现有技术中, VPN 业务中的短号短信业务具体可以采用如下方式实 现: VPN平台预先将所有集团的长短号对应表数据导出为一个文件。 然后 再由短信中心( Short Message Service Center; 以下简称 SMSC )将该文件 导入到 SMSC 中, 从而获取长短号对应表。 该过程为离线操作。 当 VPN 的签约用户给同一集团内的另一个用户发送短号短信的时候, 短信通过移 动交换中心 (Mobile Switch Center; 以下简称 MSC) 发送到主叫用户归属 的 SMSC上。 由 SMSC检查主叫号码是否为 VPN的签约用户, 当是的时 候, 根据 SMSC中的长短号, 将被叫的短号翻译为真实号码(也可以称为 长号) 。 最后按照正常的点对点(Peer to Peer; 以下简称 P2P )短信流程, 对被叫进行寻址并下发短信。
在实现本发明过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题: 在 现有技术中,需要将 VPN平台中的长短号对应表数据离线的同步到 SMSC 中, 数据同步方式的实时性较差; 而且短信流程和 VPN业务完全没有关 联, VPN业务失去对短号短信的控制。 因此现有技术中短号短信处理流程 的实施性较差。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种短号短信的处理方法、 系统及业务编排服务 器, 用以解决现有技术中短号短信处理流程的实施性较差的缺陷, 提供一 种实施性较强的短号短信实施方案。
本发明一方面提供一种短号短信的处理方法, 包括:
接收主叫终端发送的短号短信; 所述短号短信中包括所述主叫用户的 号码和被叫用户的短号;
确定主叫用户为签约用户;
向虚拟专网平台发送号码翻译请求, 所述号码翻译请求中携带所述被 叫用户的短号, 所述号码翻译请求用以请求所述虚拟专网平台将所述被叫 用户的短号翻译为被叫用户的真实号码;
接收所述虚拟专网平台发送的所述被叫用户的真实号码;
并将所述短号短信中的所述被叫用户的短号替换为所述被叫用户的 真实号码, 生成长号短信;
向短信中心发送所述长号短信, 以供所述短信中心将所述长号短信发 送至被叫终端。
可选地, 上述短号短信的处理方法中, 所述确定主叫用户为签约用户 具体包括:
从所述短号短信中获取所述主叫用户的号码;
向用户归属位置寄存器发送携带有所述主叫用户的号码的状态查询 请求;
接收所述用户归属位置寄存器返回的状态查询结果信息;
根据所述状态查询结果信息确定所述主叫用户为签约用户。
可选地, 上述短号短信的处理方法中, 根据所述状态查询结果信息确 定所述主叫用户是为签约用户, 具体包括:
当所述状态查询结果信息中包括所述主叫用户的签约信息, 且所述主 叫用户的签约信息与预先配置的虚拟专网的签约信息一致, 确定所述主叫 用户为签约用户。
可选地, 上述短号短信的处理方法中, 所述接收主叫终端发送的短号 短信, 具体包括: 通过第一移动交换中心接收所述主叫终端发送的所述短 号短信。
可选地, 上述短号短信的处理方法中, 所述号码翻译请求中还携带短 号短信业务标识, 以供所述虚拟专网平台根据所述短号短信业务标识确定 本次业务为短号短信业务, 并将所述被叫用户的短号翻译为所述被叫用户 的真实号码。
可选地, 上述短号短信的处理方法中, 还包括:
接收第二移动交换中心通过所述短信中心返回的短信状态报告; 所述 短信状态报告用以表示所述被叫终端接收到所述长号短信;
生成所述短号短信的话单, 并将所述短号短信的话单发送给运营商的 计费系统。

接收模块, 用于接收主叫终端发送的短号短信; 所述短号短信中包括 所述主叫用户的号码和被叫用户的短号;

图 1为本发明实施例一提供的短号短信的处理方法的流程图。 如图 1 所示, 本实施例的短号短信的处理方法的执行主体为业务编排服务器。 本 实施例的短号短信的处理方法, 具体可以包括如下:
步骤 100、 接收主叫终端发送的短号短信;
其中该短号短信中包括主叫用户的号码和被叫用户的短号。 可选地, 该短号短信中还包括要发送给被叫用户的短信内容。 其中主叫用户的短号 短信中的主叫用户的号码为主叫的真实号码。 本实施例中主叫终端为主叫 用户对应的终端, 被叫终端为被叫用户对应的终端。
