[5] 短消息业务 SMS (Short Message
Service) 是第三代移动通信标准化伙伴项目 (3GPP, 3rd Generation Partnership Project) 中, 用于解决电路交换域 /分组交换域 (CS/PS , Circuit Switch/Packet Switch) 中收发短消息需求的业务, SMS主要传递文本格式的消息内容, 该业务 发展成熟, 应用广泛。
[6] 目前, 为了提高用户的业务体验,
3GPP定义了一个新的业务, 即短消息增值业务 (VAS-SMS , Value added services for short message service) 。 该 VAS-SMS主要包括以下几禾中:

Forwarding-短消息前转, 用户可以设置在不同的吋间段将接收到的消息前转到 第三方;
[8] Short Message Forwarding multiple
subscriptions-组用户的短消息前转, 网络能够为一个号码设置一组关联号码, 在 该号码未上线吋, 发送给它的短信将被前转到这组号码中在线的号码或最近上 线的号码;
[9] Short Message filtering
-短消息过滤, 用户可以设置一定的规则过滤短消息, 从而避免接收某些骚扰短 信; [10] Short Message receipt
-短消息回执, 消息接收方可以对不同的发送方配置不同的消息回执内容, 从而 让主叫用户体验更加丰富的回执信息;

-短消息网络存储, 用户可以在网络存储短消息, 并且可以设置一定的存储规则 , 例如存储所有的发送 /接收的消息, 存储来自或发送给特定用户的短消息、 存 储某一吋间段内所有的发送 /接收的短消息等等;

-短消息群发, 用户可以发送一条短消息给多个用户, 该短消息包含所有接收方 的信息;

[17] 目前, 对于 VAS-SMS业务的发展技术如下所述:
[18] 建立短消息增值业务平台, 使其与短消息中心 (SMS-SC, SMS Service
center) 建立连接, 所述短消息增值业务平台用于保存用户的增值业务签约信息 , 并建立与短消息增值业务平台连接的短消息增值业务平台网关, 用于存储全 网用户被叫业务签约标志。 当短消息中心接收到用户发来的短消息, 如果主叫 或被叫号码是签约了主叫或被叫业务的本业务片区的用户, 那么短消息中心把 该条短消息发送到其归属的短消息增值业务平台进行处理, 并把处理后的短消 息返回给所属的短消息中心, 短消息中心把该短消息发送到被叫用户; 如果被 叫号码是签约了被叫业务的本业务片区外的用户, 短消息增值业务平台将短消 息通过短消息增值业务平台网关转发到其归属的短消息增值业务平台进行相应 的处理。
[19] 在上述技术方案中, SMS-SC需要同吋了解消息发送方、 消息接收方的短消息 增值业务的签约信息, 并且消息发送方、 消息接收方的短消息增值业务平台需 要互联。 而在实际的网络部署吋, 如果消息的发送方和接收方属于不同的运营 商, 而不同运营商之间的短消息增值业务平台较难实现直联, 因此消息发送方 的 SMS-SC较难获得消息接收方的签约信息, 从而会导致不能为消息的接收方提 供短消息增值业务。

