步骤 302之前还可以包括: HLR根据用户数据判断被叫用户是否激活 免打扰业务, 如根据免打扰业务的标志位判断被叫用户是否激活免打扰业 务, 如果激活, 则执行步骤 302; 如果未激活, 则将此呼叫放行。 用户可以 在设置免打扰号码的同时就激活免打扰业务, 也可以如现有技术一般, 在 需要激活免打扰业务时通过拨打特征码来实现, 该特征码可与免打扰特征 码不同。
步骤 303 , HLR在发送给主叫 MSC的位置请求响应中携带拒绝该呼叫 的指示信息。
对于步骤 301 , 在 HLR的用户数据库中设置免打扰号码列表。 现有技 术中, 每个用户都在 HLR的用户数据库中都有用户数据空间, 对于该用户 开通的业务, 也有相应的业务存储空间。 现有技术中的免打扰业务使用一 个标志位表示是否激活免打扰业务。 本发明方案可以通过扩展免打扰业务 的存储空间, 来增添免打扰号码列表。 优选地, 该免打扰号码列表格式可 设置为表 1或表 2的形式。

免打扰号码的长度可以定义为 8字节 (byte ), 即不超过 16位号码。 用户可存入或删除免打扰号码。 用户可以通过使用 MS发送免打扰特 征码和免打扰号码来设置 HLR中的免打扰号码, 如图 4所示, 处理过程包 括:
步骤 401 , 用户通过 MS拨打 "免打扰特征码 +免打扰号码", MS 向 MSC发送免打扰特征码和免打扰号码。
步骤 402, MSC收到 MS发送的免打扰特征码和免打扰号码, 确定当 前为特征码操作业务, MSC向 HLR发送特征码请求,该特征码请求中携带 有免打扰特征码和免打扰号码。
步骤 403, HLR收到特征码请求后, 根据免打扰特征码确定当前需要 设置免打扰号码, 经过数据库的处理, 在属于 MS 号码的免打扰号码列表 中设置免打扰号码, 然后向 MSC返回特征码请求响应, 该特征码请求响应 中携带特征码操作成功或失败的指示信息, 以及放音指示。
步骤 404, MSC收到特征码请求响应后, 根据该特征码请求响应中的 指示信息, 向用户的 MS发送特征码请求确认, 以使用户获知操作结果, 即设置免打扰号码的操作成功或失败, 并向用户放音。
特征码请求的号码填写要求可以为: Digits中填写免打扰特征码和免打 扰号码; CallingPartyNumberDigitsl中填写 MS号码。
用户还可以通过 HLR受理台设置免打扰号码。 受理台是指提供给用户 进行人机界面操作的控制台。
HLR的数据库处理过程如图 5所示。 数据库输入 /输出模块收到操作指 示, 向用户物理数据库查询用户数据, 判断是否需要向用户物理数据库和 内存数据库写入新数据, 如根据查询到的用户数据判断用户是否签约了免 打扰业务, 若需要, 则向用户物理数据库写入新数据的同时, 通知数据库 代理模块向内存数据库写入新数据。
对于步骤 303 , 若主叫号码位于属于被叫号码的免打扰号码列表时, HLR拒绝主叫用户的呼叫, 该过程如图 6所示, 具体包括:
步骤 601 ,主叫用户通过 MS起呼拨打被叫号码,主叫 MS向主叫 MSC 发送携带被叫号码的呼叫请求。
步骤 602, 主叫 MSC收到主叫 MS的呼叫请求后, 确定需要寻找被叫 用户的位置信息, 向 HLR发送位置请求, 该位置请求中包含主叫号码和被 叫号码等信息。
步骤 603, HLR收到位置请求后, HLR的业务处理模块与用户数据库 交互, 查询该被叫号码对应的免打扰号码列表中是否有该主叫用户号码。 若主叫号码与被叫号码对应的免打扰号码列表中的号码匹配成功, 则执行 步骤 604; 若匹配不成功, 则 HLR将此呼叫放行, 向主叫 MSC返回的位置 请求响应中包含被叫用户的位置信息。
步骤 604, HLR向主叫 MSC发送位置请求响应, 该位置请求响应中携 带拒绝呼叫的指示信息。
步骤 605 , MSC收到 HLR的拒绝呼叫的指示信息后, 进行拒绝呼叫处 理, 根据 HLR的放音指示向主叫 MS放音, 提示呼叫失败。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明技术方案的实施做进一步详细介绍。 具体实施例一