步骤 101、 确定主叫用户为签约用户;
步骤 102、 向 VPN平台发送号码翻译请求;
其中该号码翻译请求中携带被叫用户的短号, 该号码翻译请求用以请 求该 VPN平台将被叫用户的短号翻译为被叫用户的真实号码;
具体地, 这里的该主叫用户为签约用户指的是该主叫用户签约了某一 个集团 VPN业务, 因此签约 VPN业务的用户可以称为签约用户。
步骤 103、 接收 VPN平台发送的被叫用户的真实号码;
步骤 104、 并将短号短信中的被叫用户的短号替换为被叫用户的真实 号码, 生成长号短信; 步骤 105、 向 SMSC发送该长号短信, 以供该 SMSC将长号短信发送 至被叫终端。

可选地, 上述实施例的步骤 100中接收主叫终端发送的短号短信, 具 体包括: 通过第一 MSC接收该主叫终端发送的短号短信。
具体地, 主叫终端发送短号短信的时候, 首先是将该短号短信发送给 第一 MSC, 该第一 MSC为主叫用户所在区域的 MSC。 然后由第一 MSC 该短号短信的要发送的目的地址配置为业务编排服务器的地址, 并发送给 业务编排服务器。
可选地, 上述实施例中的步骤 100确定主叫用户为签约用户, 具体可 以包括如下步骤:
( 1 )从接收的短号短信中获取主叫用户的号码;
( 2 )向用户归属位置寄存器( Home Location Register;以下简称 HLR ) 发送携带有该主叫用户的号码的状态查询请求;
( 3 )接收 HLR返回的状态查询结果信息;
( 4 )根据状态查询结果信息确定该主叫用户为签约用户。
具体地, HLR返回的状态查询结果信息包括 HLR返回的该主叫用户 的 VPN业务的签约信息。 该签约信息可以称为起始用户签约信息
( Originating - Custom Subscription Information; 以下简称 0-CSI ) 。 该起 始用户签约信息包括该用户签约了哪些业务、 签约的业务类型和种类、 签 约的业务的标识、 业务对应的服务器地址等等信息。
当业务编排服务器检测发现状态查询结果信息未包含有该主叫用户 的签约信息, 此时业务编排服务器可以确定该主叫用户为非签约用户。 当 业务编排服务器检测发现状态查询结果信息包含有该主叫用户的签约信 息, 进一步检测该主叫用户的签约信息是否与业务编排服务器中预先配置 的该主叫用户的签约信息是否一致, 当状态查询结果信息包含的该主叫用 户的签约信息与业务编排服务器中预先配置的该主叫用户的签约信息一 致, 则业务编排服务器可以确定该主叫用户为签约用户。 否则当状态查询 结果信息中包含的主叫用户的签约信息与业务编排服务器中预先配置的 该主叫用户的签约信息不一致时, 也确定该主叫用户为非签约用户。 例如 HLR返回的状态查询结果信息中包含的 0-CSI中的业务键 ( Service Key ) 与业务编排服务器中预先配置的 VPN的 Service Key不符。此时业务编排 服务器可以确定该主叫用户为非签约用户。 Service Key表示签约的业务类 型。 需要说明的是, 以上实施例中认为 HLR中存储的用户的签约信息和 业务编排服务器中预配置的用户的签约信息是同步的。 实际应用中 HLR 和业务编排服务器可以每隔一定的时间段同步一下两者中分别存储的用 户的签约信息。
进一步地,当主叫用户为非签约用户的时候,业务编排服务器向 SMSC 发送短号短信,后续由 SMSC对该短号短信做处理, 例如 SMSC可以丟弃 该条短号短信。
需要说明的是, 上述实施例中的步骤 102中业务编排服务器向 VPN 平台发送号码翻译请求中还可以携带短号短信业务标识, 以供 VPN平台 根据短号短信业务标识确定本次业务为短号短信业务, 并将被叫用户的短 号翻译为被叫用户的真实号码。
具体地, 例如当短号短信业务标识" be", 被叫用户的短号为" 1234"。 当业务编排服务器确定该主叫用户为签约用户时, 可以生成携带有
"bc+1234"的号码翻译请求, 并将该号码翻译请求发送给 VPN平台。 VPN 平台获取到其中的" be", 便以可知道该业务为短号短信业务, 需要将被叫 用户的短号" 1234"翻译为被叫用户的真实号码(也可以称为长号) 。 例如 将" 1234"翻译为 "13807551234"。