[55] 本发明实施例提供的短消息增值业务处理方案, 令短消息发送方归属的 SMS-S C和短消息接收方归属的接收方短消息增值业务处理装置例如短消息服务路由器 / IP短消息网关 (SMS-ROUTER/IP-SM-GW) , 分别与短消息增值业务平台配合 处理各端的短消息增值业务, 也就是发送方的短消息增值业务由为发送方服务 的 SMS-SC触发, 接收方的短消息增值业务由为接收方服务的接收方短消息增值 业务处理装置触发, 发送方和接收方的短消息增值业务的具体处理由短消息增 值业务平台完成, 为发送方服务的短消息增值业务平台和为接收方服务的短消 息增值业务平台可以为同一短消息增值业务平台, 也可以分别使用不同的短消 息增值业务平台。 在短消息增值业务平台、 SMS-SC和接收方短消息增值业务处 理装置均存储短消息增值业务签约信息, 其中 SMS-SC中存储归属于本 SMS-SC 的用户的发送方短消息增值业务签约信息; 接收方短消息增值业务处理装置存 储归属于本接收方短消息增值业务处理装置的用户的接收方短消息增值业务签 约信息; 在短消息增值业务平台存储与其相连的 SMS-SC和接收方短消息增值业 务处理装置中的所有用户的短消息增值业务签约信息。 [56] 具体实施方案为: 为发送方服务的 SMS-SC接收到发送方用户发送的短消息后 , 判断发送方是否签约了短消息增值业务, 如果签约了短消息增值业务, 则将 该短消息转发给为发送方服务的短消息增值业务平台, 为发送方服务的短消息 增值业务平台根据存储的该发送方的短消息增值业务签约信息进行相应的增值 业务处理, 之后将增值业务处理后的短消息发送给所述为发送方服务的 SMS-SC , 为发送方服务的 SMS-SC按照现有的方法将短消息发送给接收方。 如果发送方 没有签约短消息增值业务, 则按照现有处理方案处理。
[57] 上述为发送方的增值业务处理过程, 接收方的增值业务处理过程为: 为接收方 服务的接收方短消息增值业务处理装置接收到短消息后, 判断接收方是否签约 了短消息增值业务, 如果签约了短消息增值业务, 则将该短消息转发给为接收 方服务的短消息增值业务平台, 为接收方服务的短消息增值业务平台根据存储 的该接收方的短消息增值业务签约信息进行相应的增值业务处理, 之后将增值 业务处理后的短消息发送给所述为接收方服务的接收方短消息增值业务处理装 置或为接收方服务的 SMS-SC, 再由为接收方服务的接收方短消息增值业务处理 装置或为接收方服务的 SMS-SC按照现有的方法将增值业务处理后的短消息发送 给接收方用户。
[58] 本发明实施例一提供一种短消息增值业务处理系统, 如图 1所示为本实施例所 述系统结构示意图, 包括: SMS-SC10. 短消息增值业务平台 20、 接收方短消息 增值业务处理装置 30, 所述接收方短消息增值业务处理装置可以为短消息服务 路由器 SMS-ROUTER和 /或 IP短消息网关 IP-SM-GW
。 图 1中所示为发送方服务的短消息增值业务平台和为接收方服务的短消息增值 业务平台为同一短消息增值业务平台 20的情况, 实际应用中两方可以分别使用 不同的短消息增值业务平台, 如图 2所示。 且在实际应用中所述系统可以同吋包 含 SMS-ROUTER30和 IP-SM-GW30, 也可以只包含其中一个设备, 具体何种情 况釆用哪种对应的设备, 同现有技术的方案, 本发明不做具体限定。 其中 SMS-S C10与接收方短消息增值业务处理装置 30之间的连接方式与现有技术相同。 为突 出本实施例方案, 此处省略了之间的短信息 -互联移动交换中心 (SMS-IWMSC , Short Message Service InterWorking MSC) 、 短信息 -网关移动交换中心 (SMS-GMSC, Short Message Service Gateway
MSC) 等实体。 SMS-SC10与短消息增值业务平台 20相连, 之间的接口协议可以 基于或扩展现有的 CAMEL应用部分协议 (CAP, CAMEL Application
Part) 、 移动应用部分协议 (MAP, Mobile Application
Part) 、 短消息点到点协议 (SMPP, short message peer to
peer) 、 信令系统 #7 (SS7, Signaling System
#7) 、 初始会话协议 (SIP, Session Initiation
Protocol) 、 非结构化补充数据业务协议 (USSD, Unstructured Supplementary Service
Data) 等协议中的一种; 该短消息增值业务平台 20可以与 SMS-ROUTER30和 IP- SM-GW30中的一个实体单独连接, 也可以同吋连接。 短消息增值业务平台 20与 SMS-ROUTER30 IP-SM-GW30之间的接口协议可以基于或扩展现有的 CAP、 MA P、 SMPPs SS7、 SIP、 USSD等协议任意一种; SMS-SC10与短消息增值业务平 台 20之间釆用的协议与短消息增值业务平台 20与 SMS-ROUTER30 IP-SM-GW30 之间釆用的协议可以相同, 也可以不同。
[59] 所述 SMS-SC10, 除具有现有的非短消息增值业务处理功能外, 还用于存储归 属于本 SMS-SC10的用户的短消息增值业务签约信息, 在为发送方服务吋根据所 述签约信息判断短消息发送方是否签约了短消息增值业务, 如果签约了短消息 增值业务, 则触发对所述短消息的增值业务处理, 即将发送方发送的短消息交 给短消息增值业务平台 20进行增值业务处理。 为完成该功能, 其一种实施例的 内部结构如图 3所示, 包括:

