发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种使小轮自行车向大轮自行车骑行一样快速, 在电动 自行车上使用本行星齿轮增变速装置, 可使电动自行车提高行驶里程, 还使风 力发电机增加发电量和利用率。
本发明的技术方案是一种行星齿轮增变速装置, 图 1包括有内齿轮, 行 星架, 中心轮, 超越离合器等组成。 图 2包括有内齿轮, 行星齿轮架, 中心轮, 超越棘爪器等组成。 图 1, 图 2的结构虽不一样, 可控制一样, 输入输出传动上 是一样的。 就以图 1 发明技术方案说明: 所述在行星齿轮架与中心轮之间设置 有超越离合器, 只要锁住内齿轮就得到增变速传动输出, 放松内齿轮就得到直 接传动, 就这么简单, 一级行星排可变 2档, 二级行星排可变 4档, 十级行星 排可变 1024档, 可按需要多少档设置选用。 附图说明

本发明的技术方案包括内齿轮 (1 ), 行星齿轮架 (2 ), 中心轮 (3 ), 超越 离合器 (4) 或超越棘爪器 (4) 等组成。 在行星齿轮架 (2 ) 与中心轮 (3 ) 之 间设置有超越离合器 (4) 或超越棘爪器 (4) 组合一级行星排。 一、 实施在电动自行车中轴上设置一级行星排就够了, 因为电动自行车车 速快时耗电最大, 这时锁住内齿轮(1 ) 可得快档助力车速减少耗电, 增加行驶 里程, 要是电动自行车没有电了, 还可以把电动自行车当变速车骑行。
二、 实施在小轮自行车的中轴上也设置二级行星排, 可得 4档变速, 一开 始骑行直接传动是一档, 锁住一级行星排内齿轮 (1 ) 可得 2档变速, 另外锁住 另一级行星排内齿轮 (1 ) 可得第 3档变速, 同时锁住两级行星排内齿轮 (1 ) 可得 4档变速, 不管需要多少档变速, 设置每级行星排的速比不一样就行了。
三、 实施还可设置在风力发电机组上, 因为风力发电机需要在恒速中工作, 因为现在的风力发电机组使用的增速齿轮箱是不可变速地, 是通过其他方式调 速来满足发电机在恒速中工作的要求, 但是风速是不断的变化, 有时忽大忽小, 不能满足要求, 只要把原增速齿轮箱换用本发明行星齿轮增变速齿轮箱, 它档 位多, 转速范围大, 就能满足风力发电机在恒速中的工作要求, 提高风力发电 机的利用率, 本装置结构简单, 工作稳定。