需要说明的是, 在上述实施例的步骤 103向 SMSC发送该长号短信, 以供该 SMSC将长号短信发送至被叫终端之后, 还包括: 接收第二 MSC 通过 SMSC返回的短信状态报告;该短信状态报告用以表示被叫终端接收 到该长号短信; 然后生成短号短信的话单, 并将该话单发送给运营商的计 费系统。
具体地, 该第二 MSC为被叫用户的终端所在区域的 MSC。 具体地, SMSC向被叫终端发送长号短信的时候, 先将长号短信发送给第二 MSC, 然后由第二 MSC根据长号短信中的被叫用户的真实号码将该长号短信发 送给对应的被叫终端。 第二 MSC将该长号短信发送成功之后, 向 SMSC 返回短信状态报告, 以告知 SMSC长号短信发送成功, SMSC再将该短信 状态报告转发给业务编排服务器。 当发送短号短信需要产生费用的时候, 业务编排服务器此时还需要此生成短号短信的话单。 该短号短信的话单中 需要包括主叫用户的号码。 然后将该短号短信的话单发送给运营商的计费 系统, 以供计费系统从主叫号码的账户中扣除发送此短号短信产生的费 用。 当发送短号短信不产生费用的情况下, 不需要相应的扣费。
图 2为本发明实施例二提供短号短信的处理方法的信令图。 如图 2所 示, 本实施例的短号短信的处理方法, 具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤 200、 终端 A向移动交换中心 MSC a发送终端 A发给终端 B 的短号短信; 具体地, 该短号短信中包括终端 A的号码即终端 A 的真实号码, 终 端 B对应的短号。 当然, 所述短号短信还可以包含短信内容。 MSC a为 终端 A所在区域的 MSC。 本实施例中终端 A为主叫终端, 终端 B为被叫 终端。 本实施例中主叫用户的号码为终端 A的号码, 被叫用户的号码为终 端 B的号码。
步骤 201、 MSC a向业务编排服务器发送上述短号短信;
步骤 202、 业务编排服务器获取短号短信中终端 A的号码, 并向用户 归属位置寄存器 HLR发送状态查询信息;
其中该状态查询信息中携带有终端 A的号码。
步骤 203、 HLR向业务编排服务器返回查询结果信息;
步骤 204、业务编排服务器根据状态查询结果信息判断该终端 A对应 用户是否为签约用户, 如是, 执行步骤 205; 否则执行步骤 206;
具体地,当状态查询结果信息中包括有 0-CSI,且该 0-CSI中的 Service Key与预先配置的 VPN的 Service Key相符,则判断该终端 A为签约用户。 否则当查询结果信息中未包括有 0-CSI, 或者包括有 0-CSI, 但该 0-CSI 中的 Service Key与预先配置的 VPN的 Service Key不相符, 则判断该终 端 A为非签约用户。
步骤 205、业务编排服务器向 VPN平台发送携带有短号短信业务标识 和终端 B的短号的号码翻译请求; 执行步骤 207; 具体地, 该号码翻译请 求具体可以为一条消息, 该消息可以称为移动网络增强型逻辑的客户化应 用, 应用部分-入侵检测防 ^卸 ( Customized Application for Mobile Network Enhanced Logic, Application Part-Intrusion Detection and Prevention; 以下简称 CAP-IDP ) 消息。 该 CAP-IDP消息的目的地址为 VPN平台的地址。
步骤 206、 业务编排服务器向短信中心 SMSC发送短号短信。
该步骤之后, SMSC可以对该短号短信做进一步地处理, 例如删除该 短号短信。 步骤 207、 VPN平台根据短号短信业务标识确定此次业务为短号短信 业务, 将终端 B的短号翻译终端 B的真实号码, 并将该终端 B的真实号 码发送给业务编排服务器; 执行步骤 208;
具体地, 该 VPN平台向业务编排服务器发送终端 B的真实号码的消 息可以称为 CAP-connect消息。
步骤 208、业务编排服务器将短号短信中终端 B的短号替换为终端 B 的真实号码, 从而生成长号短信, 并将该长号短信发送给 SMSC;
步骤 209、 SMSC将该长号短信发送给移动交换中心 MSC b;