CORE) 、 IP-SM-GWs SMS-IWMSC实体发送短消息给为发送方服务的 SMS-SC

[78] 如图 7所示, 以接收方短消息增值业务处理装置为短消息服务路由器 SMS-ROU TER为例说明, 处理方案为: 为发送方服务的 SMS-SC按照现有的流程转发短消 息到为接收方服务的 SMS-ROUTER; 为接收方服务的 SMS-ROUTER根据存储的 短消息增值业务签约信息判别短消息接收方签约了短消息增值业务, 则将该短 消息转发给为接收方服务的短消息增值业务平台; 为接收方服务的短消息增值 业务平台进行增值业务逻辑处理后, 向为接收方服务的 SMS-ROUTER和 /或为接 收方服务的 SMS-SC发送增值业务处理的消息; 为接收方服务的 SMS-ROUTER和 /或为接收方服务的 SMS-SC按照现有的流程转发增值业务处理后的短消息给所述 增值业务处理后的短消息的接收方。 在接收方签约了某些短消息增值业务情况 下, 短消息增值业务平台可以将增值业务处理的消息发送给 SMS-SC, 例如短消 息前转处理、 短消息自动回复等情况下, 即是短消息增值业务平台将增值业务 处理的消息发送给 SMS-SC。

[154] 综上所述, 本发明实施例中发送方短消息增值业务由为发送方服务的 SMS-SC 触发, 接收方短消息增值业务由为接收方服务的接收方短消息增值业务处理装 置, 例如 SMS-ROUTER IP-SM-GW触发, 这样避免了短消息增值业务平台的直 连的问题。 而且, 现在技术中 SMS-SC需要了解所有用户的签约信息, 当签约用 户增多吋, 例如在中国这个庞大的市场, SMS-SC也将承担极大的负荷; 而且当 新增一个签约用户会导致所有的短消息中心和短消息增值业务平台更新签约信 息, 耗费大量的网络资源, 且对运营商的管理造成极大负担。 而本发明实施例 中发送方短消息增值业务由为发送方服务的 SMS-SC触发, 接收方短消息增值业 务由为接收方服务的接收方短消息增值业务处理装置触发, SMS-SC只需保存归 属于本 SMS-SC的用户的签约信息, 减轻了 SMS-SC的负担, 方便了运营商的管 理。
[155] 本领域普通技术人员可以理解, 实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可 以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存 储介质中。
[156] 以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限于 此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到 的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围 应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