若被叫用户激活无条件前转业务及免打扰业务, 当主叫用户呼叫被叫 用户时, 如果主叫号码位于被叫号码对应的免打扰号码列表, HLR判断被 叫用户是否激活无条件前转业务, 若激活, 则 HLR根据无条件前转业务的 设置, 向主叫 MSC返回无条件前转号码, 并指示主叫 MSC不向被叫用户 发送前转通知提示信息, 主叫 MSC接续主叫用户和前转号码之间的呼叫, 但不向被叫用户发送前转通知提示信息。 如果判断出无条件前转业务未激 活, 则 HLR在发送给主叫 MSC的位置请求响应中携带拒绝该呼叫的指示 信息。 虽然现有技术中, 按照协议规定, 发生前转业务时, 需要给被叫用 户发送前转提示信息进行通知。 但由于被叫用户同时激活了本发明方案中 的免打扰业务, 表示被叫用户不希望接收来自该主叫用户的呼叫, 则不给 被叫用户发送该前转提示信息。
具体实施例二
本实施例为当某用户同时激活 SCA ( Selective Cell Access, 选择呼叫接 入) 业务和本发明方案中的免打扰业务的情况下, 用户数据库中该用户的 SCA号码列表与免打扰号码列表中的号码信息不应沖突。 因此本实施例在 该情况下, 在 HLR的用户数据库中设置免打扰号码列表时, 还包括: 将用 户需要存入的免打扰号码与 SCA号码列表中的号码匹配, 当用户需要存入 的免打扰号码与 SCA号码列表中的号码相同时, HLR拒绝在用户数据库中 的免打扰号码列表中存入该免打扰号码;在 HLR的用户数据库中设置 SCA 号码时, 还包括: 将用户需要存入的 SCA号码与免打扰号码列表中的号码 拒绝在用户数据库中的 SCA号码列表中存入 SCA号码。 本发明还提供了一种实现免打扰业务的装置, 在 HLR中实现免打扰业 务, 如图 7所示, 包括:
数据模块, 用于存放用户的免打扰号码列表;
业务处理模块,用于将主叫 MSC发来的位置请求中的主叫号码与属于 被叫用户的所述免打扰号码列表中的号码比较, 若主叫号码与所述列表中 的号码匹配时,在发送给主叫 MSC的位置请求响应中携带拒绝该呼叫的指 示信息。
业务处理模块进一步用于将用户设置的免打扰号码存储在数据模块中 存放的该用户的免打扰号码列表中。
所述数据模块中存有用户的免打扰号码列表。 优选地, 该免打扰号码 列表格式可设置为表 1或表 2的形式。 免打扰号码的长度定义为 8byte, 即 不超过 16位号码。
用户可存入或删除免打扰号码。 用户可以通过使用 MS发送免打扰特 征码和免打扰号码来设置免打扰号码; 也可以通过 HLR受理台设置免打扰 号码。 具体实现在前面的描述中已有详细介绍, 此处不再赘述。
用户通过 MS发送免打扰特征码和免打扰号码时, 特征码请求的号码 填写要求可以为: Digits 中填写免打扰特征码和免打扰号码; CallingPartyNumberDigits 1中填写 MS号码。
其中, 数据模块包括用户物理数据库和内存数据库, 业务处理模块包 括数据库输入 /输出模块和数据库代理模块, 数据库输入 /输出模块收到操作 指示, 向用户物理数据库查询用户数据, 判断是否需要向用户物理数据库 和内存数据库写入新数据, 若需要, 则向用户物理数据库写入新数据的同 时, 通知数据库代理模块向内存数据库写入新数据。
若被叫用户激活无条件前转业务及免打扰业务, 当主叫用户呼叫被叫 用户时, 如果主叫号码位于被叫号码对应的免打扰号码列表, 则业务处理 模块判断被叫用户是否激活无条件前转业务, 若激活, 则根据无条件前转 业务的设置, 向主叫 MSC返回无条件前转号码, 并指示主叫 MSC不向被 叫用户发送前转通知提示信息,主叫 MSC接续主叫用户和前转号码之间的 呼叫, 但不向被叫用户发送前转通知提示信息。
当某用户同时激活 SCA业务和本发明方案中的免打扰业务的情况下, 用户向数据模块存入免打扰号码时, 还包括: 业务处理模块获取数据模块 中该用户的 SCA号码列表,将用户需要存入的免打扰号码与 SCA号码列表 中的号码匹配, 若匹配成功, 则拒绝将所述免打扰号码存入数据模块的该 用户的免打扰列表中; 数据模块进一步用于存放用户的 SCA号码列表, 用 户向数据模块中的 SCA号码列表存入 SCA号码时,还包括: 业务处理模块 获取数据模块中该用户的免打扰号码列表, 将用户需要存入的 SCA号码与 免打扰号码列表中的号码匹配, 若匹配成功, 则拒绝将所述 SCA号码存入 数据模块中的该用户的 SCA号码列表中。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现免打扰业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