该 MSC b为终端 B所在区域范围内的 MSC。
步骤 210、 MSC b将该长号短信发送给终端 B;
步骤 211、 MSC b向 SMSC发送短信状态报告;
步骤 212、 SMSC向业务编排服务器返回短信状态报告;
当该短号短信需要收费的时候, 进一步还包括如下步骤:
步骤 213、 业务编排服务器生成话单, 并向运营商的计费系统发送该 话单, 以供运营商的计费系统从该终端 A的账户中扣除此次短好短信的 费用。
其中该话单中携带有终端 A的号码以及此次短号短信产生的费用金 额。
本实施例的短号短信的处理方法, 通过引入业务编排服务器, 能够协 调与虚拟专网平台与短信中心等各网元之间的配合实现短号短信业务的 处理。 因此采用本发明实施例的短号短信的处理方案具有较强的可实施 性。
图 3为本发明实施例三提供的业务编排服务器的结构示意图。 如图 3 所示, 本实施例的业务编排服务器设备, 具体可以包括接收模块 10、 确定 模块 11、 处理模块 12和发送模块 13。
其中接收模块 10用于接收主叫终端发送的短号短信; 该短号短信中 包括所述主叫用户的号码和被叫用户的短号。 当然, 该短号短信中还可以 包含短信内容。 确定模块 11用于确定根据接收模块 10接收的短号短信, 确定主叫用户为签约用户。 发送模块 13用于当确定模块 1 1确定主叫用户 为签约用户后, 向 VPN平台发送号码翻译请求, 该号码翻译请求中携带 被叫用户的短号, 该号码翻译请求用以请求 VPN平台将被叫用户的短号 翻译为被叫用户的真实号码。 此外, 所述接收模块 10还用于接收 VPN平 台发送的被叫用户的真实号码; 处理模块 12用于将接收模块 10接收的 短号短信中的被叫用户的短号替换为被叫用户的真实号码, 生成长号短 信。发送模块 13还用于向 SMSC发送处理模块 12处理后得到的长号短信, 以供 SMSC将长号短信发送至被叫终端。
本实施例的业务编排服务器, 通过采用上述模块实现短号短信的处理 与上述相关方法实施例的实现机制相同, 例如该接收模块 10可以执行上 述实施例一中步骤 100和步骤 103的相应操作。 该确定模块 1 1可以用于 执行上述实施例一中步骤 101的相应操作。 处理模块 12可以用于执行上 述实施例一中步骤 104的相应操作。 发送模块 13可以用于执行上述实施 例一中步骤 102和 105的相应操作。 详细可以参考上述相关方法实施例的 记载, 在此不再赘述。
本实施例的业务编排服务器, 通过采用上述模块过接收主叫终端发送 的短号短信; 确定主叫用户为签约用户; 向 VPN平台发送号码翻译请求, 该号码翻译请求中携带被叫用户的短号,该号码翻译请求用以请求该 VPN 平台将被叫用户的短号翻译为被叫用户的真实号码; 接收 VPN平台发送 的被叫用户的真实号码, 并将短号短信中的被叫用户的短号替换为被叫用 户的真实号码, 生成长号短信; 向 SMSC发送该长号短信, 以供该 SMSC 将长号短信发送至被叫终端。 采用本实施例的技术方案, 通过引入业务编 排服务器, 能够协调与虚拟专网平台与短信中心等各网元之间的配合实现 短号短信业务的处理。 因此采用本发明实施例的短号短信的处理方案具有 较强的可实施性。
可选地, 发送模块 13用于向 VPN平台发送的号码翻译请求还可以携 带短号短信业务标识, 以供 VPN平台根据短号短信业务标识确定本次业 务为短号短信业务, 并将被叫用户的短号翻译为被叫用户的真实号码。
图 4为本发明实施例四提供的业务编排服务器的结构示意图。 如图 4 所示, 本实施例的业务编排服务器设备在上述实施例三的基础上, 其中确 定模块 1 1 , 具体可以包括获取单元 1 11、 发送单元 112、 接收单元 113和 确定单元 114。
其中获取单元 11 1用于从接收模块 10接收的短号短信中获取主叫用 户的号码。 发送单元 112用于向 HLR发送携带有获取单元 11 1获取的该 主叫用户的号码的状态查询请求。 接收单元 113用于接收 HLR返回的状 态查询结果信息。 确定单元 114用于根据接收单元 113接收的状态查询结 果信息确定主叫用户为签约用户。 发送模块 13用于根据确定单元 114确 定主叫用户为签约用户, 向 VPN平台发送号码翻译请求, 后续相关操作 可以参见上述实施例三。

