进行正确的 前转呼叫。 反观本发明实施例, 通过在 CDMA2000和 IMS的不同网络中的 网元设备都记录被叫用户的改向权限和改向号码, 并在触发前转呼叫后将该 改向号码发送给真正进行业务控制和计费控制的 IMS网络,从而实现了在混 合组网的场景下进行正确的前转呼叫。 优选的, 上述第一 MSC 向第二网络中的网元发送改向请求包括: 上述 第一 MSC向归属位置寄存器 HLR获取上述被叫用户的前转信息; 若所获取 的前转信息包括用于指示上述被叫用户具有上述改向号码的指示信息, 则上 述第一 MSC 向上述网元发送上述改向请求。 在本优选的实施例中, 通过上 述的 HLR可以判断被叫用户是否配置了改向权限以及改向号码, 只有在配 置的情况下, 第一 MSC 才向第二网络中的网元发送改向请求, 从而优化了 流程, 减少了不必要的操作。 优选的, 在上述第一 MSC向上述第二网络中的网元发送改向请求之前, 还包括: 在上述被叫用户配置上述改向号码时, 上述网元保存上述改向号码 和 /或改向号码与被叫用户的映射关系, 上述 HLR保存上述用于指示上述被 叫用户具有上述改向号码的上述指示信息。 在本优选的实施例中, 通过上述 的方式, 可以实现在 HLR保存指示信息、 在第二网络中的网元上保存改向 号码, 以便可以实现混合组网中的改向号码的传输。 优选的, 上述网元 居上述改向请求将上述被叫用户的改向号码发送给 上述主叫用户所在的第二 MSC 包括: 上述网元才艮据上述改向请求获取本地 保存的上述被叫用户的上述改向号码; 上述网元将上述改向号码发送给上述 第二 MSC。 在本优选的实施例中, 通过上述在网元本地保存被叫用户的改向 号码, 可以实现在混合组网的场景下进行正确的前转呼叫。 优选的, 上述网元为 SCP。 优选的, 该 SCP为与第二网络中的 AS上。 在本发明中, 上述保存和传输改向号码的装置为 SCP, 这只是一种示例, 其 还可以是第二网络中的其他装置, 例如, 媒体网关控制功能( Media Gateway Control Function, 简称为 "MGCF" ) 实体。 在本优选的实施例中, 通过上述 的方式, 可以使本发明实施例适用于 SCP的场景。 优选的, 上述第一网络为 CDMA网络, 上述第二网络为 IMS网络。 上 述的第一网络和第二网络只是本发明的一种示例,本发明不仅限于此,例如, 第一网络为码分多址 WCDMA网络, 第二网络为 IMS 网络。 在本优选的实 施例中, 通过上述的方式, 可以实现 CDMA与 IMS组网下的前转呼叫。 在上述的各个实施例中,在通过 IMS网络进行被叫用户多种智能业触发 过程中, 通过 IMS网络在被叫号码前增加前缀, 促使 MSC才艮据前缀先触发 到 SCP, 再通过 SCP控制不执行引导业务流程, 而是直接接续被叫。 在本发明的实施例中, 将前转业务分为两个部分: 一部分是用户登记前 转信息的时候, 是需要在 HLR和 SCP都进行记录, 其中 HLR中只需关心用 户是否开通某种前转业务, 具体对应的号码是无关紧要的。 SCP中记录前转 权限以及用户的各种改向号码信息; 另一部分是, 前转呼叫流程, 其中, 通 过 SCP中保存的相关信息将改向号码发送给 MSC, 以使该 MSC通过改向号 码进行前转呼叫。 下面将结合附图详细地描述上述两个部分所对应的流程。 图 5是才艮据本发明实施例的多业务用户设置前转业务时的优选流程图。 如图 5所示, 多业务用户设置前转业务主要包括如下步骤: 步骤 S501 : 移动用户发起呼叫, MSC根据用户的签约信息识别是智能 用户, 装载主叫用户签约的一系列智能业务触发器 (在本实施例中只需要签 约一个触发器到 SCP即可;); 步骤 S502: 呼叫处理到某一主叫侧触发控制点, MSC才艮据装载的触发 器列表, 向主叫用户签约的 SCP发送触发消息, SCP记录用户设置的前转设 置信息; 步骤 S503 : SCP回复响应消息; 步 4聚 S504: MSC继续触发业务 4爹改请求消息给 HLR, HLR ΐ己录用户的 设置信息。 步骤 S 505: HLR回复响应消息。 图 6是才艮据本发明实施例的多业务用户进行前转呼叫的优选流程图。 如 图 6所示, 多业务用户进行前转呼叫的流程包括如下步骤: 步 4聚 S601 : 发生对多业务用户的呼叫; 步骤 S602: 才艮据多业务呼叫接续的方式, 呼叫被接续到 IMS域; 步骤 S603〜S605 : IMS网络根据用户的签约信息, 依次和多个 AS交互, 进行多个业务的控制; 步骤 S606: IMS网络重新将呼叫路由回 MGCF, 该 MGCF兼故 CDMA 2000网络的关口局; 步骤 S607: MGCF识别被叫是移动用户, 向被叫用户归属的 HLR请求 被叫相关业务信息, MGCF并负责对该多业务用户的智能流程的触发等处理; 步骤 S608: HLR向用户归属的落地 MSC发送路由请求消息; 步骤 S609: 落地 MSC分配临时漫游号码 TLDN, 向 HLR返回路由请求 消息, 携带临时漫游号码 TLDN; 步骤 S610: HLR返回被叫的位置信息, 携带落地 MSC分配的 TLDN号 码; 步骤 S611: MSC根据该 TLDN号码, 将呼叫接续到被叫用户所在的局, 被叫振铃; 步骤 S612: 被叫用户长时间不接听, 振铃超时之后, 根据用户从 HLR 处取得的业务清单,发现该用户开通了无应答前转,则向始呼 MSC,即 MGCF 发送改向请求; 步骤 S613 : MGCF此时艮传统的 CDMA 2000 中的处理不同, 不再向 HLR请求被叫号码, 而是向 IMS域回复失败, 携带接续失败的原因; 步骤 S614: IMS域才艮据 SCP ( AS ) 中记录的前转权限以及改向号码, 进行前转的接续, 并释放对原被叫用户的呼叫。 本发明还提供了一种前转呼叫的装置的实施例, 其可以使用上述实施例 中描述的前转呼叫的方法。 如图 7所示, 才艮据本发明实施例的前转呼叫的装 置包括: 接收模块 702 , 用于接收第一网络中的被叫用户所在的第一移动交 换中心 MSC发送的改向请求;
