Abstract
본 발명은 핑크팝 보리수 열매를 이용한 와인 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로 맛과 기능성이 잘 조화된 핑크팝 보리수 열매를 이용한 와인 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의할 경우 핑크팝 보리수를 이용한 와인 제조방법의 표준화와 아울러 효모 접종량, 당 함량, 기타 영양원 첨가량, 발효온도 및 제조된 와인의 살균방법과 같은 환경적인 조건을 제공하며, 이를 기초로 타 과실의 가공을 위한 기초자료와 응용 방향의 확립에도 활용이 될 것이다. 또한, 잉여의 핑크팝 보리수 열매의 소비 촉진과 이를 재배하는 농가의 소득증대에 기여할 수 있다.