本实施例的业务编排服务器设备, 通过采用上述模块通过引入业务编 排服务器, 能够协调与虚拟专网平台与短信中心等各网元之间的配合, 并 且对各网元设备均没有改造。 因此采用本实施例的短号短信的处理方案具 有较强的可实施性。
图 5为本发明实施例五提供的短号短信处理系统的结构示意图, 如图 5所示, 本实施例的短号短信处理系统包括: 业务编排服务器 20、 虚拟专 网平台 21和短信中心 22。 业务编排服务器 20分别与虚拟专网平台 21 和 短信中心 22通信连接。
业务编排服务器 20用于执行上述方法实施例和图 3 ,图 4对应实施例 中各操作。
虚拟专网平台 21 , 用于接收所述业务编排服器 20发送的号码翻译请 求, 所述号码翻译请求中携带所述被叫用户的短号, 所述号码翻译请求用 以请求所述虚拟专网平台将所述被叫用户的短号翻译为被叫用户的真实 号码, 以及向所述业务编排服器 20发送被叫用户的真实号码。 短信中心 22, 接收所述业务编排服务器 20发送的长号短信, 并将所 述长号短信发送至所述被叫终端。
本实施例的短号短信处理系统中的业务编排服务器 20具体可以采用 上述相关实施例三或者四的业务编排服务器。 本实施例的短号短信处理系 参考上述相关方法实施例的记载, 在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的业务编排服务器可以为计算机等通信设备。
本实施例的短号短信处理系统, 通过引入业务编排服务器, 能够协调 与虚拟专网平台与短信中心等各网元之间的配合实现短号短信业务的处 理。 因此采用本实施例的短号短信的处理方案具有较强的可实施性。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步 骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机 可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程 序代码的介质。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的, 其中作为分离部件说明的 单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的, 作为单元显示的部件可以是或 者也可以不是物理单元, 即可以位于一个地方, 或者也可以分布到至少两 个网络单元上。 可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现 本实施例方案的目的。 本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况 下, 即可以理解并实施。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种短号短信的处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收主叫终端发送的短号短信; 所述短号短信中包括所述主叫用户的 号码和被叫用户的短号;
确定主叫用户为签约用户;
向虚拟专网平台发送号码翻译请求, 所述号码翻译请求中携带所述被 叫用户的短号, 所述号码翻译请求用以请求所述虚拟专网平台将所述被叫 用户的短号翻译为被叫用户的真实号码;
接收所述虚拟专网平台发送的所述被叫用户的真实号码;
并将所述短号短信中的所述被叫用户的短号替换为所述被叫用户的 真实号码, 生成长号短信;
向短信中心发送所述长号短信, 以供所述短信中心将所述长号短信发 送至被叫终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定主叫用户为 签约用户具体包括:
从所述短号短信中获取所述主叫用户的号码;
向用户归属位置寄存器发送携带有所述主叫用户的号码的状态查询 请求;
接收所述用户归属位置寄存器返回的状态查询结果信息;
根据所述状态查询结果信息确定所述主叫用户为签约用户。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述状态查 询结果信息确定所述主叫用户为签约用户, 具体包括:
