Claims (28)
- 위로부터 표면 처리층, 인쇄 무늬층, 접착층 및 기재층을 포함하고,상기 기재층에 투명 ABS 시트를 적용함으로써 자동차 내부에 백라이팅 조명에 의한 간접 조명 효과를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면 처리층은아크릴계 수지 코팅액의 코팅에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 아크릴계 수지 코팅액은고형분 30 ~ 50%의 아크릴계 수지 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면 처리층은1 ~ 20㎛ 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인쇄 무늬층은아크릴계 수지 또는 아크릴계 비닐 수지로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접착층은아크릴계 수지, 우레탄계 수지, 에스테르계 수지, 폴리아마이드계 수지, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트계 수지 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접착층은상기 수지 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 조성물을 용액화하여 그라비아 코팅 방식으로 코팅하거나, 압출 공법으로 접착 필름을 라미네이션하는 방식으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접착층은1 ~ 10㎛ 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 접착층은2 ~ 5㎛ 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투명 ABS 시트는80% 이상의 투과율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 투명 ABS 시트는열적 유동성 및 내열 유도성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기재층은200 ~ 600㎛ 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 기재층은350 ~ 500㎛ 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 백라이팅 조명을 위한 광원;상기 광원 위에 형성되는 기재층;상기 기재층 위에 형성되는 접착층;상기 접착층 위에 형성되는 인쇄 무늬층; 및상기 인쇄 무늬층 위에 형성되는 표면 처리층을 포함하고,상기 기재층에는 투명 ABS 시트가 적용됨으로써 자동차 내부에 상기 광원의 백라이팅 조명에 의한 간접 조명 효과를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트.
- 캐리어 필름 위에 표면 처리층을 형성하는 단계;상기 표면 처리층 위에 내열성 및 내광성을 갖는 수지를 인쇄하여 인쇄 무늬층을 형성하는 단계;상기 인쇄 무늬층 위에 아크릴계 접착제를 적층하여 접착층을 형성하는 단계;상기 접착층이 투명 ABS 시트가 적용된 기재층의 표면에 놓이도록 적층한 후 가열하여 합지시키는 단계; 및상기 캐리어 필름을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 캐리어 필름은PET(PolyEthylene Terephthalate)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 수지는아크릴계 수지 또는 아크릴계 비닐 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 표면 처리층은아크릴계 수지 코팅액의 코팅에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 아크릴계 수지 코팅액은고형분 30 ~ 50%의 아크릴계 수지 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 표면 처리층은1 ~ 20㎛ 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 접착층은아크릴계 수지, 우레탄계 수지, 에스테르계 수지, 폴리아마이드계 수지, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트계 수지 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 접착층은상기 수지 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 조성물을 용액화하여 그라비아 코팅 방식으로 코팅하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 접착층은1 ~ 10㎛ 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서,상기 접착층은2 ~ 5㎛ 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 투명 ABS 시트는80% 이상의 투과율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제15항 또는 제25항에 있어서,상기 투명 ABS 시트는열적 유동성 및 내열 유도성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 기재층은200 ~ 600㎛ 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서,상기 기재층은350 ~ 500㎛ 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 인서트 시트의 제조 방법.
