背景技术
双离合器变速箱具有成本低、传动效率高、动力换挡等优点,在乘用车领域的应用日益广泛。基于双离合器变速箱的混合动力传动系统可提高整车燃油经济性,实现纯电动行驶,对于城市拥堵工况,效果更为明显。CN105697669 A公布了一种7速双离合器混合动力变速器,采用3轴式布置,电机配置两个挡位后,连接在差速器上,实现双离合器变速及混合动力功能。CN105383283A公布了一种基于双离合器变速器的混合动力驱动系统,同样采用3轴式布置,电机连接其中的一个挡位齿轮,实现7个前进挡和3电机挡位。CN 104709079 A公布了一种7速双离合器混合动力变速器,采用3轴式布置,电机连接在第4挡齿轮上。CN203543640 U公布了一种基于双离合器变速箱的混合动力传动装置,采用3轴式布置,实现7个挡位,电机连接在其中的一个离合器输入轴,可实现3个电机挡位。上述双离合器变速箱传动方案均采用二自由度设计,每个挡位对应一对齿轮,并操纵一个同步器,为缩短轴向空间,均采用3轴式布置。但现有双离合器混合动力变速器都存在结构复杂的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种可应用于混合动力车辆和插电式混合动力车辆,结构简单的七速双离合器混合动力传动装置。
本发明的技术方案是:一种七速双离合器混合动力传动装置,它包括:发动机输入轴,减振器,K2离合器,K1离合器,第一齿轮,第二齿轮,第十二齿轮,第三齿轮,第四齿轮,第五齿轮,E同步器,第六齿轮,F同步器,第七齿轮,C同步器,第八齿轮,B同步器,第九齿轮,差速器,第十齿轮,第十一齿轮,减速行星排,电机,第一轴,第二轴;
K2离合器与K1离合器同轴布置,构成双离合器模块,用于切换发动机动力;第一齿轮、第二齿轮空套在K1离合器的输出轴上,B同步器固接在K1离合器的输出轴上,且位于第一齿轮和第二齿轮中间,用于实现第一齿轮、第二齿轮与K1离合器输出轴的同步;第十二齿轮、第三齿轮、第四齿轮空套在K2离合器的输出轴上,C同步器用于实现第十二齿轮)与K2离合器输出轴的同步;E同步器布置在第三齿轮、第四齿轮之间,用于实现第三齿轮、第四齿轮与K2离合器输出轴的同步;
第九齿轮、第八齿轮、第七齿轮同轴固接在第二轴上,第六齿轮、第五齿轮、第十齿轮同轴固接在第一轴上;第九齿轮与第一齿轮啮合,第八齿轮与第二齿轮啮合,第七齿轮与第十二齿轮啮合,第六齿轮与第三齿轮啮合,第五齿轮与第四齿轮啮合;F同步器固接在第一轴上,用于实现第一轴与第二轴的同步;
发动机输入轴与双离合器模块相连,减振器设置在发动机输入轴与双离合器模块之间;
电机提供动力、发电以及制动能量回收;电机由减速行星排齿圈制动,减速行星排的太阳轮连接电机,行星架连接第十一齿轮作为输出,第十齿轮和第十一齿轮分别与差速器减速齿轮啮合;
差速器分别通过其第一输出轴,第二输出轴向两侧车轮输出动力。
有益效果:本发明采用四自由度定轴齿轮传动,通过齿轮对复用,5对齿轮实现了7个前进挡位;采用两轴式布置,减小了轴系布置的难度,降低了机构复杂度;电机经过减速机构后连接在输出端,不影响双离合器变速箱的换挡惯量、换挡性能;并且可以提供换挡过程中车轮的驱动转矩,提高换挡舒适性;采用电动倒挡,进一步简化的双离合器变速机构;起步和低速采用电机驱动,可大大减轻城市拥堵工况离合器频繁切换而带来的换挡顿挫现象;高速工况采用采用双离合器机械驱动,传动效率高。低速、中速可采用混合驱动,电机用于助力或者发电,提高了整车燃油经济性。

K2离合器3与K1离合器4同轴布置,两个离合器可沿径向方向嵌套或者沿轴向方向并列排布,构成双离合器模块,起切换发动机动力作用;第一齿轮5、第二齿轮6空套在K1离合器4的输出轴上,B同步器17固接在K1离合器4的输出轴上,且位于第一齿轮5和第二齿轮6中间,用于实现第一齿轮5、第二齿轮6与K1离合器4输出轴的同步;第十二齿轮7、第三齿轮8、第四齿轮9空套在K2离合器3的输出轴上,C同步器15和E同步器11固接在K2离合器3的输出轴上,其中C同步器15用于实现第十二齿轮7与K2离合器3输出轴的同步;E同步器11布置在第三齿轮8、第四齿轮9之间,用于实现第三齿轮8、第四齿轮9与K2离合器3输出轴的同步;