当所述状态查询结果信息中包括所述主叫用户的签约信息, 且所述主 叫用户的签约信息与预先配置的虚拟专网的签约信息一致, 确定所述主叫 用户为签约用户。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收主叫终 端发送的短号短信, 具体包括: 通过第一移动交换中心接收所述主叫终端 发送的所述短号短信。
5、 根据权利要求 1-3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述号码翻译请 求中还携带短号短信业务标识, 以供所述虚拟专网平台根据所述短号短信 业务标识确定本次业务为短号短信业务, 并将所述被叫用户的短号翻译为 所述被叫用户的真实号码。
6、 根据权利要求 1-3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 接收第二移动交换中心通过所述短信中心返回的短信状态报告; 所述 短信状态报告用以表示所述被叫终端接收到所述长号短信;
生成所述短号短信的话单, 并将所述短号短信的话单发送给运营商的 计费系统。
7、 一种业务编排服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收主叫终端发送的短号短信; 所述短号短信中包括 所述主叫用户的号码和被叫用户的短号;
确定模块, 用于确定所述主叫用户为签约用户;
发送模块, 用于向虚拟专网平台发送号码翻译请求, 所述号码翻译请 求中携带所述被叫用户的短号, 所述号码翻译请求用以请求所述虚拟专网 平台将所述被叫用户的短号翻译为被叫用户的真实号码;
所述接收模块, 还用于接收所述虚拟专网平台发送的所述被叫用户的 真实号码;
处理模块, 用于将所述短号短信中的所述被叫用户的短号替换为所述 被叫用户的真实号码, 生成长号短信;
所述发送模块, 还用于向短信中心发送所述长号短信, 以供所述短信 中心将所述长号短信发送至被叫终端。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的业务编排服务器, 其特征在于, 所述确定 模块包括: 获取单元, 用于从所述短号短信中获取所述主叫用户的号码; 发送单元, 用于向用户归属位置寄存器发送携带有所述主叫用户的号 码的状态查询请求;
接收单元, 用于接收所述用户归属位置寄存器返回的状态查询结果信 确定单元, 用于根据所述状态查询结果信息确定所述主叫用户为签约 用户。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的业务编排服务器, 其特征在于, 所述确定 单元, 具体用于当所述状态查询结果信息中包括所述主叫用户的签约信 息, 且所述主叫用户的签约信息与预先配置的虚拟专网的签约信息一致, 确定所述主叫用户为签约用户。
10、 根据权利要求 7-9任一所述的业务编排服务器, 其特征在于, 所 述接收模块用于接收主叫终端发送的短号短信具体包括: 通过第一移动交 换中心接收所述主叫终端发送的所述短号短信。
11、 根据权利要求 7-9任一所述的业务编排服务器, 其特征在于: 所述接收模块, 还用于接收第二移动交换中心通过所述短信中心返回 的短信状态报告; 所述短信状态报告用以表示所述被叫终端接收到所述长 号短信;
所述处理模块, 还用于生成所述短号短信的话单;
所述发送模块, 还用于将所述短号短信的话单发送给运营商的计费系 统。
12、 一种短号短信处理系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 虚拟专网平台、 短 信中心和如权利要求 7-11任一所述的业务编排服务器;所述业务编排服务 器分别与所述虚拟专网平台和所述短信中心通信连接;
所述虚拟专网平台, 用于接收所述业务编排服器发送的号码翻译请 求, 所述号码翻译请求中携带所述被叫用户的短号, 所述号码翻译请求用 以请求所述虚拟专网平台将所述被叫用户的短号翻译为被叫用户的真实 号码, 以及向所述业务编排服器发送被叫用户的真实号码;
所述短信中心用于接收所述业务编排服务器发送的长号短信, 并将所 述长号短信发送至被叫终端。