权利要求书
[1] 一种短消息增值业务处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
为发送方服务的短消息中心接收到短消息后, 判断短消息发送方是否签约 了短消息增值业务, 如果签约了短消息增值业务, 则触发对所述短消息进 行增值业务处理;
为接收方服务的接收方短消息增值业务处理装置接收到短消息后, 判断短 消息接收方是否签约了短消息增值业务, 如果签约了短消息增值业务, 则 触发对所述短消息进行增值业务处理。
[2] 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述为发送方服务的短消息中心存 储有归属于本短消息中心的用户的短消息增值业务签约信息, 根据所述存 储的短消息增值业务签约信息判断短消息发送方是否签约了短消息增值业 务;
所述为接收方服务的接收方短消息增值业务处理装置存储有归属于本接收 方短消息增值业务处理装置的短消息增值业务签约信息, 根据所述存储的 短消息增值业务签约信息判断短消息接收方是否签约了短消息增值业务。
[3] 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
为发送方服务的短消息增值业务平台对由为发送方服务的短消息中心触发 的短消息进行增值业务处理, 将增值业务处理后的短消息发送给为发送方 服务的短消息中心; 和 /或
为接收方服务的短消息增值业务平台对由为接收方服务的接收方短消息增 值业务处理装置触发的短消息进行增值业务处理, 将增值业务处理后的短 消息发送给为接收方服务的接收方短消息增值业务处理装置和 /或为接收方 服务的短消息中心。
[4] 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述为发送方服务的短消息增值业 务平台存储有短消息发送方用户的短消息增值业务签约信息; 和 /或 所述为接收方服务的短消息增值业务平台存储有短消息接收方用户的短消 息增值业务签约信息。
[5] —种短消息中心, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收单元, 用于接收短消息;
签约信息存储单元, 用于存储归属于本短消息中心的用户的短消息增值业 务签约信息;
发送方签约判断单元, 用于在本短消息中心为发送方服务吋, 根据存储的 短消息增值业务签约信息判断发送方用户是否签约了短消息增值业务, 从 而确定是否触发对所述短消息进行增值业务处理。
[6] 如权利要求 5所述的短消息中心, 其特征在于, 还包括:
转发单元, 用于根据所述发送方签约判断单元的判断结果转发短消息, 若 确定短消息发送方用户签约了短消息增值业务, 则将短消息转发给短消息 增值业务平台。
[7] 一种接收方短消息增值业务处理装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收短消息;
接收方签约信息存储单元, 用于存储归属于本装置的用户的短消息增值业 务签约信息;
接收方签约判断单元, 用于为接收方服务吋, 根据存储的短消息增值业务 签约信息判断接收方用户是否签约了短消息增值业务, 从而确定是否触发 对所述短消息进行增值业务处理。
[8] 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
转发单元, 用于根据所述接收方签约判断单元的判断结果转发短消息, 若 确定短消息接收方签约了短消息增值业务, 则将短消息转发给短消息增值 业务平台。
[9] 一种短消息增值业务处理系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 短消息中心、 接收方 短消息增值业务处理装置、 短消息增值业务平台;
所述短消息中心, 用于存储归属于本短消息中心的用户的短消息增值业务 签约信息, 在为发送方服务吋, 根据所述签约信息判断是否触发对所述短 消息进行增值业务处理;
所述接收方短消息增值业务处理装置, 用于存储归属于本装置的用户的短 消息增值业务签约信息, 在为接收方服务吋, 根据所述签约信息判断是否 触发对所述短消息进行增值业务处理;
所述短消息增值业务平台, 用于存储用户短消息增值业务签约信息, 处理 各种短消息增值业务。
[10] 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述短消息增值业务平台包括: 为 发送方服务的短消息增值业务平台和为接收方服务的短消息增值业务平台 所述为发送方服务的短消息增值业务平台, 用于存储与其相连的短消息中 心中存储的所有短消息增值业务签约信息, 并为发送方处理各种短消息增 值业务;
所述为接收方服务的短消息增值业务平台, 用于存储与其相连的接收方短 消息增值业务处理装置中存储的所有短消息增值业务签约信息, 并为接收 方处理各种短消息增值业务。
[11] 如权利要求 9或 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述接收方短消息增值业务处 理装置包括短消息路由器和 /或 IP短消息网关。