第5挡,K1离合器4接合,B同步器17、F同步器13分别将B2、F1接合(即B同步器17将K1离合器4的输出轴与第二齿轮6同步,F同步器13将第一轴26与第二轴27同步),此时发动机输入功率经过K1离合器4传递至第二齿轮6,然后依次经过第八齿轮16、第二轴27、第一轴26、第十齿轮22传递到差速器20;
第6挡,K2离合器3接合,E同步器11将E2接合(即E同步器11将第四齿轮9与K2离合器3输出轴同步),此时发动机输入功率经过K2离合器3传递至第四齿轮9,然后依次经过第五齿轮10、第十齿轮22传递到差速器20;

起步及低速工况:采用电动起步和低速行车,当电机25功率不足、电池电量不够或者需要大动力输出时,发动机启动,根据相应车速和发动机负荷,结合相应的双离合器挡位。
制动能量回收:控制所述电机25的制动转矩,给电池系统充电。
对于乘用车,所述电机25到输出轴的减速比可设置在10左右,所述电机25最高转速为12000r/min,对应车速为150km/h,所述电机25额定功率20kW左右,峰值转矩150Nm,电动工况对应最大动力因数为0.15。
实施例2:在实施例1的基础上,增加G同步器28;G同步器28用于实现第十一齿轮23和减速行星排24行星架的同步,在车速大于120km/h时,G同步器28断开连接,减小高速的拖拽转矩。

Claims (2)

1.一种七速双离合器混合动力传动装置,其特征是:它包括:发动机输入轴(1),减振器(2),K2离合器(3),K1离合器(4),第一齿轮(5),第二齿轮(6),第十二齿轮(7),第三齿轮(8),第四齿轮(9),第五齿轮(10),E同步器(11),第六齿轮(12),F同步器(13),第七齿轮(14),C同步器(15),第八齿轮(16),B同步器(17),第九齿轮(18),差速器(20),第十齿轮(22),第十一齿轮(23),减速行星排(24),电机(25),第一轴(26),第二轴(27);
所述K2离合器(3)与所述K1离合器(4)同轴布置,构成双离合器模块,用于切换发动机动力;所述第一齿轮(5)、所述第二齿轮(6)空套在所述K1离合器(4)的输出轴上,所述B同步器(17)固接在K1离合器(4)的输出轴上,且位于所述第一齿轮(5)和所述第二齿轮(6)中间,用于实现所述第一齿轮(5)、所述第二齿轮(6)与所述K1离合器(4)输出轴的同步;所述第十二齿轮(7)、所述第三齿轮(8)、所述第四齿轮(9)空套在所述K2离合器(3)的输出轴上,所述C同步器(15)用于实现所述第十二齿轮(7))与所述K2离合器(3)输出轴的同步;所述E同步器(11)布置在所述第三齿轮(8)、所述第四齿轮(9)之间,用于实现所述第三齿轮(8)、所述第四齿轮(9)与所述K2离合器(3)输出轴的同步;
所述第九齿轮(18)、所述第八齿轮(16)、所述第七齿轮(14)同轴固接在所述第二轴(27)上,所述第六齿轮(12)、所述第五齿轮(10)、第十齿轮(22)同轴固接在第一轴(26)上;所述第九齿轮(18)与所述第一齿轮(5)啮合,所述第八齿轮(16)与所述第二齿轮(6)啮合,所述第七齿轮(14)与所述第十二齿轮(7)啮合,所述第六齿轮(12)与所述第三齿轮(8)啮合,所述第五齿轮(10)与所述第四齿轮(9)啮合;所述F同步器(13)固接在第一轴(26)上,用于实现所述第一轴(26)与所述第二轴(27)的同步;
所述发动机输入轴(1)与双离合器模块相连,所述减振器(2)设置在所述发动机输入轴(1)与所述双离合器模块之间;
所述电机(25)提供动力、发电以及制动能量回收;所述电机(25)由所述减速行星排(24)齿圈制动,所述减速行星排(24)的太阳轮连接所述电机(25),行星架连接所述第十一齿轮(23)作为输出,所述第十齿轮(22)和所述第十一齿轮(23)分别与所述差速器(20)减速齿轮啮合;
所述差速器(20)分别通过其第一输出轴(19),第二输出轴(21)向两侧车轮输出动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的七速双离合器混合动力传动装置,其特征是:它还包括G同步器(28);所述G同步器(28)用于实现所述第十一齿轮(23)和所述减速行星排(24)行星架的同步。