A、 归属位置寄存器(HLR )将主叫移动交换中心(MSC )发来的位置 请求中的主叫号码与属于被叫号码的免打扰号码列表中的号码比较, 若主 叫号码与所述列表中的号码匹配时, HLR在发送给主叫 MSC的位置请求响 应中携带拒绝该呼叫的指示信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 A之前, 进一 步包括: 在 HLR的用户数据库中设置免打扰号码列表。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述在 HLR的用户数 据库中设置免打扰号码列表, 具体为: 用户通过 HLR受理台设置免打扰号 码列表中的号码, 或者通过移动终端(MS )发送免打扰特征码和免打扰号 码设置免打扰号码列表中的号码。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 A之前, 进一 步包括: 根据免打扰业务的标志位判断被叫用户是否激活免打扰业务, 如 果激活, 则执行步骤 A; 否则, 不拒绝主叫的呼叫。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 HLR在 发送给主叫 MSC的位置请求响应中携带拒绝该呼叫的指示信息之前,还包 括: HLR判断被叫用户是否激活无条件前转业务, 若激活, 则 HLR向主叫 MSC返回无条件前转号码, 并指示主叫 MSC不向被叫用户发送前转通知 提示信息; 若未激活, 则 HLR在发送给主叫 MSC的位置请求响应中携带 拒绝该呼叫的指示信息。
6、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 用户还签约选择呼 叫接入(SCA )业务时, 所述在 HLR的用户数据库中设置免打扰号码列表 包括: HLR将用户设置的免打扰号码与 SCA号码列表中的号码比较, 若匹 配成功, 则拒绝在所述免打扰号码列表中存入所述号码。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法进一步包括: HLR 则拒绝在 SCA号码列表中存入所述号码。
8、 一种实现免打扰业务的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
数据模块, 用于存放用户的免打扰号码列表;
业务处理模块,用于将主叫 MSC发来的位置请求中的主叫号码与属于 被叫用户的所述免打扰号码列表中的号码比较, 若主叫号码与所述列表中 的号码匹配时,在发送给主叫 MSC的位置请求响应中携带拒绝该呼叫的指 示信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述业务处理模块进一 步用于: 将用户设置的免打扰号码存储在数据模块中存放的该用户的免打 扰号码列表中。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 用户通过 HLR受理台 设置所述免打扰号码, 或者通过 MS发送免打扰特征码和免打扰号码设置 所述免打扰号码。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述业务处理模块进 一步用于: 根据免打扰业务的标志位判断被叫用户是否激活免打扰业务, 如果激活, 则在发送给主叫 MSC的位置请求响应中携带拒绝该呼叫的指示 信息。
12、 根据权利要求 8至 11任一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述业务处 理模块进一步用于: 判断被叫用户是否激活无条件前转业务, 若激活, 则 向主叫 MSC返回无条件前转号码, 并指示主叫 MSC不向被叫用户发送前 转通知提示信息; 若未激活, 则在发送给主叫 MSC的位置请求响应中携带 拒绝该呼叫的指示信息。
13、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 用户还签约 SCA 业务时, 所述业务处理模块进一步用于: 将用户设置的免打扰号码与 SCA 号码列表中的号码比较, 若匹配成功, 则拒绝在数据模块中的所述免打扰 号码列表中存入所述号码。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述数据模块进一步用于存放用户的 SCA号码列表;
所述业务处理模块进一步用于: 将用户设置的 SCA号码与所述免打扰 号码列表中的号码比较, 若匹配成功, 则拒绝在数据模块中的所述 SCA号 码列表中存入所述号码。
